The fan adopts low-speed operating condition to make the air inlet slow a little in the hot-blast stoving step, and the wind speed is slow a little, and the heat transfer effect is good a little, and cold wind air-dries step fan adopts high-speed operating condition can strengthen the air-dry effect.

In order to match the solution of this embodiment, the outlet tube 9 is preferably made in the form of fig. 13, that is, two rows of side outlets 46 with downward openings are additionally arranged on both sides of the outlet tube 9, so that the outlet surface of the outlet tube 9 is larger.
