Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of sound insulation pad manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing method of a full-waterproof storage battery pack foaming sound insulation pad.

Background

At electric automobile vehicle driving in-process, can transmit sound and automobile body shake, then, be located and be equipped with the vibration isolator between the battery package of vehicle bottom and the automobile body floor panel beating, because traditional vibration isolator foam or soundproof cotton do not have waterproof effect, can't normal use after meeting water, cause whole car NVH problem can't improve.

In addition, the existing vibration isolator is difficult to fix and easy to fall off; the waterproof paint is not waterproof, and can damage and corrode a battery and a vehicle body metal plate after meeting water; the vibration isolation pad product has high density and high price.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a method for manufacturing a full waterproof storage battery pack foaming sound insulation pad which is easy to fix, low in density and low in cost.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

a method for manufacturing a full waterproof storage battery pack foaming sound insulation pad comprises the following steps:

(1) fixing a single PE waterproof film on an upper die of a die in an adsorption manner, placing a pocket type PE waterproof film at a corresponding position of a lower die of the die, and adsorbing the pocket type PE waterproof film on the lower die;

(2) pouring a polyurethane foaming material into a lower die cavity, immediately closing the upper die and the lower die when the polyurethane foaming material begins to foam, and maintaining the pressure;

(3) after pressure maintaining is finished, opening the mold, taking out the polyurethane foam with the PE waterproof film, peeling off polyurethane foam flash generated at the parting surface position of the upper mold and the lower mold after polyurethane foaming from the PE waterproof film, and trimming off the polyurethane foam flash by using a cutter;

(4) and coating the polyurethane foam subjected to trimming of the flash with the PE waterproof film, and then sealing each side of the PE waterproof film to obtain the fully waterproof storage battery pack foamed sound insulation pad.

Further, the PE waterproof membrane comprises a single piece of PE waterproof upper membrane and a pocket type PE waterproof membrane. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

(1) according to the invention, the pocket type PE waterproof membrane with small thickness is sleeved outside the polyurethane foam, so that the waterproof effect can be achieved, and the integral density of the product cannot be greatly improved;

(2) the material disclosed by the invention is low in density and cost, the car body is easy to lighten, and the whole material still has better NVH (noise vibration and harshness) performance.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.

Examples

A method for manufacturing a full waterproof battery pack foamed sound insulation pad, as shown in fig. 1-3, the method comprises the following steps:

(1) fixing a single PE waterproof film on an upper die of a die in an adsorption manner, placing a pocket type PE waterproof film at a corresponding position of a lower die of the die, and adsorbing the pocket type PE waterproof film on the lower die; wherein the PE waterproof membrane comprises a single piece of PE waterproof upper membrane and a pocket type PE waterproof membrane. If the PE waterproofing membrane is compared to a pocket, the single piece of PE waterproofing upper membrane is the top of the pocket, and the pocket type PE waterproofing membrane is the other part of the pocket except for the opening. An interference edge is reserved on the periphery of the pocket type PE waterproof membrane and is abutted against the side wall of the lower die. The interference edge is coated with a release agent. The PE waterproof film is prevented from being adhered to the polyurethane foam, and the polyurethane foam burrs at the edge are conveniently trimmed off during trimming. The width of the interference edge is 10 mm.

(2) Pouring a polyurethane foaming material into a lower die cavity, and immediately closing the upper die and the lower die to maintain pressure after about 15 seconds and when the polyurethane foaming material begins to foam; when the die is closed, a gap for exhausting gas generated during foaming is reserved between the upper die and the lower die. The polyurethane foam in the gap is the polyurethane foam flash. The dwell time was about 80 s.

(3) After pressure maintaining is finished, opening the mold, taking out the polyurethane foam with the PE waterproof film, peeling off polyurethane foam flash generated at the parting surface position of the upper mold and the lower mold after polyurethane foaming from the PE waterproof film, and trimming off the polyurethane foam flash by using a cutter; the density of the prepared polyurethane foam is 55-60kg/m3

(4) And (3) performing plastic sealing on the positions, which are subjected to interference fit, of the PE waterproof film of the trimmed polyurethane foam coated with the PE waterproof film to obtain the fully waterproof storage battery pack foamed sound insulation pad. Wherein, the PE waterproof membrane is made of LDPE and has a thickness of 0.03-0.05 mm.

With the full waterproof battery package foaming sound insulation pad of this embodiment preparation directly paste in vehicle bottom panel beating department with the double faced adhesive tape to waterproof nature test and NVH capability test:

1. water resistance test-Water resistance test

Soaking at the water temperature (40 +/-1) DEG C for the following time: 48 h; the sample was taken out and left at room temperature for 1h,

calculating the formula: water absorption of (m)2-m1)÷m1×100%

m1: mass before test

m2: mass after test

The experimental results are as follows: the water absorption rate is less than 10 percent, and is obviously improved compared with polyurethane foam which is not coated with a PE waterproof film.

2. NVH performance test

As shown in fig. 4, because the polyurethane foam is in an open-cell structure, noise generated in the driving process of the vehicle can be effectively absorbed, so that the NVH performance of the whole vehicle reaches a high level.
