Background

The ZB45 hard box packagine machine that cigarette factory used can appear flying the card paper phenomenon in the operation, causes the equipment to shut down, influences equipment normal production. Through inspection and analysis aiming at the problem, one reason for finding the paper jam flying phenomenon is caused by insufficient negative pressure at the air suction foot (2PCDB4) part of the white cardboard on the packaging machine, and through disassembly and inspection, the suction pipe and the sealing ring at the bottom of the white cardboard filter are worn to different degrees, and after two worn parts are replaced, the paper jam flying phenomenon disappears, and the equipment can normally run. Through the inquiry, the replacement amount of two parts at the part of the workshop in 2019 all the year is found as follows: straw 2 pieces, sealing ring 22 pieces. It follows that the maintenance of this part is relatively frequent, and although spare parts are not expensive, the downtime due to this failure is relatively high, resulting in relatively large hidden losses (both production and consumption) of the equipment. There is therefore a need for improvements.

The technical problems solved by the invention are as follows: the invention provides a small box white cardboard air suction structure for a YB45 type hard box packing machine, which adopts a high-speed rotary joint to replace the prior suction pipe and sealing ring on the packing machine, can effectively reduce the phenomenon of paper flying during the operation of the packing machine, reduce the equipment outage rate, ensure the normal production of the equipment, have long service life, do not need frequent replacement and reduce the equipment maintenance cost; and fix the ivory board filter in the below of the protection casing in cardboard dish rear, can effectually protect the ivory board filter, guarantee to use the cleanness of negative pressure, guarantee product quality.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the small box white cardboard air suction structure for the YB45 type hard box packaging machine comprises a white cardboard filter and a clamping seat connected with a cardboard air suction foot of the packaging machine, wherein the white cardboard filter is fixed below a protective cover behind a cardboard plate, and a connecting base is fixedly connected to an upper port of the clamping seat; the white cardboard filter is characterized by further comprising a high-speed rotating joint, one end of the high-speed rotating joint is fixedly connected with the connecting base, and the other end of the high-speed rotating joint is connected with an outlet of the white cardboard filter through a hose.

2. in the scheme, the white cardboard filter is fixed below the protective cover behind the cardboard plate, and the high-speed rotary joint is connected with the outlet of the white cardboard filter through the hose, so that the white cardboard filter can be effectively protected, the use of negative pressure is guaranteed, and the product quality is guaranteed.

The upper end opening of the clamping seat 3 is fixedly connected with a connecting base 6, as shown in fig. 2, one end of the high-speed rotating joint 5 is connected with an outlet of the ivory board filter 1 through a hose 8, and one end of the high-speed rotating joint 5 is fixedly connected with the connecting base 6. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the connection base 6 includes a connection sleeve 6-1 for fixedly connecting with the high-speed rotary joint 5, an inner circular surface of the connection sleeve 6-1 is provided with an inner connection thread, a connection flange 6-2 is arranged at a lower end of the connection sleeve 6-1, the connection flange 6-2 is fixedly connected with the clamping seat 3 through a connection screw 7, the connection flange 6-2 is provided with a screw hole 6-3 through which the connection screw 7 conveniently passes, and an inner thread hole which is matched with the connection screw 7 and screwed is correspondingly arranged at an inlet edge of the clamping seat 3.

When the connecting base 6 is fixed on the clamping base 3, in order to ensure the sealing property, the joint surface between the connecting base 6 and the clamping base 3 is sealed by a sealing gasket 9 or is coated with sealant.

In order to ensure the ventilation capacity, preferably, the high-speed rotating joint 5 adopts a phi 12 KSL type high-speed rotating joint which has the same inner diameter as the packaging machine and is processed by copper nickel plating, one end of the KSL type high-speed rotating joint is connected with the hose 8 through a direct insertion type, and the other end of the KSL type high-speed rotating joint is provided with an outer pipe thread connected with the connecting base 6.

The high-speed rotary joint 5 is adopted to replace the existing suction pipe and sealing ring on the packing machine, so that the wear is small in the using process, the flying paper jam phenomenon of the packing machine in the operation process can be effectively reduced, the equipment outage rate is reduced, and the normal production of the equipment is ensured; and long service life does not need to be frequently replaced, and the maintenance cost of the equipment is reduced.
