1) preparing blended yarns: the bamboo pulp lyocell fiber is opened and then carded into strips, and the cotton strips after carding are spun into blended yarns after three processes of drawing, roving, spinning and the like, wherein the bamboo pulp lyocell fiber accounts for 30-70wt% of the blended yarns, the rest is cotton fiber, and the twist coefficient of the yarns is less than 300, and more preferably less than 270.

2) Preparing grey cloth: weaving to obtain towel fabric grey cloth by taking the blended yarns in the step 1) as terry yarns or simultaneously as ground yarns and terry yarns and other yarns without requirements;

the loop yarn count is in the range of 10s to 60s, and more preferably 12s to 21 s.

The ground warp density is controlled as follows: 123-190 roots/10 cm, preferably 123-142 roots/10 cm; the weft density is controlled to be 150-220pcs/dm, and more preferably 170-190 pcs/dm;

the length of the woven loop is controlled to be 0.85-1.4cm, and further preferable is: 0.95cm-1.2 cm.

3) The dyeing and finishing process comprises the following steps: desizing, scouring bleaching, deoxidizing, dyeing, soaping, polishing, softening finishing or desizing, scouring bleaching, deoxidizing, soaping, polishing and softening finishing.

The deoxygenase is preferably SDcatalase.

The dyeing is carried out under a weakly alkaline condition of pH 10-13.

The soaping treatment process comprises the following steps: the soaping process is carried out at 80 deg.C, and the soaping agent is low-temperature soaping agent with dosage of 0.5-1.5g/L and treatment time of 10-15 min. The low-temperature soaping agent is preferably low-temperature soaping agent SZ-4861.

Polishing, namely adjusting the pH value to be 4.0-6.5 by adopting 80% glacial acetic acid, and polishing by using 0.05-0.5% of biological enzyme special for the lyocell fiber; the specific biological enzyme for the lyocell fibers is preferably the fiber-optimizing enzyme RFiberrilifeRFusion of Novoxil.

Softening and finishing: adding softening agent, adjusting pH value of the fabric to 4.5-6.5 with citric acid, and treating at 30 deg.C for 30 min.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the bamboo pulp lyocell fiber is used in the field of towel fabrics for the first time, natural antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties of the bamboo pulp lyocell fiber are utilized, specific dyeing and finishing process treatment is combined, the treatment temperature is not higher than 85 ℃ in the whole process, the related alkaline treatment processes all adopt weak alkaline conditions, specific reagents such as a biological enzyme special for the lyocell fiber are adopted for polishing, and the bacteriostatic activity of the bamboo pulp lyocell fiber is kept to the maximum extent on the basis of the properties of the towel fabrics under the limitation of other condition parameters. Finally, the towel fabric is soft in hand feeling, excellent in water absorption and very low in feather falling and molting rate, is washed according to the washing method of AATCC135, the molting rate after 5 times of washing is less than 5 per thousand, and after 50 times of washing, the inhibition rate of the towel fabric on gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and fungi, particularly on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus can still reach more than 80%. (2) Boiling and bleaching: hydrogen peroxide (27.5%): 3g/L-12g/L, soda: 2-5g/L, low-temperature refining agent TF-179: 2.5g/L, refining agent JN-98: 1-2.0g/L, 80-85 ℃ multiplied by 90 min;

(3) and (3) deoxidation treatment: after scouring and bleaching, carrying out hot washing at 80 ℃ and warm washing at 50 ℃, then adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7.5, and then carrying out deoxidation treatment under the condition of 0.001-0.01g/L of deoxidized enzyme;

(4) dyeing under a weak alkaline condition with pH of 10-13;

(5) hot washing and low-temperature soaping: hot washing at 80 ℃ for 10min, soaping at 80 ℃ for 10min, and the soaping agent is a low-temperature soaping agent: the low-temperature soaping agent SZ-4861 is purchased from Shanghai Shencheng chemical engineering science and technology Limited;

(6) polishing treatment: adjusting pH value to 4.0-6.5 with 80% glacial acetic acid, and polishing fabric with 0.05-0.5% regenerated cellulose fiber special biological enzyme (RFiberlifeRFusion) for 40-60 min;

(7) softening and finishing: adding softening agent DT530 (3.5 g/L), adjusting the pH value of the fabric to 6.0 by using citric acid, and treating the fabric at 30 ℃ for 30 min;

(8) dewatering, scutching, drying in a loose mode and sewing to obtain the finished product.

The bamboo pulp Lyocell soft towel obtained by the method is fluffy and soft in hand feeling, the dehairing rate after 5 times of washing is less than 5 per thousand, the inhibition rate of 50 times of washing on staphylococcus aureus can reach more than 95%, and the inhibition rate on escherichia coli can reach more than 80%.

Example 2

The bamboo pulp Lyocell soft towel obtained by the method is fluffy and soft in hand feeling, the dehairing rate after 5 times of washing is less than 3 per thousand, the inhibition rate of 50 times of washing on staphylococcus aureus can reach more than 99%, and the inhibition rate on escherichia coli can reach more than 90%.
