the specific production steps are as follows: 1. preparing terry yarn: blending 5% of water-soluble vinylon, 75% of cotton and 20% of lyocell by weight to form loop yarn; the selected vinylon specifications are as follows: 1.1dtex X38mm, the dissolution temperature of the water-soluble vinylon is 90 ℃, the main body length of the cotton fiber is not less than 28mm, and the micronaire value is as follows: 3.9-4.4, the specifications of the lyocell are as follows: 1.33dtex x38mm, loop count of 21s/2, single yarn twist: 50 twists/10 cm, twist multiplier: 263, the twisting direction is Z direction, and the ply twist is: 20t/dm, the twisting direction is S direction; the yarn is prepared by the processes of fiber mixing, cotton carding, drawing, roving, spinning, spooling, doubling, twisting and the like (specifically, the conventional process can be referred).

3. dyeing and finishing the blank towel:

3.2 blank towel pre-shrinking: and (3) loading the blank towel treated by the 3.1 treatment into an overflow machine, wherein the process conditions are as follows: bath ratio: after running at 70 ℃ for 20min at a ratio of 1:10, the temperature is increased to 85 ℃ and the running is carried out for 10 min. Adding cold water after discharging water, and circulating for 10 min. Discharging water, taking out, dehydrating and drying to obtain the preshrinked blank towel.

3.3, removing fiber and scouring and bleaching of the blank towel: and (4) putting the dried blank towel obtained in the step (3.2) into an overflow machine again for removing the fiber and scouring and bleaching. 3.4 dyeing and post-treatment of the towel blank: 3.3, dyeing under the alkalescent condition that the pH value is 10-13; and after dyeing, washing with water, hot washing and soaping.

Then, adjusting the pH value to 4.0-6.5 with 80% glacial acetic acid, and polishing with 0.05-0.5% biological enzyme (Shandongpeng high concentration polishing enzyme 600H) at 50 deg.C for 30-60 min;

then carrying out soft finishing: 3-5g/L of softening agent DT530, 35 degrees x30-60 min;

and then dehydrating, drying and sewing to obtain a finished product.

Tests show that compared with the conventional cut pile product, the product obtained by the method has the advantages that the molting rate after 5 times of washing can be reduced: 1-2 per mill, the finished product yield can be improved by about 10 percent compared with the conventional cut pile product, and the hand feeling is softer.
