In the line suction process, cooling water is filled into the water rotary joint, and the water rotary joint and the water rotary mandrel can dredge the cooling water without influencing the rotation of the water rotary joint. And cooling water circulates in the air suction cylinder along the water channel hole and cools the air suction cylinder, so that the air-permeable pattern cylinder and the PU synthetic leather are cooled in time, and the pattern-suction rebound is avoided. The vacuum suction lines are adopted, so that the PU synthetic leather can be prevented from being subjected to overlarge pressure, the material is prevented from losing the thickness of the PU synthetic leather, and the product quality is ensured. The PU synthetic leather adopts the mode of vacuum line suction to carry out the processing of line, and it is effectual to inhale the line, is difficult for appearing the phenomenon that the line kick-backs, is favorable to improving product quality.
