The sealing member for a pulverizing apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein the first O-ring, the second O-ring and the third O-ring are each provided with a reinforcing inner core inside, and five reinforcing inner cores are provided, and the first O-ring, the second O-ring, the third O-ring and the reinforcing inner cores are all fixedly connected.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of crushing equipment, in particular to a sealing element for crushing equipment.

Background

The crushing apparatus is a generic term for crushing machines and grinding machines. The two are generally roughly distinguished by the size of the discharged particle size: the material with the particle size larger than three millimeters and the content of more than fifty percent of the total discharge amount in the discharge is called crushing machinery; the material with the content less than three millimeters accounting for more than fifty percent of the total discharge is called a grinding machine. The grinding machine is sometimes also referred to as a crushing machine, which is the narrow meaning of a crushing plant. The mechanical force is used to crush the solid material into small blocks, fine powder or powder, the classification method of the crushing equipment is various, or the crushing equipment is divided according to the structural form, or the crushing method, or the movement speed, or the stress type, or the thinning degree, and the crushing equipment is widely applied to various industries such as production, scientific research, medical treatment and the like.

the second sealing element is located on the inner side of the crushing equipment shell, the rotating shaft penetrates through the second sealing element, the second sealing element comprises a second base, a third O-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the second base and the rotating shaft, and second elastic sealing filling is arranged on the inner side of the second sealing element.

The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description.

In the scheme, the outer side and the inner side of the connection part of the crushing equipment shell and the rotating shaft are respectively provided with the first sealing element and the second sealing element, the first sealing element is internally provided with the second bearing which can ensure that the rotating shaft can rotate relative to the first sealing element, the first O-shaped sealing ring performs first sealing on the connection part of the outer side, the second O-shaped sealing ring performs second sealing, and the second O-shaped sealing rings are provided with five, so that the sealing strength is greatly improved, the third O-shaped sealing ring is used for sealing the joint of the inner side for the third time, the first elastic sealing and filling and the second elastic sealing and filling are used for further comprehensively sealing the joint of the outer side and the joint of the inner side, so that the gap between the rotating shaft of the crushing device and the shell of the crushing device has comprehensive tightness, thereby avoiding leakage of the crushed materials and avoiding pollution of the working environment and waste of the crushed materials.

In a preferable scheme, a first groove 19 is formed in the inner side of the first base 5, the first groove 19 is located on the outer side of the first O-shaped sealing ring 7, a first elastic member 20 is arranged inside the first groove 19, and the first elastic member 20 is fixedly connected with the first groove 19 and the first O-shaped sealing ring 7.

In the above scheme, when being worn and torn after first O type sealing washer is used for a long time, elastic compensation can be made to first elastic component by self elasticity, avoids not hard up of first O type sealing washer to guarantee the sealed effect of first O type sealing washer, to the sealed effect of junction promptly, further guarantee sealed stability, guarantee crushing apparatus's safety in production.

In a preferable scheme, a second groove 21 is formed in the inner side of the second base 27, the second groove 21 is located on the outer side of the third O-ring 11, a second elastic member 22 is arranged in the second groove 21, and the second elastic member 22 is fixedly connected with the second groove 21 and the third O-ring 11.

In the above scheme, when being worn and torn after third O type sealing washer uses for a long time, the second elastic component can rely on self elasticity to make elastic compensation, avoids becoming flexible of third O type sealing washer to guarantee the sealed effect of third O type sealing washer, to the sealed effect of junction promptly, further guarantee sealed stability, guarantee crushing apparatus's safety in production.

In a preferable scheme, the reinforcing inner cores 23 are arranged inside the first O-shaped sealing ring 7, the second O-shaped sealing ring 9 and the third O-shaped sealing ring 11, five reinforcing inner cores 23 are arranged inside the reinforcing inner cores 23, and the first O-shaped sealing ring 7, the second O-shaped sealing ring 9, the third O-shaped sealing ring 11 and the reinforcing inner cores 23 are fixedly connected.

In the above scheme, first seal gasket improves the leakproofness of first fixed disk and crushing apparatus casing junction, and second seal gasket improves the leakproofness of second fixed disk and crushing apparatus casing junction to further improve the sealed effect of first sealing member and second sealing member, thereby further avoid revealing of crushing material, avoid operational environment's pollution and the waste of crushing material.

In a preferred embodiment, five second O-rings 9 are provided.
