In the underground pipeline construction of the ductile cast iron pipe in the municipal public works, the pipe jacking process becomes the preferred process for upgrading and reconstructing the underground pipeline of the narrow street in the old city due to the advantages of no excavation, no need of blocking traffic, small interference to the living environment of residents and the like.

However, practice shows that the existing pipe jacking construction method has the following problems in application: due to upgrading and transformation of underground pipelines, a large number of short-distance inspection wells need to be designed for installation and maintenance of branch pipe fittings such as pipeline branches and valves, and the arrangement of the pipeline branches can cause the problems of pipe jacking operation interruption, addition of working pits and the like, so that complicated processes are increased, the construction engineering quantity and the construction cost are increased, the work efficiency is reduced, and potential safety hazards are increased. Therefore, the invention is necessary to invent a branch section reservation and recanalization construction method for long-distance continuous pipe jacking, which can ensure long-distance continuous pipe jacking of an underground pipeline and flexibly set an inspection well according to the functional requirements of the pipeline.

s1: prefabrication of the connecting device: the connecting device comprises a connecting pipe, a socket pipe 101 is arranged at the head end of the connecting pipe, an inserting mechanism is arranged at the tail end of the connecting pipe, two ejection bolts 102 which are oppositely arranged up and down penetrate through the outer side wall of the socket pipe 101, and the tail ends of the two ejection bolts 102 face inwards; the connecting pipe is composed of two arc-shaped connecting pipe pieces 103 which are distributed up and down, and the two connecting pipe pieces 103 are detachably connected; an outer protecting pipe is sleeved outside the connecting pipe; the outer diameter of the outer protecting pipe is consistent with the outer diameter of the first pipeline 2, and the length of the outer protecting pipe is consistent with that of the connecting pipe; the outer protective pipe is composed of two arc-shaped outer protective pipe pieces 104 which are distributed up and down, and the two outer protective pipe pieces 104 are detachably connected; a plurality of arc-shaped inner ribs 105 which are distributed in parallel from left to right are fixed on the inner side wall of each outer protective duct piece 104;

s2: prefabricating a recanalization device: the recanalization device comprises an inner sleeve 501 and an outer sleeve 502, the right part of the inner sleeve 501 penetrates the left part of the outer sleeve 502, and a plurality of sealing rubber rings 503 which are distributed left and right are arranged at the joint part of the inner sleeve 501 and the outer sleeve 502; a plurality of positioning ear plates 504 which are distributed equidistantly along the circumferential direction and are vertical in the longitudinal direction are fixed at the left part of the outer side wall of the inner sleeve 501; the left side of each positioning ear plate 504 is provided with a baffle plate 505 which is arranged in parallel with the positioning ear plate and is fixed on the outer side wall of the inner sleeve 501; each positioning ear plate 504 is provided with an adjusting bolt 506 which is positioned at the right side of the baffle 505 and is transversely arranged; a plurality of fixing plates 507 which are opposite to the positioning ear plates 504 one by one and provided with screw holes are fixed at the right part of the outer side wall of the outer sleeve 502, and the tail parts of the adjusting bolts 506 are screwed in the screw holes of the fixing plates 507 one by one; the left end of the inner sleeve 501 is provided with a first connecting mechanism; the right end of the outer sleeve 502 is provided with a second connecting mechanism;

s3: prefabricating an outer sealing pipe: the outer sealing pipe is composed of two arc-shaped outer sealing pipe pieces 6 which are distributed up and down, and the two outer sealing pipe pieces 6 are detachably connected; the outer duct piece 6 comprises a first straight duct piece 601, a first transition duct piece 602, a second straight duct piece 603, a second transition duct piece 604 and a third straight duct piece 605 which are sequentially connected into a whole from left to right; the inner diameter of the first straight segment 601 and the inner diameter of the third straight segment 605 are both smaller than the inner diameter of the second straight segment 603; glue injection ports 7 are formed in the side wall of the first transition duct piece 602 and the side wall of the second transition duct piece 604;

s4: installation of the connecting device: according to the design requirement of the pipeline, the connecting device is installed at the branch section of the pipeline, and the installation process comprises the following steps: firstly, placing a connecting pipe between a first pipeline 2 and a second pipeline 3, carrying out socket joint connection on the tail end of the connecting pipe and a bearing part of the second pipeline 3 through a socket joint mechanism, carrying out socket joint connection on the bearing pipe and a socket joint part of the first pipeline 2, and then screwing two ejector bolts 102 to ensure that the tail ends of the two ejector bolts 102 are both attached to the socket joint part of the first pipeline 2, thereby completing the installation of the connecting pipe; finally, two outer protecting pipe pieces 104 are arranged on the outer side of the connecting pipe and connected with the two outer protecting pipe pieces 104, so that the inner arc surfaces of the inner ribs 105 are attached to the outer side wall of the connecting pipe, and the installation of the connecting device is completed;

s5: pipe jacking operation: performing pipe jacking operation on the first pipeline 2 and the second pipeline 3 provided with the connecting device, and synchronously jacking the connecting device, the first pipeline 2 and the second pipeline 3;

s6: excavation of an inspection well: excavating an inspection well pit at a corresponding position of the pipeline branch section, and cleaning the surrounding soil body after finding a connecting device until the construction requirement of the inspection well is met;

s7: dismantling the connecting device: firstly, removing two outer protective pipe pieces 104, then removing the connection of two connecting pipe pieces 103, then sequentially screwing two ejection bolts 102, and ejecting the two ejection bolts 102 inwards to drive the inner side wall of the bearing pipe 101 to be separated from the inserting part of the first pipeline 2, so that the purpose of separating the connecting pipe pieces 103 from the first pipeline 2 is realized, and the removal of the connecting device is completed;

s8: installation of the branch pipe fitting 4: connecting a branch pipe fitting 4 of the pipeline branch section to the right end part of the first pipeline 2 according to the pipeline design requirement;

s9: installation of the recovery device: firstly, the left end of the inner sleeve 501 is connected to the right end of the branch pipe fitting 4 through a first connecting mechanism, then each adjusting bolt 506 is adjusted, the adjusting bolt 506 rotates to drive the fixing plate 507 to move from left to right, so that the outer sleeve 502 is driven to move rightwards until the right end of the outer sleeve 502 is contacted with the left end of the second pipeline 3, and finally the right end of the outer sleeve 502 is connected to the left end of the second pipeline 3 through a second connecting mechanism, so that the installation of the multi-pass device is completed;

s10: setting of the external functional protection layer 8 of the recanalization device: firstly, two first straight pipe pieces 601 are sleeved at the right end part of a branch pipe fitting 4, then two third straight pipe pieces 605 are sleeved at the left end part of a second pipeline 3, then two outer sealing pipe pieces 6 are connected, and then a function protection material is filled into the inner cavity of the outer sealing pipe through a glue injection port 7 to form an annular function protection layer 8, so that the setting of the external function protection layer 8 of the recanalization device is completed.

The branch pipe fitting 4 is a three-way joint or a valve.

The first connecting mechanism is a bearing pipe I508 which is connected with the inserting part of the branch pipe fitting 4 in a socket-and-spigot manner and is integrated with the inner sleeve 501; the second connecting mechanism is a plug pipe 509 which is socket-connected with the socket part of the second pipeline 3 and is integrated with the outer sleeve 502.

The first connecting mechanism and the second connecting mechanism are both vertical flanges 510.

Two vertically-placed connecting bolts 107 with locking nuts 106 are commonly penetrated through the side walls of the two connecting pipe pieces 103; the lateral wall of every connection section of jurisdiction 103 all forms two countersunk grooves 108 that control the distribution along vertical inside sunken, and two countersunk grooves 108 of connecting section of jurisdiction 103 just right from top to bottom, and the mounting hole of through connection section of jurisdiction 103 inside wall, lateral wall is all seted up to the tank bottom of every countersunk groove 108, and connecting bolt 107 wears in the mounting hole.

One end of the inner side wall of the outer protecting duct piece 104 and one end of the inner side wall of the outer sealing duct piece 6 in the front-back direction are both integrally provided with a rib strip 9 which is transversely arranged, and the other end of the inner side wall is integrally provided with a strip-shaped clamping groove 10 which is transversely arranged and matched with the rib strip 9 in shape; the rib strips 9 and the strip-shaped clamping grooves 10 of the two outer sealing pipe pieces 6 are arranged in an exchange way and are matched with each other; the bead strips 9 and the strip-shaped clamping grooves 10 of the two outer protective pipe sheets 104 are arranged in an exchangeable manner and are matched with each other.

In the construction, when the connection types of the first pipeline 2 and the connecting device, the second pipeline 3 and the connecting device, the first pipeline 2 and the branch pipe fitting 4, the communicating device and the branch pipe fitting 4 and the communicating device and the second pipeline 3 are not matched, the disk bearing short pipe 11 or the disk inserting short pipe 12 is used for conversion.

The plug-in mechanism is two spacing slips 109 that are fixed in the tail end face of connecting pipe and distribute from top to bottom as an organic whole, and the surface of two spacing slips 109 all laminates in the portion of accepting of second pipeline 3.

The inner sleeve 501 is in a straight pipe shape; the outer sleeve 502 comprises a left straight pipe section and a right straight pipe section which are distributed left and right and are connected into a whole, and the inner diameter of the left straight pipe section is larger than that of the right straight pipe section.

The number of the positioning ear plates 504 is three; the number of the sealing rubber rings 503 positioned between the inner sleeve 501 and the outer sleeve 502 is two; the connecting pipe, the inner sleeve 501 and the outer sleeve 502 are all made of steel; the outer protecting pipe and the outer sealing pipe are both made of hard plastics; the functional protective layer 8 is made of a foam sealant.

The left part of the screw section of the adjusting bolt 506 is of a smooth structure, and the right part of the screw section is of a threaded structure.
