Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of low-temperature heat-insulating containers, in particular to a connecting pipe fixing method suitable for a vertical low-temperature heat-insulating container.

Background

The low-temperature container can be classified into two types according to the working pressure, one type is a low-pressure container (or an open container) which works under the pressure close to the atmospheric pressure, and the other type is a high-pressure container which works under the pressure of 1.5-3.0 MPa. Low pressure vessels are used for general storage and transport; the high pressure vessel is installed in a consumption center, and supplies a low temperature liquid or a gas after vaporization to a user through a pipe network, and the pipe network should maintain a predetermined minimum pressure regardless of the supply of the liquid or the gas, and the type of the heat insulating structure should be selected in consideration of heat insulating performance, economy, robustness, weight, volume, convenience of manufacture, and the like. None of the insulation types is considered to be perfect in all cases, and in general, low boiling point liquids are used with high efficiency; the large container should be a low-cost heat insulation type without considering the weight and the occupied space, and the transportation type and portable type containers should be a light-weight and small-volume heat insulation type; the container with complex shape is generally not suitable for vacuum multi-layer heat insulation, and in addition, for the container used for a short time or used intermittently, the heat capacity of the heat insulation structure is as small as possible, so that the precooling time is short and the cooling consumption is small;

the vertical low-temperature heat-insulating container mainly comprises an outer container and an inner container, an interlayer space formed between the inner container and the outer container is vacuumized to prevent heat transfer, when the inner container needs to be fed with liquid or discharged with liquid, the inner container and the outer container are connected through a stainless steel connecting pipe, but the outer container is made of carbon steel mostly and cannot bear the temperature of a cryogenic medium, so that the material of the outer container needs to be adjusted to perform transition, the most important thing for the low-temperature heat-insulating container is to prevent heat transfer, the more holes are formed in the outer container, the more the inner container contacts with the outside, the more the inner container is not beneficial to heat preservation, and therefore, the connecting pipe fixing method which can integrally manage the connecting pipe and avoid the outer container cannot bear the cryogenic.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of the prior art and provides a connecting pipe fixing method which can carry out integrated management on a connecting pipe and avoid that an outer container cannot bear a cryogenic medium and is suitable for a vertical low-temperature heat-insulating container.

the stainless steel sealing cover is provided with a plurality of pipeline connecting holes, the pipeline connecting holes comprise a liquid inlet hole for injecting liquid into the inner container and a liquid outlet hole for discharging the liquid in the inner container, a liquid inlet pipe with the end part connected to the circumferential surface of the top of the inner container is connected in the liquid inlet hole, a liquid outlet pipe with the end part connected to the circumferential surface of the bottom of the inner container is connected in the liquid outlet hole, and the liquid medium in the inner container is conveyed by the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe connected to the inner container.

The embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings so as to facilitate the further understanding of the present invention by those skilled in the art, and do not limit the right thereto.

Example 1, referring to fig. 1 to 4, a method for fixing a nozzle suitable for a vertical type cryogenic insulation vessel, comprising the steps of,

(1) derusting the outer peripheral surface of the bottom of an outer container of the vertical low-temperature heat-insulating container by using a high-efficiency corrosion inhibitor;

(2) the outer container bottom outer peripheral face of the vertical low-temperature heat-insulating container is provided with a connecting pipe integrated mounting groove for the connecting pipe to pass through gas cutting, a connecting pipe integrated fixing device for assisting in fixing the connecting pipe is mounted in the connecting pipe integrated mounting groove, the connecting pipe integrated fixing device is welded and fixed on the connecting pipe integrated mounting groove, and the connecting pipe of the vertical low-temperature heat-insulating container is fixed by the connecting pipe integrated fixing device on the connecting pipe integrated mounting groove.

Embodiment 2, the method for fixing a nozzle suitable for a vertical cryogenic insulation container according to embodiment 1, wherein the nozzle integrated fixing device comprises,

at least one connecting pipe integrated mounting groove 3 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the bottom of the outer container 2 of the vertical low-temperature heat-insulating container consisting of the inner container 1 and the outer container 2, wherein the space between the inner container 1 and the outer container 2 is a closed interlayer 4, and the closed interlayer 4 is a vacuum-pumping space;

a plurality of pipeline connecting holes are formed on a stainless steel sealing cover 5, the pipeline connecting holes comprise a liquid inlet hole 6 for injecting liquid into an inner container 1 and a liquid outlet hole 7 for discharging the liquid in the inner container 1, both the liquid inlet hole 6 and the liquid outlet hole 7 are arranged on the stainless steel sealing cover 5, so that the open pore scale on the outer peripheral surface of an outer container 2 is reduced to the maximum extent, the contact between the outer container 2 and the inner container 1 and the outside is reduced, a liquid inlet pipe 8 with the end part connected to the top peripheral surface of the inner container 1 is connected in the liquid injecting hole, a liquid outlet pipe 9 with the end part connected to the bottom peripheral surface of the inner container 1 is connected in the liquid outlet hole 7, the liquid medium in the inner container 1 is conveyed by the liquid inlet pipe 8 and the liquid outlet pipe 9 connected to the inner container 1, and the liquid injection and the liquid output of the inner container 1 are both conveyed by the liquid inlet pipe 8 and the, the indirect contact between the outer carbon steel container 2 and the cryogenic medium is avoided to a certain extent, and the normal use state of the outer carbon steel container 2 is ensured.
