The high-efficiency concrete composite additive has good effects of improving the frost resistance, the impermeability and the corrosion resistance of concrete, and has the characteristics of higher water reducing rate and segregation resistance. However, the use of the β -based sodium sulfonate formaldehyde condensate leads to poor environmental protection; because the synergistic effect among the components is poor, the mixing amount of the concrete is large, and the promotion effect on the waterproof and anti-permeability performance and the mechanical strength of the concrete needs to be further improved.

3) The concrete waterproof anti-cracking agent provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the added porous beta-cyclodextrin cross-linked polymer nano-fiber, alunite and bauxite powder have synergistic effect, and the beneficial properties of organic and inorganic expansion components are combined, so that the concrete waterproof anti-cracking agent can compensate the generated shrinkage stress through hydration expansion of the concrete waterproof anti-cracking agent while keeping water and resisting dry cracking, and can obviously improve the anti-cracking performance of concrete under the condition of low mixing amount.

The introduction of the sulfonic group can also play a role in reducing water and playing an important role in maintaining slump; because the concrete has negative charges and is adsorbed on the surface of cement particles, the early-stage dispersing capacity of the cement particles is improved and the comprehensive performance of the concrete is improved due to the action of electrostatic repulsion. The concrete waterproof anti-cracking agent is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of porous beta-cyclodextrin cross-linked polymer nano fiber, 10 parts of bauxite powder, 4 parts of a fiber material containing sulfonic groups, 20 parts of alunite, 8 parts of blast furnace slag, 2 parts of rosin-based hyperbranched polyester, 5 parts of sulfonate-modified 2-amino adenine nucleoside, 3 parts of nano boron fiber and 2 parts of surface hydrophilic pig hair fiber.

The particle size of the bauxite powder is 1000 meshes; the particle size of the alunite is 900 meshes; the grain size of the blast furnace slag is 1000 meshes; the diameter of the nano boron fiber is 200nm, and the length-diameter ratio is 10: 1.

This example provides a concrete water-proofing crack-resistant agent, whose formulation and preparation method are substantially the same as those of example 1, except that surface hydrophilic pig hair fibers and fiber materials containing sulfonic acid groups are not added.

Comparative example 4

The formula and the preparation method of the concrete waterproof anti-cracking agent are basically the same as those of the concrete waterproof anti-cracking agent in example 1, except that bauxite powder and rosin-based hyperbranched polyester are not added.

Comparative example 5

The present example provides a concrete waterproof crack-resistant agent, the formulation and preparation method of which are substantially the same as those of example 1, except that blast furnace slag and nano boron fiber are not added.

mixing the concrete waterproof anti-cracking agent of each example into common concrete for performance test, wherein the mixing amount of the concrete anti-cracking agent is 2%, and the common concrete is prepared by mixing cement, water, stones and sand according to the mass ratio of 1:3:18: 12; the control group is common concrete without adding a concrete waterproof anti-cracking agent. The concrete compression strength and bending strength tests are carried out according to GB/T50081-2002 standard of common concrete mechanical property test method, and the size of a test piece is the standard size specified in the standard; the early crack resistance performance test is carried out according to appendix A in T/CECS10001-2017 crack-resistant and impervious composite material used in concrete.

As can be seen from table 1, the concrete waterproof crack resistant agent disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention has more excellent crack resistance and mechanical strength than the concrete waterproof crack resistant agent in the comparative example, which is a result of the synergistic effect of the components.
