The trenchless plastic-spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 33-40 parts of a cementing material, 35-40 parts of quartz sand, 1-3 parts of modified zeolite powder, 1-3 parts of latex powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5-2 parts of a fiber material, 0.05-0.2 part of a water-retaining agent, 0.2-0.8 part of a retarder, 0.1-0.5 part of a wetting agent, 1-2 parts of a curing agent, 1-2 parts of epoxy resin and the balance of water; the cementing material consists of cement, fly ash, purified water sludge and metakaolin.

The trenchless plastic-spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the crushed clean water sludge is 800-1000 meshes; the weight ratio of the cement, the fly ash, the water purification sludge and the metakaolin is 31: 2: 3: 1.

The method for preparing the trenchless plastic-spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline of claim 1, which is characterized in that a component A is obtained by mixing a cementing material, quartz sand, modified zeolite powder, latex powder, polyvinyl alcohol, a fiber material, a water-retaining agent, a retarder, epoxy resin and water; mixing a wetting agent, a curing agent and water to obtain a component B; and mixing the component A and the component B to obtain the trenchless plastic spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline.

10. The preparation method of the trenchless plastic-spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline according to claim 9, wherein the fly ash, the silica micro powder and the metakaolin are mixed with cement after ball milling to obtain the cementing material.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of repair reinforcement and corrosion prevention of drainage pipelines, and relates to a non-excavation plastic spraying repair material for an in-service drainage pipeline and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Town drainage pipe is the important component of municipal facilities, and drainage pipe decays candle, the seepage is serious, and the condition such as pipeline destruction, deformation, uneven collude subsides occasionally takes place. Therefore, the repair work of the drainage pipeline is necessary and imperative. At present, the spraying repair method of urban drainage pipelines in China mainly comprises an ultraviolet curing CIPP repair technology, under the condition that the position of a pipeline to be repaired is not changed, a hose soaked with resin is tightly attached to the inner wall of the pipeline to be repaired by drawing and compressing air, and then by utilizing the characteristic that the resin in the hose is cured by ultraviolet rays, an ultraviolet lamp is placed in an inflated hose and is controlled to travel at a certain speed in the hose, so that the hose is gradually cured from one end to the other end and is tightly attached to the inner wall of the pipeline to be repaired, a hard pipe-in-pipe structure is formed, and the underground pipeline which is damaged or loses the conveying function is repaired in situ; in addition, the local resin curing method (local forming method of a felt tube bladder) is a non-excavation repairing method in which, when a pipe is locally cracked, leaked, or damaged and emergency repair is required due to the local damage of the pipe, a glass fiber felt cloth coated with a resin mixture is pressed against the inner wall of the pipe with a bladder, and curing is performed at room temperature, by heating, by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, or the like, to form a new lining pipe in the repaired pipe. However, the existing repair mortar has poor adhesion with the original pipe wall, and micro cracks are easy to appear after construction, so that the repair effect is influenced, and hollowing and falling are easy to occur in the repair process; the pipe wall must be completely dried in the construction, the in-service pipeline cannot be repaired, the construction process is complex, and the cost is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a non-excavation plastic spraying repair material for an in-service drainage pipeline and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the existing in-service drainage pipeline structural repair water-carrying operation is difficult to construct, the construction period is long, the cost is high, hollowing, falling off, cracking and poor cohesiveness are easy to occur after repair, and the corrosion resistance and anti-permeability effects are not ideal.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the trenchless plastic-spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline comprises the following components in parts by weight: 33-40 parts of a cementing material, 35-40 parts of quartz sand, 1-3 parts of modified zeolite powder, 1-3 parts of latex powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5-2 parts of a fiber material, 0.05-0.2 part of a water-retaining agent, 0.2-0.8 part of a retarder, 0.1-0.5 part of a wetting agent, 1-2 parts of a curing agent, 1-2 parts of epoxy resin and the balance of water; the cementing material consists of cement, fly ash, purified water sludge and metakaolin.

A preparation method of an trenchless plastic-spraying repair material for an in-service drainage pipeline comprises the following steps: mixing a cementing material, quartz sand, modified zeolite powder, latex powder, polyvinyl alcohol, a fiber material, a water-retaining agent, a retarder, epoxy resin and water to obtain a component A; mixing a wetting agent, a curing agent and water to obtain a component B; and mixing the component A and the component B to obtain the trenchless plastic spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline.

In the invention, the water purification sludge from a water works is dried for 24 hours at 100 ℃ and then crushed to obtain crushed water purification sludge; the grain diameter of the crushed water-purifying sludge is 800-1000 meshes. The water purification sludge is a conventional product of a water works, is directly obtained from the water works, is waste, and utilizes the waste as a raw material, thereby not only realizing the reutilization of the waste, but also improving the acid corrosion resistance of the repair material.

Preferably, the fly ash, the purified water sludge and the metakaolin are mixed with the cement after ball milling to obtain a cementing material; further preferably, the weight ratio of the cement to the fly ash to the purified water sludge to the metakaolin is 31: 2: 3: 1. The cementing material and the quartz sand are main components of the repairing agent and are the basis of performance exertion, and particularly, the cementing material is the key of mechanical property and corrosion resistance and has influence on the interface effect of each component.

In the invention, the fineness of the quartz sand is 20-50 meshes; the fiber material consists of wood fibers and polypropylene fibers, preferably, the mass ratio of the wood fibers to the polypropylene fibers is 1: 1; the latex powder is water dispersible vinyl acetate rubber powder; the alcoholysis degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is 85-90 mol%, preferably 87-89 mol%; the wetting agent is 2, 2-dimethyl-1, 3-propylene glycol; the water-retaining agent is two or more of hydroxymethyl cellulose ether, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, hydroxyethyl cellulose ether, carboxymethyl starch ether and hydroxypropyl starch ether; the retarder is prepared by compounding alumina, tartaric acid and a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, and preferably, the weight ratio of the alumina to the tartaric acid to the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is 1: 2.

The invention discloses a method for trenchless repairing of an in-service drainage pipeline by using the trenchless plastic-spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline, which comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing a cementing material, quartz sand, modified zeolite powder, latex powder, polyvinyl alcohol, a fiber material, a water-retaining agent, a retarder, epoxy resin and water to obtain a component A; mixing a wetting agent, a curing agent and water to obtain a component B; mixing the component A and the component B to obtain an trenchless plastic spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline;

(2) spraying the trenchless plastic-spraying repair material on the damaged surface of the in-service drainage pipeline to finish the trenchless repair of the in-service drainage pipeline.

When the trenchless repairing is carried out on the in-service drainage pipeline, the trenchless repairing method does not need to excavate, reduces the maintenance obstacles, can construct the repairing agent in a humid environment or a water-carrying environment, and reduces the repairing steps and the manufacturing cost. According to the actual condition of the damaged surface, the repairing surface can be cleaned firstly, and then the repairing material is sprayed on the trenchless plastic spraying repairing material of the service drainage pipeline, if the damaged surface meets the construction requirement, the repairing material is directly sprayed on the trenchless plastic spraying repairing material of the service drainage pipeline; the specific construction method is conventional technology, such as a centrifugal spraying machine.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the trenchless plastic-spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline, provided by the invention, has micro-expansibility, is used for compensating the shrinkage generated by the material reaction in the later period, and prevents micro-cracking caused by the material self-shrinkage.

The trenchless plastic-spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline provided by the invention has excellent volume stability and good cohesiveness with the original pipeline wall, forms a continuous and integrated structure, prevents hollowing and dropping, has early-strength and high-strength mechanical properties and corrosion resistance and impermeability, and ensures the stability and durability of the repair structure.

The non-excavation spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline and the preparation method have the advantages of simple preparation process, low energy consumption, short preparation period and lower cost, and the spraying repair material can be used immediately after being prepared and can not influence the use effect after being placed for a certain time; the plastic spraying repair material is non-toxic, pollution-free and environment-friendly.

The trenchless plastic spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline provided by the invention is applied to the trenchless structure repair technology of the urban drainage pipeline, does not need to be excavated, has short construction period and low manufacturing cost, can efficiently solve the leakage problem of the underground pipeline, and does not bring traffic jam. The effect of repairing the pipeline is ideal, the long-time shunt pressure of the shunt pipe is reduced, the risk caused by sudden water quantity is reduced, and the environment-friendly effect is better.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention are described in detail below by examples, and the following examples are only exemplary and are only used for explaining and illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the technical solutions of the present invention. The non-excavation repair of the drainage pipeline in service is water-carrying operation in the pipeline running state, and has higher requirement on the plastic spraying repair material. The trenchless plastic-spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline provided by the invention can be constructed in the pipeline operation or water-carrying environment, so that the construction cost in the pipeline repair is greatly reduced; the water pipe can be repaired under the condition that water exists in the pipe, and the water pipe is slightly interfered by the environment.

The invention provides an in-service drainage pipeline trenchless plastic-spraying repair material and a preparation method thereof, and related raw materials are conventional products sold in the building field, and meet the requirement of repair mortar; wherein the cement is CA60 cement, the granularity of the fly ash is 1000-1600 meshes, and the granularity of the metakaolin is 800-1000 meshes; the fineness of the quartz sand is 20-50 meshes; polyvinyl alcohol was purchased from aladdin (PVA-205); the wetting agent is 2, 2-dimethyl-1, 3-propylene glycol; the latex powder is vinyl acetate rubber powder and can be dispersed in water; the retarder is formed by mixing alumina (5-10 mu m), tartaric acid and polycarboxylic acid retarding water reducer (McIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcIcI; the wood fiber and the polypropylene fiber are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: 1 to obtain the fiber material. The specific methods of preparation and testing involved are conventional in the art.

Synthesis example

Purified water sludge from water works in Suzhou high-new district is dried at 100 ℃ for 24 hours and then crushed, and 800-1000 meshes of the crushed purified water sludge are taken as the purified water sludge of the following examples and comparative examples.

Soaking commercially available zeolite powder (Huaqing zeolite) in a mixed aqueous solution of 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid and 0.2mol/L sodium sulfate at room temperature for 24 hours, then washing with clean water, calcining in air at 350 ℃ for 2 hours, and grinding to 200 meshes by using a grinder to obtain modified zeolite powder; soaking is carried out by conventional method, and the liquid is submerged into the solid.

Examples

And mixing and ball-milling the fly ash, the purified water sludge and the metakaolin for 30 minutes conventionally, and then mixing the mixture with cement conventionally to obtain the cementing material.

Mixing a cementing material, quartz sand, modified zeolite powder, latex powder, polyvinyl alcohol, a fiber material, a water-retaining agent, a retarder, epoxy resin and water (half of the total amount) to obtain a component A, and mixing a wetting agent, a curing agent and the water (the rest amount) to obtain a component B; mixing the component A and the component B to obtain an trenchless plastic spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline; mixing is conventional.

The following examples 1-6 are provided to specifically illustrate the components of the trenchless plastic-sprayed repair material for in-service drain pipelines, as shown in Table 1 below.

Comparative example

The purified water sludge and metakaolin in the first example were all replaced with silica fume (800-1000 mesh), and the balance was unchanged to obtain comparative repairing agent 1.

Replacing the fly ash, the purified water sludge and the metakaolin in the first embodiment by 3 parts, 1 part and 2 parts by weight, and keeping the rest parts unchanged to obtain a comparative repairing agent 2.

The modified zeolite powder of example one was replaced with a commercially available zeolite powder (200 mesh), and the remainder was unchanged to obtain comparative repairing agent 3.

The retarder of example one was replaced with a separate polycarboxylic acid retarding water reducer, and the remainder were unchanged to give comparative repair agent 4.

The existing commercial trenchless pipeline repairing agent is used as a contrast repairing agent 5.

The raw materials used in the invention are all commercial industrial grade materials or local bulk solid waste materials which are modified and recycled.

The concrete preparation method of the pipeline plastic-spraying repair material comprises the following steps:

weighing quartz sand, a cementing material and half of water according to a proportion, sequentially adding the weighed materials into a stirrer, and mixing and stirring; then weighing and adding the modified zeolite powder, the latex powder, the polyvinyl alcohol, the fiber material, the water-retaining agent, the retarder and the epoxy resin at one time, and continuously stirring to obtain a component A;

mixing the wetting agent, the curing agent and the rest water, and stirring to obtain a component B;

and adding the component A into the component B, and stirring to obtain the trenchless plastic-spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline.

Comparative example preparation method reference is made to the examples. Further performance tests were performed on the repair materials of the comparative examples, the test results being shown in table 2 below:

The other performances of the repairing agent of the embodiment 1 to the embodiment 3 are better than the performance requirements of the aluminate anticorrosion mortar, such as bonding tensile strength and 28-day compressive strength.

From the above table, it can be seen that:

the compressive strength of the pipeline plastic-spraying repair material provided by the invention is more than 15MPa in 1 day, which shows that the pipeline plastic-spraying repair material has good early strength performance, can quickly repair an in-service pipeline and recover normal operation, does not need maintenance, and greatly shortens the construction period;

the pipeline plastic-spraying repair material provided by the invention can reach 1.0MPa and above in permeation resistance pressure through testing, which shows that the pipeline plastic-spraying repair material has good permeation resistance and can effectively prevent the pipeline leakage from causing secondary pollution to the environment;

for trenchless plastic spraying repair of in-service drainage pipelines, a lot of products exist at present, but key performances of acid corrosion resistance, seepage pressure resistance and expansion are not good, in the prior art, sewage is used as a corrosion liquid, and the seepage pressure resistance and the expansion performance are not related basically, and the three performances are the key of trenchless plastic spraying repair engineering application of in-service drainage pipelines. The pipeline plastic spraying repair material provided by the invention is stirred and formed according to a ratio to prepare a cuboid test block with the size of 40mm x 160mm, after standard maintenance is carried out for 28 days, the test block is soaked in 10% sulfuric acid for 24 hours or respectively soaked in 10% citric acid, 10% lactic acid and 10% acetic acid for 48 hours, and then the test block has no phenomena of looseness, bubbling, cracking, stripping and pitting corrosion, so that the pipeline repair material can have excellent corrosion resistance after the pipeline is repaired, and the durability of the pipeline running under the long-term high hydrogen sulfide gas state is ensured; and the anti-seepage pressure is more than 2MPa, which is more close to the practical engineering application.

The pipeline plastic spraying repair material provided by the invention has good mechanical properties and plays a certain role in structural reinforcement for pipeline repair; and the adhesive has good adhesion, can be tightly adhered to the original tube wall base material, and can prevent hollowing and falling-off after repair.

Municipal drainage pipeline health conditions are divided into functional defects and structural defects, and 10 kinds of structural defects of the pipeline: the pipeline has the following functional defects of breakage, deformation, corrosion, stagger, fluctuation, disjointing, shedding of interface materials, concealed connection of branch pipes, penetration of foreign matters and leakage, and 6 functional defects of the pipeline: deposition, scaling, barriers, dam roots of residual walls, tree roots and scum; the functional performance problem of urban pipeline no matter functional defect or structural defect appear, can lead to urban waterlogging: the rainstorm causes 'city sea seeing', the road collapses, and the seepage causes the soil layer to be void and loose to induce the road collapse; water and soil pollution: black and odorous water on the surface, soil and underground water pollution, ground environment pollution, water supply pollution and the like. The trenchless plastic spraying repair material for the in-service drainage pipeline and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention can be used for repairing the functions of the pipeline under the condition that the underground pipeline runs with water, reduce the influence of abnormal operation of the drainage pipeline caused by water cut-off construction, and have higher popularization value.

Practical application one

The repairing agent of the embodiment 1 is sprayed on the damaged surface of the pipeline by a centrifugal spraying machine, and conventional flaw detection, layer thickness detection and crack detection are carried out after 24 hours as shown in figure 1, and all the requirements of engineering are met.

Practical application two

Large-area and overlong damage to drainage pipelines in one year; after cleaning sludge, spraying the repairing agent of the embodiment 1 on a damaged surface of a pipeline (a drainage channel is used all the time) by using a centrifugal spraying machine, and after 24 hours, carrying out conventional flaw detection, layer thickness detection and crack detection, wherein the requirements of engineering are met, and the repairing agent runs for 3 months without water seepage, falling-off and other defects; before (left) and after (right) repair as in figure 2.
