Technical Field

Background

The steel slag is a large amount of solid waste generated in steel making, accounts for about 15% of the steel yield, and because the steel slag has the characteristics of instability, difficult grinding and the like, the utilization rate of high added values of the steel slag at home and abroad is not high, and more than 90% of the steel slag is used as roadbed materials, cement raw materials and other low added values. After several decades of deposits, the steel slag resource utilization approach of 'powder, sand, brick and soil' is provided by the steel slag metallurgy technology, wherein the steel slag permeable pavement brick is one of the most important utilization products of high value-added resource utilization of steel slag, has been applied to a large number of projects, but has the following three problems in specific engineering practice:

(2) The cutting of the steel slag permeable brick can cause the noise and dust raising of a construction site to be large, and the cutting powder is easy to block and pollute a permeable pavement.

(3) The 'abutted seam' cutting and paving of the steel slag permeable brick is difficult to 'tightly joint', and the whole stability, the comfort of the pavement and the service life of the road are easily affected by local 'looseness'.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention is directed to a method for constructing a water-permeable steel slag pavement brick, which solves the problems of the prior art.

In order to achieve the above and other related objects, a first aspect of the present invention provides a method for constructing a steel slag permeable pavement brick, which at least comprises the following steps:

1) adjusting the paving side seams of the water permeable bricks to a preset width and/or filling the corners of the road surface with steel slag water permeable concrete;

2) forming caulking seams by embedding caulking seams and/or forming pressure seams by coining;

3) and filling the water permeable bricks with steel slag sand to lay side seams, caulking and/or pressure seams.

The second aspect of the invention provides a steel slag pervious concrete applied to the implementation method of the first aspect, which at least comprises the following components in parts by weight:

the steel slag special aggregate: 4-6;

cement: 1;

water: 0.25 to 0.35.
