Technical Field

The invention relates to beer brewing, in particular to a potato beer production line.

Background

It is known that: the beer is brewed by using wheat malt and barley malt as main raw materials, adding hops, gelatinizing and saccharifying in a liquid state, and fermenting in a liquid state. It has low alcohol content, contains carbon dioxide, and is rich in nutrition. It contains various amino acids, vitamins, low molecular sugar, inorganic salts and various enzymes. The nutrient components are easy to be absorbed and utilized by human body. The low molecular sugar and amino acid in beer are easy to digest and absorb, and generate a large amount of heat energy in the body, so the beer is often called liquid bread.

The stirring device and the heating device of the pasting pot in the existing beer production process are generally arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the pot body, so that pasting and sticking are easily caused; is inconvenient to clean and affects the quality of beer.

Secondly, the common taste of the existing beer is basically the same; in order to make the beer taste better, corresponding flavoring agents can be added to the beer when the beer is drunk; but the taste of the beer after being seasoned is not pure enough.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a potato beer production line which can ensure the taste of beer, does not cause pasting and sticking, can improve the production efficiency and enables the beer to have potato flavor.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the potato beer production line comprises a malt crushing device, a pasting pot, a saccharifying pot, a first filtering device, a cooking pot, a precipitating device, a cooling device, a fermentation system and a second filtering device;

the pasting pot comprises a pot body; a first resistance heating device is arranged on the outer side of the side wall of the pot body; a sealing cover is arranged above the pot body; a stirring device is arranged in the pot body; a driving motor for driving the stirring device to rotate is arranged on the top cover;

the bottom of the pot body is provided with a liquid outlet pipe; and a second resistance heating device is arranged at the bottom of the pot body; the outer side of the pot body is provided with a heat-insulating brick; the upper part of the pot body is provided with a feeding pipe; a water distribution pipe extending into the pot body is arranged below the sealing cover; a water inlet pipe is arranged above the sealing cover;

the discharge hole of the malt crushing device is communicated with the feed pipe; the liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the saccharification pot; the liquid outlet pipe of the saccharification pot is communicated with the cooking pot through a first filtering device; the liquid outlet pipe of the digester is communicated with the fermentation system through a precipitation device and a cooling device;

the fermentation system comprises a fermentation tank, a mature fermentation tank and a potato steam device; a liquid discharge pipe is arranged at the bottom of the fermentation tank; a liquid inlet pipe is arranged at the top of the mature fermentation tank; a guide pipe is arranged between the liquid outlet pipe and the liquid inlet pipe; the guide pipe is provided with a booster pump and a vapor-liquid mixing device;

the vapor-liquid mixing device comprises a mixing box body; a liquid inlet pipe is arranged at one end of the mixing box body, and a liquid outlet pipe is arranged at one side of the other end of the mixing box body;

an air inlet pipe is arranged at the top of the mixing box body; the liquid inlet pipe is communicated with the booster pump; a mixing cavity and a buffer cavity are arranged in the mixing box body; a filter plate is arranged between the mixing cavity and the buffer cavity; the mixing cavity is internally provided with a gas distribution device which is communicated with a gas inlet pipe;

the booster pump is communicated with the liquid discharge pipe through a guide pipe; the liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe through a guide pipe; the air outlet pipe of the potato steam device is communicated with the air inlet pipe; and a liquid discharge pipe of the mature fermentation tank is communicated with the second filtering device.

Further, the potato steaming device comprises a base; a turntable is arranged on the base; three cooking devices are arranged on the rotary table; the cooking devices are uniformly distributed along the circumference;

the cooking device comprises a bottom pot; a steam cavity is arranged in the bottom pot; the bottom of the steam cavity is provided with a heating device; the bottom pot is provided with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe; a steaming interlayer is arranged above the bottom pot; a cooking barrel is arranged above the steaming separation layer; the bottom of the steaming separation layer is provided with a ventilating plate; the bottom of the cooking barrel is provided with a vent plate;

a supporting upright post is arranged in the center of the base; the upper end of the supporting upright post is provided with a vertical sliding chute; a telescopic device is arranged in the vertical sliding chute;

the other end of the supporting plate is provided with a folded edge; a sealing cover matched with the top of the cooking barrel is arranged below the folded edge; the air outlet pipe is communicated with the air inlet pipe.

Further, the stirring device comprises a stirring shaft; the stirring shaft is provided with transverse stirring rods which are uniformly and respectively arranged along the circumference; and vertical stirring rods which are uniformly distributed along the transverse direction are arranged on the transverse stirring rods.

Preferably, the telescopic device adopts a hydraulic cylinder.

Preferably, the heating device adopts resistance heating.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the potato beer production line, the driving device of the stirring device in the pasting pot is arranged at the top of the pot body, and the heating devices are arranged at the outer side and the bottom of the pot body; heating and pasting are realized through a first resistance heating device at the outer side; the second resistance heating device at the bottom is used for realizing heat preservation, so that gelatinization is realized, and the phenomenon that the pot bottom is pasted due to gelatinization is avoided; the beer bottle can be cleaned conveniently, and the quality of beer is ensured;

secondly, the potato steaming device is arranged; thus, a steam having a potato flavor can be obtained; and mixing the potato vapor with the fermented beer liquid by a vapor-liquid mixing device; then, in a maturation fermentation tank, a maturation process is carried out, so that the draught beer with the flavor of the potatoes is obtained. Therefore, the potato-flavor beer can be brewed conveniently, and the beer can have the potato flavor on the premise of not changing the original brewing equipment.

In conclusion, the potato beer production line can avoid pasting and sticking a pot, is convenient for cleaning and maintaining equipment, can ensure the production quality of beer, and is convenient for realizing the improvement of a brewing process; so as to make the beer have the taste of potato.

The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the potato beer production line of the present invention comprises a malt crushing device 1, a gelatinizing pot 2, a saccharifying pot 3, a first filtering device 4, a cooking pot 5, a precipitating device 6, a cooling device 7, a fermentation system 8 and a second filtering device 9;

the pasting pan 2 comprises a pan body; a first resistance heating device 22 is arranged on the outer side of the side wall of the pot body; a sealing cover 28 is arranged above the pot body; a stirring device 21 is arranged in the pot body; the top cover is provided with a driving motor 25 for driving the stirring device 21 to rotate;

a liquid outlet pipe 24 is arranged at the bottom of the pot body; and the bottom of the pan body is provided with a second resistance heating device 23; the outer side of the pot body is provided with a heat-insulating brick; the upper part of the pot body is provided with a feeding pipe 27; a water distribution pipe 26 extending into the boiler body is arranged below the sealing cover 28; a water inlet pipe is arranged above the sealing cover 28;

Specifically, the cooling device 7 adopts a water-cooling heat exchange device. The precipitation device 6 adopts a spiral centrifugal solid-liquid separator.

In the application process, the wheat is crushed by the wheat crushing device, the crushed wheat enters the pasting pot 2, and the wheat is pasted in China by adding natural water;

the gelatinized liquid is led into a saccharifying pot 3 through a conduit for saccharification treatment; filtering the saccharified liquid by a first filtering device 4, and then sending the saccharified liquid into a cooking pot 5 for cooking; introducing the liquid obtained by cooking into a precipitation device 6 for solid-liquid separation; the liquid enters a fermentation system 8 after being cooled by a cooling device 7;

within the fermentation system 8; steaming the potatoes by the potato steaming device 83, thereby forming potato-flavored steam; the potato-flavored steam generated by the potato steaming unit 83 is introduced into the steam-liquid mixing unit 86 to be mixed with the beer liquid generated by the fermentation tank 81, and then the mixed solution is transferred into the maturation fermentation tank 82 through the booster pump, so that beer with potato flavor is formed after the maturation process in the maturation fermentation tank 82. Then filtered by the second filter means 9, a beer with potato taste is obtained.

In the vapor-liquid mixing device 6, vapor with potato flavor is uniformly distributed into the draught beer liquid by the vapor distribution device 58, so that the vapor with potato flavor is uniformly mixed with the draught beer liquid.

In conclusion, the potato beer production line provided by the invention has the advantages that the driving device of the stirring device in the gelatinizing pot is arranged at the top of the pot body, and the heating devices are arranged at the outer side and the bottom of the pot body; heating and pasting are realized through a first resistance heating device at the outer side; the second resistance heating device at the bottom is used for realizing heat preservation, so that gelatinization is realized, and the phenomenon that the pot bottom is pasted due to gelatinization is avoided; the beer bottle can be cleaned conveniently, and the quality of beer is ensured;

secondly, the potato steaming device is arranged; thus, a steam having a potato flavor can be obtained; and mixing the potato vapor with the fermented beer liquid by a vapor-liquid mixing device; then, in a maturation fermentation tank, a maturation process is carried out, so that the draught beer with the flavor of the potatoes is obtained. Therefore, the potato-flavor beer can be brewed conveniently, and the beer can have the potato flavor on the premise of not changing the original brewing equipment.

In conclusion, the potato beer production line can avoid pasting and sticking a pot, is convenient for cleaning and maintaining equipment, can ensure the production quality of beer, and is convenient for realizing the improvement of a brewing process; so as to make the beer have the taste of potato.

To facilitate the cooking of the potatoes, a potato-flavored steam is obtained, and further, the potato steaming device 83 comprises a base 831;

a turntable 832 is arranged on the base 831; three cooking devices are arranged on the turntable 832; the cooking devices are uniformly distributed along the circumference;

the cooking device comprises a bottom pan 834; a steam cavity is arranged in the bottom pot 834; the bottom of the steam cavity is provided with a heating device 837; the bottom pot 834 is provided with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe 8342; an evaporation layer 835 is arranged above the bottom pan 834; a cooking barrel 836 is arranged above the cooking interlayer 835; the bottom of the steam insulation layer 835 is provided with a ventilation plate 8351; the bottom of the cooking cylinder 836 is provided with a ventilation plate 8361;

a supporting upright 833 is arranged at the center of the base 831; the upper end of the supporting upright 833 is provided with a vertical chute 8331; a telescopic device 89 is arranged in the vertical chute 8331;

In order to facilitate stirring in the potato cooking process, the stirring device 837 further comprises a stirring shaft 8371; the stirring shaft 8371 is provided with transverse stirring rods 8372 which are uniformly and respectively arranged along the circumference; the horizontal stirring rods 8372 are provided with vertical stirring rods 8373 which are uniformly distributed along the horizontal direction.

For the convenience of control, it is preferable that the telescopic device 89 employs a hydraulic cylinder. The heating device 837 adopts resistance heating.
