Criteria for effective slag detection include: less slag, less deoxidizer and alloy, less rephosphorization, long service life of refractory material, improved molten steel desulfurization, more accurate molten steel components, etc. At present, the slag discharging judgment is still judged and operated by an operator according to the colors of molten steel and slag, so that the operator needs to have certain working experience, and the method has great subjectivity. And the slag is difficult to judge visually at the initial stage of the steel tapping hole, and the judgment of operators is influenced due to the severe field environment, so that the problem of carrying a large amount of slag is caused, the yield is influenced, and the quality of steel grades is influenced.

The embodiment of the invention provides a system and a method for detecting content abnormality of converter steelmaking slag, as shown in figure 1, the system comprises: the device comprises a thermal infrared imager device, a laser distance measuring device, a tilting angle detector device, a slag discharge analysis model, an alarm unit and a sliding plate slag stopping device.

The thermal infrared imager device is used for collecting the steel flow image.

The infrared thermal imager device adopts a high-speed and high-resolution focal plane imaging system, has clear images, is favorable for quantitative analysis, and avoids the defects that pyroelectric and other types of far infrared detectors have poor image quality and are not favorable for quantitative analysis. The thermal infrared imager is used for collecting a steel flow image, and based on the characteristic that steel slag and steel flow on the infrared image show different colors, the steel slag and the steel flow are subjected to feature extraction and image analysis subsequently, so that information such as the appearance moment of the steel slag, the proportion of the steel slag in the steel flow and the like can be obtained.

The thermal infrared imager device is arranged at a position where the steel flow can be shot on site, the distance between the thermal infrared imager device and the steel flow is at least 20 meters, and the working temperature of the thermal infrared imager device is guaranteed to be-10-50 ℃ through the protective cover and the compressed air device.

The laser ranging device is used for collecting the position of the buggy ladle so as to ensure that the buggy ladle accurately enters the furnace and is connected with the steel position.

The tilting angle detector device is used for collecting the tilting angle of the converter.

And the slag tapping analysis model receives the steel-making operation information of the steel flow image, the ladle car position and the converter inclination angle, which are acquired and transmitted by the thermal infrared imager device, the laser ranging device and the tilting angle detector device, calculates the slag content in the steel after analyzing and processing the steel-making operation information, and transmits a corresponding alarm signal to the alarm unit according to the size relation between the slag content and the abnormal threshold value.

The alarm signal sent by the slag analysis model comprises:

(1) in the early stage and the middle stage of tapping, if the slag content is greater than a first abnormal threshold value, a slag inclusion and furnace falling alarm signal is generated to remind an operator to perform furnace tilting operation and reduce the slag falling amount.

(2) And in the later period of tapping, if the slag content is greater than a second abnormal threshold value, generating a slag blocking and furnace lifting alarm signal to remind an operator to lift the furnace and block slag, and automatically controlling the sliding plate slag blocking device to block slag to finish tapping.

The alarm unit may be any form of audible and visual alarm, and is not limited herein.
