The embodiment of the application discloses a grease homogenizing device for maintaining a bore. In the whole assembly process, the camera cable can not twist back along with the rotation of each part, thereby effectively ensuring the connection stability between the camera cable and the camera main body 7 and effectively monitoring the environment in the gun bore by the camera main body 7. When the bore is maintained, the adapter 3 is communicated with a protective grease high-pressure pipeline, the high-pressure protective grease is pressed into the grease tube 1 from the rotary adapter 3, then flows into the grease outlet barrel 4 and is uniformly sprayed out of the plurality of grease spraying holes 11 to the inner wall of the bore, then the extension barrel 2 is pulled to enable the plurality of first grease homogenizing rings 21 and the plurality of second grease homogenizing rings 23 to move along with the bore, the first grease homogenizing rings 21 can scrape protective grease adhered to the inner wall of the bore uniformly on the inner wall of the bore as far as possible, the second grease homogenizing rings 23 can scrape redundant protective grease adhered to the inner wall of the bore in the process of drawing the grease outlet barrel 4 out of the bore, and the thickness of the protective grease on the inner wall of the bore can be controlled; and first even fat circle 21 sets up a plurality ofly and the clearance between two adjacent first even fat circles 21 varies, can carry out multichannel knife coating to the protection fat on the bore inner wall to make protection fat can follow bore cambered surface internal perisporium evenly distributed, effectively improved the coating degree of consistency of protection fat on the bore inner wall.

The plug screw cap 43 can plug one end of the grease outlet hole 10, the grease outlet hole 10 penetrates through the grease outlet barrel 4, the plug screw cap 43 can be screwed down to clean the grease outlet hole 10 when the grease outlet barrel 4 is not used, and the phenomenon of blockage of protective grease in the grease outlet barrel 4 is avoided as much as possible.

Referring to fig. 4, the grease tube 1 is inserted into the grease outlet hole 10, and a stable structure for driving the grease outlet hole 10 of the grease tube 1 to keep aligned is arranged between the grease tube 1 and the grease outlet end cover 13; the stabilizing structure comprises a positioning hole 15 arranged at the axial end part of the grease outlet end cover 13, the positioning hole 15 is in splicing fit with the end part of the grease pipe 1, and the end part of the grease pipe 1 is in threaded connection with a locking nut 16. The sealing structure comprises a first sealing ring 17 sleeved at the end part of the grease pipe 1, the first sealing ring 17 is made of fluororubber, the first sealing ring 17 is positioned between a locking nut 16 and a grease outlet cylinder 4, a first sinking platform 18 in plug-in adaptation with the locking nut 16 is arranged at one end, facing the extension cylinder 2, of the grease outlet cylinder 4, a second sinking platform 45 in plug-in adaptation with the locking nut 16 is arranged at one end, close to the grease outlet cylinder 4, of the grease outlet end cover 13, and the first sealing ring 17 is in plug-in adaptation with the first sinking platform 18. Locking structure includes a plurality of spacing locking bolts 19 of wearing to establish on a fat section of thick bamboo 4, and locking bolts 19 is provided with two and is equidistant circumference array distribution with a fat section of thick bamboo 4 axial, and locking bolts 19's screw thread portion stretches out a fat section of thick bamboo 4 and is close to the one end of an extension section of thick bamboo 2, goes out and sets up a plurality ofly and a plurality of locking bolts 19 one-to-one and the first screw hole 20 of screw thread adaptation on the fat end cover 13.

After the grease outlet end cover 13 is in threaded connection with the extension cylinder 2, the grease pipe 1 penetrates through the positioning hole 15 in the grease outlet end cover 13, the grease pipe 1 can be preliminarily positioned, then the grease pipe 1 is in threaded connection with the grease pipe 1 through the locking nut 16 and is tightly abutted against the second sinking platform 45, and the grease pipe 1 can be stably positioned, so that the grease pipe 1 can be accurately abutted with the grease outlet hole 10; then, the grease discharging cylinder 4 is rotated, so that the first threading holes 12 correspond to the second threading holes 14 one by one, at the moment, two locking bolts 19 on the grease discharging cylinder 4 are aligned to two first threaded holes 20 on the grease discharging end cover 13, the locking bolts 19 are rotated to enable the grease discharging cylinder 4 to be in threaded connection with the grease discharging end cover 13, the grease discharging cylinder 4 and the grease discharging end cover 13 are in threaded connection, a first sealing ring 17 is tightly abutted to a first sinking platform 18 by a locking nut 16, effective sealing connection of a grease rod and the grease discharging cylinder 4 is realized, non-rotation connection of the grease discharging cylinder 4 and the grease discharging end cover 13 is also realized, and the problem that the connection stability between a camera cable and a camera main body 7 is influenced due to torsion of the camera cable is avoided as much as possible.

Referring to fig. 2 and 5, a quick-screwing joint 28 and a plug seat 29 which are respectively communicated with a grease inlet hole 8 and a cable hole 9 are arranged at one end of the adapter 3 far away from the extension cylinder 2, the quick-screwing joint 28 is set as a locking nut type quick-screwing joint 28, the plug seat 29 is set as a miniature aviation plug seat 29, the quick-screwing joint 28 and the adapter 3 are coaxially or eccentrically arranged, in the embodiment, the quick-screwing joint 28 and the adapter 3 are eccentrically arranged, the grease inlet hole 8 comprises a first pore passage 46 matched with a thread of the grease pipe 1 and a second pore passage 47 matched with the thread of the quick-screwing joint 28, a processing hole 48 for communicating the first pore passage 46 with the second pore passage 47 is formed in the outer peripheral wall of the cambered surface of the adapter 3, and a blocking nut 49 is screwed at the processing hole 48 of; grease pipe 1 is close to the one end and the first pore 46 threaded connection of adapter 3, and grease pipe 1 is close to the one end outer wall rigid coupling of adapter 3 and has supported tight piece 50, and the overcoat of grease pipe 1 is equipped with and is located the third sealing washer 51 between tight piece 50 and the adapter 3 that supports, and third sealing washer 51 is made by viton.

The embodiment of the application also discloses a grease homogenizing system for maintaining the bore. Referring to fig. 6, the grease homogenizer for bore maintenance further comprises a pressurized grease gun (not shown in the figure) and a mounting base 31 installed at a nozzle of the pressurized grease gun, a display terminal 32 electrically connected with the plug base 29 is installed at one side of the mounting base 31, the nozzle of the pressurized grease gun is communicated with the quick-screwing connector 28, and the display terminal 32 is electrically connected with the plug base 29. One side of the mounting seat 31 is in threaded connection with a mounting bolt penetrating through a mounting ring on the pressurized grease gun, and the mounting bolt is in threaded connection with two self-locking nuts.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a cavity 33 is formed inside the mounting seat 31, a through hole 34 communicated with the cavity 33 is formed in the side wall of the mounting seat 31, an inner barrel 35 communicated with the through hole 34 is installed on the side wall of the mounting seat 31, a counter bore 36 with the same diameter as the inner barrel 35 is formed in the side wall of the mounting seat 31, the aperture of the counter bore 36 is larger than that of the through hole 34, an outer barrel 37 is connected to the inner barrel 35 in a threaded manner, a mounting pipe 38 used for mounting the display terminal 32 penetrates through the outer barrel 37, a convex ring 39 located between the bottom wall of the counter bore 36 and the end wall of the outer barrel 37 is fixedly connected to the end portion of the mounting pipe 38, and a damping mechanism used for realizing damping.

Referring to fig. 7, the damping mechanism includes an elastic ring 40 disposed between the convex ring 39 and the bottom wall of the counterbore 36, the mounting seat 31 is provided with a limiting groove 41 on the hole wall of the counterbore 36, the limiting groove 41 is disposed coaxially with the counterbore 36, and a limiting sheet 42 slidably fitted with the limiting groove 41 is fixedly connected to the outer circumferential wall of the arc surface of the convex ring 39.

When greasing and maintaining the bore, protective grease is injected into the gun barrel of the pressurizing grease gun, the display terminal 32 is started to supply power to the camera main body 7, the grease homogenizing device for maintaining the bore extends into the gun barrel, images which are taken and transmitted back by the camera main body 7 can be observed through the display terminal 32, the grease spraying amount of the pressurizing grease gun is controlled, the grease homogenizing device for maintaining the bore is slowly extracted from the gun barrel, visual maintenance of the bore can be achieved, and the maintenance quality of the bore is higher.

After the display terminal 32 is installed on the installation tube 38, the outer screw tube 37 is screwed, the outer screw tube 37 tightly presses the convex ring 39 on the installation tube 38 against the elastic ring 40, the elastic ring 40 deforms to form a damping effect on the installation tube 38, meanwhile, the pressing degree of the outer screw tube 37 and the pressing degree of the pushing convex ring 39 tightly pressing the elastic ring 40 are different, the damping effect is adjusted accordingly, and the visual angle of the display terminal 32 can be adjusted conveniently. When the mounting tube 38 rotates in the inner screw tube 35, the limiting piece 42 rotates in the limiting groove 41, the limiting groove 41 limits the rotation angle of the limiting piece 42, and the mounting tube 38, namely the display terminal 32, can be effectively prevented from being overturned excessively.

The implementation principle of a grease homogenizing device and a grease homogenizing system for maintaining a bore of a gun in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when maintaining small-bore, when stretching into the barrel with extension section of thick bamboo 2 body, the image observation barrel inner chamber environment that camera main part 7 shot to judge best maintenance mode or in time acquire bore crackle information, ensured the maintenance quality of this application to the cannon bore.
