The invention relates to the field of nuclear power control rod accessories, in particular to a clamping device of a nuclear reactor control rod assembly.

Background

The control rod assembly is a nuclear reactor reactivity control component, the control rod assemblies used in the current nuclear power station are all made of materials with strong neutron absorption capacity, and the nuclear fission rate is controlled by utilizing the position of the control rod assemblies inserted into a reactor core. Under normal operating conditions, they are used to start up nuclear reactors, regulate reactor power and shut down; under the accident condition, the control rod is quickly inserted downwards by means of the gravity of the control rod, so that the nuclear reactor is emergently stopped in a very short time to ensure the safety of the nuclear reactor. How to better place the control rod assemblies safely and smoothly into the nuclear reactor vessel is a constantly sought after problem for various teams. It is therefore desirable to design a control rod assembly clamping apparatus that facilitates safe and smooth placement of the control rod assembly into a nuclear reactor vessel.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at overcoming the defects of the prior art, the invention mainly aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and discloses a clamping device of a nuclear reactor control rod assembly, which is provided with the control rod assembly, a driving mechanism and a clamping mechanism driven by the driving mechanism to open or close; the method is characterized in that: the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping jaw for radially clamping or loosening the control rod assembly, a guide plate which is provided with a guide hole and used for guiding the clamping jaw in the radial direction, and a base which is arranged above the guide plate and hinged with the upper end of the clamping jaw in the guide hole through an auxiliary piece; the lower end of the base is hinged with the auxiliary piece through the connecting port.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the control rod assembly is clamped by a radial clamping method, the support table on the clamping plate plays a supporting role in the longitudinal direction of the control rod assembly, the inner wall of the clamping plate clamps and transports the control rod assembly in the radial direction, the clamping plate has a certain length in the longitudinal direction, the clamping plate also has a guiding role in the longitudinal direction of the control rod assembly, the rubber layer can prevent mechanical damage, and the anti-slip strip strengthens the anti-slip function, so that the whole transportation process is more stable.
