A soft takraw ball comprising an outer surface (1), a wall thickness (2) and an inner surface (3), characterised in that the outer surface (1) and inner surface (3) are located respectively outboard and inboard of the wall thickness (2); the sphere formed by the outer surface (1), the wall thickness (2) and the inner surface (3) is a soft hollow sphere.

2. A soft takraw ball as claimed in claim 1 wherein 12 holes (4) are provided in the wall thickness (2) between the outer surface (1) and the inner surface (3).

3. A soft takraw ball as claimed in claim 2 wherein the outer surface (1) is further provided with a striped texture (5) for simulating rattans and increasing friction striped texture and conforming to the holes (4).

4. A soft takraw ball as claimed in claim 1 wherein the thickness of the wall (2) prevents the ball from collapsing under compression.

Background

Sepaktakraw is a formal permanent project for the subaffian. The initial takraw ball is a hollow ball woven by 9-11 single-layer natural rattans with the width of 3-4mm and the thickness of 3-4mm, and the takraw ball which is made of plastic material, namely the takraw ball woven by plastic takraw ball belts, is used for the match at present. The takraw balls have the defects that the takraw balls are too hard and basically have no elasticity, people are easily accidentally injured in the training process, and beginners have great difficulty in learning.

Chinese utility model patent application nos. 200920351070.6, 200920292190.3 disclose "soft takraw ball" and "new takraw ball", respectively, which are far from the traditional braided takraw ball in appearance and lose operability though the problem of hardness is solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a soft rattan ball which is made of soft materials and has the appearance consistent with that of a traditional rattan ball, so that the problems that the existing rattan ball body is too hard and has too large difference with the appearance of the traditional braided rattan ball are solved.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a soft takraw ball comprising an outer surface, a wall thickness and an inner surface, the outer and inner surfaces being located respectively outboard and inboard of the wall thickness; the sphere formed by the outer surface, the wall thickness and the inner surface is a soft hollow sphere.

A soft takraw ball comprises an outer surface 1, a wall thickness 2 and an inner surface 3, wherein the outer surface 1 has a strip texture simulating a traditional takraw ball weaving method, and the circumference of the outer surface 1 is preferably 420mm-560 mm; the wall thickness 2 is a solid part of a sphere and is made of flexible polyurethane foam as a main material, and the wall thickness is preferably 10mm-12 mm; the inner surface 3 and the outer surface 1 form a wall thickness 2 to prevent the ball from sinking due to external force, and the wall thickness 2 is mainly used for adjusting the weight and elasticity of the ball during manufacturing; the side length of the hole on the outer surface of the hole 4 is preferably 13mm, the side length of the hole on the inner surface of the hole is preferably 12mm, and the hole on the inner surface of the hole is preferably pentagonal and 12 in total; the height of the strip-shaped textures 5 is not more than 1mm, and the strip-shaped textures are used for simulating rattans and increasing friction; the orientation of the stripe 5 and the shape of the hole 4 should be coordinated with each other to naturally form the hole 4 in conformity with the stripe.

The preferred mass of the ball of the present invention is in the range of 160g to 180g, consistent with conventional takraw balls.
