Background

A self-supporting bag (Doypack) refers to a flexible package with a horizontal support structure at the bottom, which does not rest on any support and which can stand on its own whether the bag is open or not. Zipped stand-up pouches can also be reclosed and repeatedly opened, which is not suitable for packaging liquids and volatile substances due to the non-closure and limited strength of the closure provided by the zippers.

In the prior art, for example, chinese patent publication No. CN110104314A discloses a self-standing bag and a method for manufacturing the same, which relates to the field of packaging technology, and comprises a bag body; the bag top is arranged at the top of the bag body, and the edge of the bag top is adhered to the top of the bag body; the bag bottom is arranged at the bottom of the bag body, and the edge of the bag bottom is adhered to the bottom of the bag body; the cover mouth hole is formed in the bag body.

The above prior art solutions have the following drawbacks: although the technical scheme solves the technical problems that in the prior art, the glass bottle and the easy-to-pull can are heavy in weight and high in transportation cost, and a round hole at the bottom of the bag is easy to damage when the large-capacity bag falls off in the conventional production process, so that the bag loses the self-standing effect. Referring to fig. 1, the production process of the zipper self-standing bag disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps:

s1, forming the packaging film, mounting the packaging film on a film winding drum, and conveying the packaging film to a punching device for punching through a film frame placing device;
