1. An acid leach creel, comprising:

9. Acid leach creel according to claim 1, wherein the connection structure (2) is a plurality of spaced connection studs.

10. An acid leaching apparatus comprising the acid leaching creel according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

Background

With the progress and development of aerospace science and technology, the requirements of people on high-temperature-resistant wave-transparent heat-insulating materials are continuously improved, and the traditional high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating materials such as asbestos, rock wool and the like cannot meet the high-standard requirements due to high heat conductivity coefficient. High silica glass fiber is a high temperature resistant inorganic fiber, and has the characteristics of high softening point, low thermal conductivity, good wave permeability and the like, so that the high silica glass fiber is increasingly and widely concerned. In the process, although manufacturers increasingly control parameters such as acid concentration, treatment temperature and treatment time in the acid leaching process, and washing times, time and the like in the washing process, the finally prepared high silica fiber still has the problems of uneven quality and poor product stability, and particularly has large fluctuation of strength and silicon oxide content, so that the high silica fiber cannot meet the use requirements.

For example, chinese patent document CN102320760A discloses an apparatus for an intermittent acid leaching treatment process of high silica glass fiber yarn, which winds raw yarn around three creel winding rods and then installs the wound yarn in an acid leaching tank; two of the winding rods are arranged at the upper part of the creel, the other winding rod is arranged at the lower part of the creel, and each winding rod can rotate around a respective central shaft, so that the acid leaching process treatment is carried out on the raw yarn.

Although the equipment of the treatment process can carry out acid leaching treatment, when the raw yarn is wound on the winding rod, acid liquor in the inner layer of the winding rod is also isolated by the yarn layer and cannot form ordered flow, namely, the acid liquor cannot be orderly mixed with liquid outside the yarn layer, and the rapid reaction of the acid leaching and the uniformity of the reaction are not facilitated, so that the reaction speed of the acid leaching is reduced, and the reaction efficiency of the acid leaching treatment process is further reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the defect that the liquid inside the yarn layer cannot be mixed with the liquid outside the yarn layer orderly in the prior art, thereby reducing the reaction efficiency of the acid leaching process treatment, and to provide an acid leaching creel and an acid leaching apparatus.

4.
