the brush and the mud scraper are respectively fixed at one end of the fixed plate, the brush is positioned above the mud scraper, and the length of the brush extending out of the fixed plate is greater than the length of the mud scraper extending out of the fixed plate;

the other end of the fixed plate is connected with the telescopic adjusting rod;

the connection end plate is provided with a hole for connecting with the other end of the connection unit.

10. A wall brushing method for an underground continuous wall is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, setting a grab bucket of a grab bucket trenching machine to be in a meshed state;

s2, attaching the attachment unit of any one of claims 1-9 to a grapple of the grapple trenching machine;

s3, connecting the brush wall unit of any one of claims 1-9 to the connecting unit;

and S4, starting the grab bucket grooving machine to enable the wall brushing unit to move up and down along the wall to be cleaned so as to clean attachments on the wall.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of underground continuous wall construction, in particular to a wall brushing device and a wall brushing method for an underground continuous wall.

Background

The underground continuous wall is a continuous wall which is arranged below the ground and is constructed for intercepting water, preventing seepage, retaining soil and bearing weight. In the specific construction, the underground continuous wall is divided into a plurality of unit groove sections along the length direction of the underground continuous wall, then a unit wall body is formed in each unit groove section, and a plurality of unit wall bodies are sequentially connected to form the underground continuous wall.

At present, the grooving process of the underground diaphragm wall mainly adopts a grab bucket grooving process and a 'grab and milling combined' grooving process. The grab grooving process has the advantages that the weight of the grab grooving machine body is large, the length of the machine body is long, dynamic deviation rectification can be achieved, and the grooving perpendicularity is greatly improved. However, as the depth of the underground continuous wall becomes deeper and deeper, the grab bucket grooving process is not suitable for the construction of the ultra-deep underground continuous wall, particularly the ultra-deep underground continuous wall with the depth of more than 60 meters. The 'grabbing and milling combined' process is suitable for ultra-deep underground continuous walls and underground continuous walls in soft soil areas, and meets the requirements of grooving perpendicularity, sediment thickness and the like.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the underground diaphragm wall includes three sections of unit walls, i.e., two sections of first-stage walls 1 and one section of second-stage walls 3, and the second-stage walls 3 are located between the two sections of first-stage walls 1. When the grooving construction of the first-stage wall 1 is carried out, the 'grabbing and milling combination' grooving is adopted, and a soil body is directly grabbed by a grab bucket grooving machine on a soil layer above 7 layers; after the soil enters 7 layers of soil, the soil is milled by a hydraulic groove milling machine. For the grooving construction of the second-stage wall 3, after the first-stage walls 1 on two sides reach the maintenance age, a groove milling machine is directly adopted to mill soil in the second-stage groove section 2 and roughen concrete wall surfaces of the first-stage walls 1 connected with the second-stage walls 3, and although the concrete wall surfaces are relatively straight on the whole, due to the existence of cutter marks of milling cutters, pits and concave pits are formed in the concrete wall surfaces, so that muck is easily accumulated in the pits, and the muck is not easy to clean. More or less attachments such as dregs exist at the joint parts between the groove sections. The sources of these muck attachments mainly include: on the first hand, the flow of the concrete of the unit wall in the pouring process pushes the slag soil to the joint of the groove section; and in the second aspect, the muck left in the excavation process of the groove section is the muck on the concrete wall surface of the joint part. Generally, the length of the first-stage wall is 6600mm, the length of the second-stage groove section is 2200mm, the two first-stage walls are respectively roughened by 300mm, the length of the second-stage wall is 2800mm, and the wall thickness is 1200 mm.

In the process of constructing a first-stage wall, if backfill on one side of the fore shaft pipe is not dense or not in place, an assembly gap exists at the joint of the fore shaft pipe formed by connecting multiple sections, concrete flowing in the concrete pouring process of the first-stage wall can generate extrusion force on the fore shaft pipe, so that the fore shaft pipe can bend, the surface of the fore shaft pipe cannot keep a vertical state, and sometimes, because the flowing concrete extrusion force can displace together with fore shaft pipe jacking equipment, the fore shaft pipe inclines, the actual condition of a concrete wall surface at the joint is probably not a vertical line of a vertical horizontal plane, or bends or inclines, and the difficulty of cleaning attachments such as slag soil is increased.

The existing mode of clearing attachments such as muck is mainly to utilize the self weight of a wall brushing device, the wall brushing device is enabled to clear up the concrete wall surface vertically and vertically as far as possible, and the wall brushing device consisting of a plurality of rows of steel wire brushes can not effectively adhere to the surface of the concrete wall surface to move up and down under the condition of no lateral pressure for the concrete wall surface which is not originally a vertical line. Therefore, wall brushing cleaning is a crucial link in the construction of the underground continuous wall, and the cleaning effect on attachments on the surface of the concrete wall at the connecting part directly influences the quality of water interception, seepage prevention and soil retaining and bearing of the underground continuous wall structure.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a wall brushing device and a wall brushing method for an underground continuous wall, and aims to solve the technical problem that the wall brushing effect of the existing wall brushing device is not ideal.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a wall brushing device for an underground continuous wall, which comprises a grab bucket grooving machine, a connecting unit and a wall brushing unit; the grab bucket trenching machine comprises a grab bucket, one end of the connecting unit is detachably connected with the grab bucket, and the other end of the connecting unit is connected with the wall brushing unit.

Optionally, the grab bucket comprises two bucket parts for accommodating soil, each bucket part comprises a first side surface, and the first side surface is provided with a claw for grabbing soil and a connecting hole for connecting the connecting unit;

the number of the connecting units is two, when the grab bucket is in an occlusion state, the two connecting units are detachably connected with the first side face respectively, and the two connecting units are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the grab bucket.

Optionally, the connecting unit includes a first connecting plate, a supporting plate, more than two inclined supporting plates and a second connecting plate;

the first connecting plate is connected with one end of the supporting plate, the first connecting plate is perpendicular to the supporting plate, and the first connecting plate is provided with a hole for connecting the wall brushing unit;

more than two inclined supporting plates are arranged at intervals in parallel, one end of each inclined supporting plate is connected with the first connecting plate, and the other end of each inclined supporting plate is connected with the supporting plate;

the second connecting plate is arranged on more than two inclined supporting plates and is perpendicular to the two inclined supporting plates, and waist-shaped holes used for connecting the grab bucket are formed in the second connecting plate.

Optionally, the connecting unit further comprises two positioning plates and two positioning blocks, the two positioning plates are arranged at the other end of the supporting plate at intervals, and each positioning block is detachably connected to one positioning plate;

the bucket part also comprises two parallel second side surfaces, the second side surfaces are perpendicular to the first side surfaces, and an area defined by the first side surfaces and the second side surfaces is used for accommodating a grabbed soil body; the distance between the two positioning plates is equal to the distance between the two second side surfaces, and the positioning plates are used for preventing the connecting unit from moving relative to the grab bucket.

The invention also provides a wall brushing method of the underground continuous wall, which comprises the following steps:

s1, setting a grab bucket of a grab bucket trenching machine to be in a meshed state;

s2, connecting the connecting unit to a grab bucket of the grab bucket grooving machine;

s3, connecting the brush wall unit to the connecting unit;

and S4, starting the grab bucket grooving machine to enable the wall brushing unit to move up and down along the wall to be cleaned so as to clean attachments on the wall.

The wall brushing unit is detachably connected to the grab bucket of the grab bucket grooving machine, so that the weight of the machine body of the grab bucket grooving machine can be fully utilized, the wall brushing unit is effectively controlled to be tightly attached to the concrete wall surface at the joint position of the underground continuous wall, and attachments such as muck and the like on the concrete wall surface are effectively cleaned, so that the wall brushing effect of the wall brushing device is improved.

Detailed Description

To make the objects, advantages and features of the present invention more apparent, a wall brusher and a wall brushing method for a diaphragm wall of the underground, which are proposed by the present invention, will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.

The embodiment provides a wall brushing device for an underground continuous wall, which comprises a grab bucket trenching machine 4 (only one part of the grab bucket trenching machine is shown in the figure, and the machine body of the grab bucket trenching machine positioned on the ground is not shown in the figure), a connecting unit 5 and a wall brushing unit 6; the grab bucket trenching machine 4 comprises a grab bucket 41, one end of the connecting unit 5 is detachably connected with the grab bucket 41, and the other end of the connecting unit is connected with the wall brushing unit 6. Wherein the shape and size of the connection unit 5 can be changed according to the change of the shape and size of the grab bucket 41; the connecting unit 5 can be detachably connected with the grab bucket 41 through a connecting hole 411 on the grab bucket 41, and can also be detachably connected with the grab bucket 41 through other switching structures; the wall brushing unit 6 is provided with a hairbrush and is used for cleaning attachments such as dregs and the like on the concrete wall surface at the joint position of the underground continuous wall.

According to the wall brushing device for the underground continuous wall, the wall brushing unit 6 is detachably connected to the grab bucket 41 of the grab bucket grooving machine 4, so that the body weight of the grab bucket grooving machine 4 can be fully utilized, the wall brushing unit 6 is effectively controlled to be tightly attached to the concrete wall surface at the joint position of the underground continuous wall, attachments such as muck and the like on the concrete wall surface are effectively cleaned, and the wall brushing effect of the wall brushing device is improved.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the grab bucket 41 includes two bucket parts 412 for holding soil, each bucket part 412 includes a first side surface 4121, and the first side surface 4121 is provided with a claw for grabbing soil and a connecting hole 411 for connecting the connecting unit 5; the number of the connecting units 5 is two, when the grab bucket 41 is in an occluded state, the two connecting units 5 are detachably connected with one first side face 4121, and the two connecting units 5 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the grab bucket 41. There may be a plurality of connection holes 411 on the grab bucket 41, or there may be a grout hole or a machined hole on the grab bucket 41 itself, and preferably, the grout hole on the grab bucket 41 itself is preferred, so as to prevent damage to the grab bucket 41. The stability of the wall wiper can be increased by connecting one connection unit 5 to each of the first sides 4121 of the grab bucket 41.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the connection unit 5 includes a first connection plate 51, a support plate 52, two or more inclined support plates 53, and a second connection plate 54; the first connecting plate 51 is connected with one end of the supporting plate 52, the first connecting plate 51 is perpendicular to the supporting plate 52, and the first connecting plate 51 is provided with a hole for connecting the wall brushing unit 6; more than two inclined supporting plates 53 are arranged at intervals and in parallel, one end of each inclined supporting plate 53 is connected with the first connecting plate 51, and the other end of each inclined supporting plate 53 is connected with the supporting plate 52; the second connecting plate 54 is arranged on more than two inclined supporting plates 53 and is perpendicular to the more than two inclined supporting plates 53, and the second connecting plate 54 is provided with a kidney-shaped hole for connecting the grab bucket 41. The number of the holes for connecting the wall brushing units 6 arranged on the first connecting plate 51 can be more than two; the number of the waist-shaped holes arranged on the second connecting plate 54 and used for connecting the grab buckets 41 can be more than two; the kidney shaped apertures may also be referred to as U-shaped apertures. By such a connection unit 5, it is convenient to fix the connection unit 5 to the grapple 41.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9 and 12, the holes of the first connecting plate 51 for connecting the brush wall units 6 are kidney-shaped holes. Therefore, the position of the connecting unit 5 relative to the wall brushing unit 6 is convenient to adjust, and the connecting unit 5 and the wall brushing unit 6 are convenient to connect.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 7 to 8, a through-hand hole 521 is formed in the support plate 52, and the through-hand hole 521 is close to the waist-shaped hole in the second connecting plate 54. This facilitates the operation of a person passing his hand through the hand through hole 521 when connecting the grapple 41 and the connection unit 5. The hand through hole 521 may have a circular or oval lamp shape, and its size needs to be larger than that of a human fist.

Wherein, the positioning block 56 may be wedge-shaped. The positioning block 56 is preferably provided to fix the connection unit 5, and prevent the connection unit 5 from moving relative to the grab bucket 41, i.e., prevent the connection unit 5 from moving relative to the direction parallel to the thickness direction of the underground diaphragm wall.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 7 to 11, each positioning plate 55 is provided with more than two through holes, and each positioning block 56 is provided with a through hole matching with the through hole of the positioning plate 55. If the positioning plate 55 and the positioning block 56 are fixed by a bolt, the positioning block 56 may rotate relative to the positioning plate 55. The solution provided by this embodiment can prevent the positioning block 56 from rotating relative to the positioning plate 55.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the connecting hole 411 on the first side face 4121 is a waist-shaped slurry overflow hole of the grab bucket 41. By using the slurry overflow hole of the grab bucket 41, the grab bucket 41 can be prevented from being processed again.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3-7, the second connecting plate 54 is parallel to the extending direction of the waist-shaped slurry-overflowing hole. This facilitates the bolting of the connection plate to the grab 41.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, the wall brushing unit 6 comprises a wall brushing module, and the wall brushing module comprises a brush 61, a mud scraper 62, a fixing plate 63, a telescopic adjusting rod 64 and a connecting end plate 65; the brush 61 and the mud scraping plate 62 are respectively fixed at one end of the fixed plate 63, the brush 61 is positioned above the mud scraping plate 62, and the length of the brush 61 extending out of the fixed plate 63 is greater than the length of the mud scraping plate 62 extending out of the fixed plate 63; the other end of the fixed plate 63 is connected with the telescopic adjusting rod 64; the connection end plate 65 is provided with a hole for connection with the other end of the connection unit 5. The brush 61 is generally a brush 61 made of steel wire, and the wall brushing module may include a plurality of brushes 61, and the plurality of brushes 61 are disposed in parallel up and down on the fixed part. When the wall is brushed, the wall on one side is brushed alone, and because if the two sides are brushed simultaneously, the wall brushing device is likely to be clamped in the groove because the perpendicularity of the groove body of the second-stage wall is not enough, so that the single-side brushing is suggested. The existing wall brushing device is usually only provided with a hairbrush on one side, after the wall brushing work of one side wall surface is finished, the wall brushing device needs to be detached from the hoisting crawler belt to change the direction and be connected again, then the wall brushing work is carried out on the other side wall surface, and thus the time is consumed. And this embodiment adopts two brush wall modules that the symmetry set up, and after the brush wall work of accomplishing one side wall, need not dismantle the brush wall module from the grab bucket to brush wall efficiency has been improved.

Based on the same technical concept as the wall brushing device for the underground continuous wall, the embodiment also provides a wall brushing method for the underground continuous wall, which is shown in reference to fig. 3 to 6 and comprises the following steps:

s1, setting the grab bucket 41 of the grab bucket trenching machine 4 to be in a meshed state;

s2, connecting the connecting unit 5 to the grab bucket 41 of the grab bucket grooving machine 4;

s3, connecting the brush wall unit 6 to the connecting unit 5;

and S4, starting the grab bucket trenching machine 4 to enable the wall brushing unit 6 to move up and down along the wall to be cleaned so as to clean attachments on the wall.
