Technical Field

The present invention relates to a float valve structure, and more particularly, to a composite float valve structure for a humidifier and a method for manufacturing the same.

Background

The float valve is a common mechanical valve, and has simple structure and convenient use; most humidifiers in the market at present adopt the float valve as a communicating valve between a water storage tank and an evaporation tank, but the float valve used in the market at present still has defects in structural design, for example, the float valve is integrally formed by injection molding of low-density plastics, the float end of the float valve is also of a solid structure, the buoyancy force applied in water is limited, and thus the material waste is caused; furthermore, since the float valve itself is not of a regular structure, it is easy to have processing errors during the integral injection molding production, and the errors are generally in the range of 0.2-0.3mm, which affects the consistency of mass production of float valve products, so that further research and improvement on the structure of the float valve are necessary.

Disclosure of Invention

One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a composite float valve structure for a humidifier and a manufacturing method thereof, so as to solve the technical problems of limited buoyancy in water, material waste, poor consistency of mass production, etc. of float valve ends of the same type in the prior art.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention is a composite float valve structure for a humidifier, the float valve structure includes a support body 1, support rods 2 are designed on both sides of the support body 1, and an upward valve body ejector rod 3 is arranged at the front end of the support body 1, wherein the support rods 2 can movably mount the float valve on a fulcrum in a water tank, and the valve body ejector rod 3 can cooperate with a sealing sheet on an upper water storage tank to open a water outlet; more importantly, the rear part of the bracket body 1 is also designed with a hollow floater structure, and in order to ensure the balance weight at the rear end of the bracket body 1, a balance weight 5 is also required to be installed at the rear part of the bracket body 1, and after the balance weight 5 is installed, the balance weight is not visible from the outside of the floater valve.
