The measuring tape of claim 4, wherein the locking assembly comprises a limit locking hole disposed at a side of the recessed ring, a first spring is disposed in the limit locking hole, one end of the first spring is connected to a bottom of the limit locking hole, the other end of the first spring is connected to a hemispherical block slidably engaged with the limit locking hole, and the ring connector is provided with a hemispherical notch for abutting against the hemispherical block.

6. A measuring tape according to claim 5 wherein said loop connector is pivotally connected to said recess by means of a hinge, said hinge being provided with a torsion spring.

7. A measuring tape according to any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein a carrying strap is attached to the tape body, both ends of the carrying strap being attached to the tape body, the carrying strap being provided with an attachment ring to which a wiper member is attached.

8. The measuring tape of claim 7, comprising a first connector half and a second connector half, the first connector half and the second connector half being mateable to form the connector ring, the first connector half being removably attachable to opposite sides of the second connector half.

9. The measuring tape of claim 8, wherein the data recording plate is an aluminum plate, a white baking varnish is sprayed on the surface of the aluminum plate, the writing pen is a pencil, and the wiping piece is cotton cloth.

10. The measuring tape of claim 8, wherein said data recording board is an erasable magnetic whiteboard, said writing markers are whiteboard markers, and said wiping element is a whiteboard eraser.
