Example 1

Example 2

The mounting and guiding mechanism is arranged above the cue 2 and comprises an upper guiding pipe 15, a lower guiding pipe 16, an upper flange 17 and a lower flange 18, and the traction device is arranged between the upper flange 17 and the lower flange 18.

The lower layer flange 18 is fixed with the top of the phosphorus groove, and the lower guide pipe 16 penetrates through the center of the lower layer flange 18 and is reserved with a certain distance at the bottom of the lower layer flange 18.

The upper-layer flange 17 is connected with the bottom of a sleeve 19 of the liquid level meter body, the upper guide pipe 15 penetrates through the center of the upper-layer flange 17, and a distance is reserved at the top of the upper-layer flange 17.

A traction device is arranged between the upper-layer flange 17 and the lower-layer flange 18, the traction device is a rectangular box body 20 with four open sides, an upper cover plate 21 is connected with the upper-layer flange 17 through bolts, and holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the upper guide pipes 15, of the upper cover plate 21; four side plates are directly fixed on the upper surface of a lower layer flange 18, square openings 22 are formed in the four side plates, an operator stretches out hands to hold the cue 2 penetrating through the four side plates and pulls the cue 2 to move up and down; the height of the square opening 22 on the side plate of the rectangular box body 20 is 150-200mm, so that an operator can conveniently stretch hands to hold the ball cock rod 2 penetrating through the square opening, pull the ball cock rod 2 to move up and down, scrape impurities attached to the surface of the ball cock rod 2 through the lower guide pipe 16 stretching into the phosphorus groove, drive the ball cock 1 to be separated from the bound of the hardened mud phosphorus layer, and recover normal detection.

The cue 2 sequentially passes through the lower guide pipe 16 and the lower flange 18, passes through the rectangular box body 20, then passes through the upper cover plate 21 and the upper flange 17, penetrates out of the upper guide pipe 15, and is fixed with the magnetic steel 6 at the top of the cue 2; the ball lever 2, the magnetic steel 6 and the floating ball 1 which are respectively fixed at the two ends of the ball lever can integrally move up and down along the upper guide pipe 15 and the lower guide pipe 16, and the moving stroke is the distance between the magnetic steel 6 and the floating ball 1.

The liquid level meter body is arranged on an upper-layer flange 17 and comprises a magnetic turning plate 10, a sleeve 19, a remote transmission rod 8 fixed on the outer side of the sleeve 19 and a remote transmitter 9 arranged on the middle upper part of the sleeve 19 and connected with the remote transmission rod 8; the upper part of the ball-cock stem 2 and the magnetic steel 6 are encapsulated in the sleeve 19, and the magnetic steel 6 can act on the magnetic turnover plate 10 and the remote transmission rod 8 which are tightly attached to the sleeve 19.

Example 3

As shown in fig. 7, the phosphorus tank top-mounted anti-adhesion liquid level meter of the present embodiment has a structure substantially the same as that described in embodiment 2, except that the remote transmitter 9 is disposed in the middle of the sleeve 19.

Example 4

As shown in fig. 8, the structure of the phosphorus tank top-mounted anti-adhesion liquid level meter in this embodiment is substantially the same as that described in embodiment 2, except that an automatic traction device is arranged inside the rectangular box 20, the main cue 2 is clamped by the oppositely arranged roller set 28 driven by the cylinder 27, and then the motor 29 drives the roller set 27 to rotate, so as to drive the cue 2 to move up and down.
