step S3: attaching the first bonding layer 3 and the adjacent fabric 1 to one side of the elastic layer 2, and attaching the second bonding layer 4 and the adjacent fabric 1 to the other side of the elastic layer 2 to form a non-hot-pressed and shaped hem;

step S4: two operators place the clothing pendulum on a hot press in a tightened state, the clothing pendulum is heated by the hot press to be shaped by hot pressing, in the process, the hot pressing temperature needs to be controlled to be 150 ℃, and the hot pressing time is controlled to be 20-30S;

step S5: after the garment pendulum is shaped by hot pressing, an operator takes the garment pendulum off the hot press and loosens the garment pendulum, and in the process, due to the elastic restoring force of the elastic layer 2, the elastic layer 2 can be extruded out of the holes 5 arranged at equal intervals on the second bonding layer 4 and is propped against the fabric 1, so that a plurality of bulges 6 arranged at equal intervals are formed on the fabric 1 on one side of the second bonding layer 4;

step S6: naturally cooling and forming the garment pendulum after hot-pressing and shaping;

step S7: after the hem is naturally cooled to normal temperature, the edge 7 is bent into a U shape to be coated on the edge of one side of the hem, the edge 7 and the hem are sewn through a sewing machine, and finally a serging structure is formed.

Example 3

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that a lockstitching structure is formed by cutting a plurality of holes 5 in a strip shape on both the first adhesive layer 3 and the second adhesive layer 4 by laser cutting, and the plurality of holes 5 are maintained to be arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the first adhesive layer 3 and the second adhesive layer 4, while the holes 5 on the first adhesive layer 3 and the holes 5 on the second adhesive layer 4 are maintained to be staggered with each other.

Referring to fig. 7, due to the existence of the holes 5 arranged at equal intervals, after the tightened clothes pendulum is shaped by hot pressing, the clothes pendulum can be loosened, at the moment, under the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic layer 2, the whole clothes pendulum retracts, in the process, the elastic layer 2 can be extruded from the holes 5 arranged at equal intervals on the first adhesive layer 3 and the second adhesive layer 4 and prop against the fabrics 1 at two sides, so that a plurality of bulges 6 arranged at equal intervals are formed on the fabrics 1 at two sides, and the bulges 6 formed on the fabrics 1 at two sides are staggered with each other.

A process for manufacturing a lockrand structure, comprising the steps of:

step S1: preparing a first bonding layer 3 and a second bonding layer 4, cutting the first bonding layer 3 and the second bonding layer 4 through laser to form a plurality of strip-shaped holes 5, keeping the holes 5 arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the first bonding layer 3 and the second bonding layer 4, attaching one layer of fabric 1 to the first bonding layer 3, and attaching the other layer of fabric 1 to the second bonding layer 4;

step S2: one operator pulls one end of the elastic layer 2 in the length direction, the other operator pulls the other end of the elastic layer 2 in the length direction, and then the elastic layer 2 is pulled straight by force at the same time, so that the elastic layer 2 is in a tight state;

step S3: attaching the first bonding layer 3 and the adjacent fabric 1 to one side of the elastic layer 2, attaching the second bonding layer 4 and the adjacent fabric 1 to the other side of the elastic layer 2, adjusting any position of the first bonding layer 3 or the second bonding layer 4, and keeping the holes 5 on the first bonding layer 3 and the holes 5 on the second bonding layer 4 to be staggered with each other to form a non-heat-press-shaped hem;

step S4: two operators place the clothing pendulum on a hot press in a tightened state, the clothing pendulum is heated by the hot press to be shaped by hot pressing, in the process, the hot pressing temperature needs to be controlled to be 150 ℃, and the hot pressing time is controlled to be 20-30S;

step S5: after the garment pendulum is shaped by hot pressing, an operator takes the garment pendulum off the hot press and loosens the garment pendulum, and in the process, due to the elastic restoring force of the elastic layer 2, the elastic layer 2 can be extruded out of the holes 5 which are arranged at equal intervals on the first bonding layer 3 and the second bonding layer 4 and is propped against the fabrics 1 at two sides, so that a plurality of bulges 6 which are arranged at equal intervals are formed on the fabrics 1 at two sides, and the bulges 6 formed on the fabrics 1 at two sides are mutually staggered;

step S6: naturally cooling and forming the garment pendulum after hot-pressing and shaping;

step S7: after the hem is naturally cooled to normal temperature, the edge 7 is bent into a U shape to be coated on the edge of one side of the hem, the edge 7 and the hem are sewn through a sewing machine, and finally a serging structure is formed.

Example 4

Referring to fig. 9, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that, in a garment using the serging structure, the serging structure is not disposed on two cuffs of the garment body 8, the serging structure is disposed on the hem of the garment body 8, the serging structure and the hem of the garment body 8 are connected into a whole by sewing with a sewing machine, and the hem 7 on the serging structure is located on one side away from the hem of the garment body 8. On one hand, the hem of the clothes body 8 can be shaped through the overlock structure, and the conditions of thread separation and burrs at the hem of the clothes body 8 are reduced; on the other hand, the overall aesthetic degree of the clothes body 8 can be improved, and meanwhile, the clothes body 8 is firmer on the whole.

Example 5

Referring to fig. 10, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that a garment with a serging structure is provided on both the hem and the cuffs of a garment body 8, the serging structure and the garment body 8 are joined together by sewing with a sewing machine, and the hem 7 on the serging structure is located on the side away from the garment body 8. On one hand, the hem and the two cuffs of the clothes body 8 can be shaped through the serging structure, so that the conditions of thread falling and burr generation at the hem and the two cuffs of the clothes body 8 are reduced; on the other hand, the overall aesthetic degree of the clothes body 8 can be improved, and meanwhile, the clothes body 8 is firmer on the whole.
