In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a one-way valve is installed on the second positive pressure air pipe of the other positive pressure of the air passage switching mechanism.

d) if positive pressure is needed, the gas path change-over switch is toggled to the positive pressure, namely the output of the positive/negative pressure output end is the positive pressure;

e) if negative pressure is needed, the air path change-over switch is toggled to be positive pressure, namely, the output of the positive/negative pressure output end is negative pressure.

In summary, the NXT working head vacuum detection device provided by the invention has the advantages that the air path change-over switch, the vacuum generator and the one-way valve are arranged on the air path of the main air inlet pipe, and the same end can be realized through the change-over
