Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of die-casting scrap returns, in particular to a die-casting scrap returns processing device.

Background

The scrap metal such as waste castings, pouring gates, risers and the like in the casting shop is returned to the furnace to be remelted to be called as returned material, but the returned material can be returned to the furnace again to be remelted only by stopping water through a water isolation tank.

At present, the degree of difficulty of cleaning the returned materials is high, the working strength is high, a large amount of manpower and physics are needed, and the returned materials are not convenient to efficiently treat.

In addition, the returned materials are cleaned in a centralized framing heating or water washing mode. For the centralized framing heating, residual sand is wrapped in the returned materials, and because the sizes of the returned materials are inconsistent, gaps among the returned materials are small, so that the residual sand is difficult to clean; for the treatment mode, the defects of high transfer cost, high rate of occupied heating equipment, incapability of coordinating normal use of heat treatment of other products, unsatisfactory treatment effect, long treatment period and the like are caused. The water washing method can only remove the cutting grease and aluminum chips on the surface, and the treatment effect is poor.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, the present invention is directed to overcoming the disadvantages and drawbacks of the prior art and to providing a die-casting scrap handling apparatus.

A die-casting scrap returning material treatment device comprises a base, a vibration assembly, a material passing plate and a water washing assembly;

the water washing assembly comprises a water tank and a water pump; the water tank and the water pump are arranged on the base, and the input end of the water pump is connected with the water tank; water inlet holes are formed in the baffle plates on the two sides of the material passing plate, and the output end of the water pump is connected with the water inlet holes through a pipeline; the position of the material passing plate corresponding to the water inlet hole is provided with a plurality of water leakage holes, the water tank is correspondingly arranged below the water leakage holes, and the water tank is communicated with the water leakage holes.

According to the die-casting scrap returns processing device, the scrap returns are placed into the material passing plate from the second end of the material passing plate, the vibration rack and the material passing plate are driven to vibrate by the vibration assembly, the scrap returns slowly pass through the position of the water washing assembly, and then automatic cleaning is achieved.

Further, the water-retaining cover is further included; the water retaining cover is arranged above the material passing plate and is arranged corresponding to the positions of the water inlet hole and the water leakage hole.

Furthermore, a plurality of sand leakage holes are formed in the material passing plate; the sand leakage hole is positioned above the water leakage hole and is positioned at a position close to the second end of the material passing plate.

The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that the vibrating device enables the material passing plate to resonate at high frequency, so that residual sand and aluminum scraps on the surface of the foundry returns are separated and discharged through the sand leaking holes, and the rest of the foundry returns can automatically slide downwards.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the die-casting scrap handling apparatus of the present embodiment includes a base 10, a vibration assembly, a material passing plate 30, a water washing assembly, a water blocking cover 33, a sand storage box 50 and a collection box 60;

specifically, a plurality of vibration springs 11 are uniformly distributed on the base, and a vibration frame 12 is connected to each vibration spring 11;

specifically, the vibration assembly is arranged on the base 10 and is used for vibrating the vibration frame 12; preferably, the vibration device is a vibration motor 20, and an output end of the vibration motor 20 is in contact with a bottom surface of the vibration frame 12;

a plurality of sand leakage holes 34 are formed in the material passing plate 30; the sand leakage hole 34 is positioned above the water leakage hole 32 and is positioned close to the second end of the material passing plate 30;

the sand storage box 50 is arranged on the base 10 and is positioned below the sand leaking hole 34, and is used for receiving sand falling from the material passing plate 30.

the collecting box 60 is arranged outside the first end of the material passing plate 30 and is used for receiving the returned materials falling from the first end of the material passing plate 30; the first end of the material passing plate 30 is provided with a guide plate 35 corresponding to the opening of the collecting box 60;

The working process of the embodiment:

Then, the returned materials are put into the material passing plate 30 from the second end of the material passing plate 30, the vibration frame 12 and the material passing plate 30 are driven by the vibration motor 20 to perform high-frequency resonance, so that residual sand and aluminum scraps on the surface of the returned materials are separated and discharged through the sand leakage holes 34, and the rest of the returned materials pass through the water washing assembly along the material passing plate 30, and then the water of the water tank 41 is sprayed to the returned materials by the water pump and the returned materials are cleaned; after cleaning, the water flows out from the water leakage hole 32, is filtered by the filter plate 411 and then returns to the water tank 41; the cleaned returns are discharged into the collecting box 60 through the guide plate 35;

the returned material falls on the filter element 64 to be isolated from water, water flows from the filter hole 643 to the containing cavity 611 of the box body 61, and waste water can be discharged by opening the water outlet pipe 613; after the water separation is completed or the filter element 64 is full, the filter element 64 can be removed for cleaning while the replaceable filter element 64 in the housing 61 continues to be used.

Compared with the prior art, the automatic cleaning device has the advantages that the returned materials are placed into the material passing plate from the second end of the material passing plate, the vibration rack and the material passing plate are driven to vibrate by the vibration assembly, the returned materials slowly pass through the position of the water washing assembly, and further automatic cleaning is achieved.

the water blocking cover can prevent water sprayed from the water inlet from spilling outside the device to pollute the workshop environment;
