Background

When the operation personnel change the equipment in the transformer substation from operation to maintenance operation, need test electricity earlier then ground connection. Wherein, there is the earthing knife-switch both sides of the circuit breaker of 35kV region only by the generating line side, and CT side does not have the earthing knife-switch. Therefore, when the circuit breaker is turned to the maintenance state, a set of ground wires needs to be installed on the CT side of the circuit breaker. There are 3 ~ 6 electric capacity groups and parallelly connected reactor group in 35kV region usually, and every circuit breaker that corresponds all needs a set of earth connection when changeing the maintenance.

At present, the conventional method is that an operator moves a grounding wire from a tool room to a 35kV high-voltage field. There are the following inconveniences: firstly, 35kV grounding wires are heavy and need more than 3 groups at a time, and manual long-distance repeated carrying is inconvenient and time-consuming; secondly, the common trolley cannot fix the grounding wire barrel and is easy to shake, roll and fall off in the pushing process.

Chinese utility model patent CN209667127U (published as 2019, 11, 22) discloses a trolley special for temporary grounding wires, which comprises a trolley body, the trolley body comprises a bearing table, a rear side plate with the lower end fixedly connected with the rear end of the bearing table, two front wheels and two rear wheels arranged at the bottom of the bearing table, and a handle fixedly connected with the upper end of the rear side plate, the trolley body is further provided with a grounding wire carrying structure and a tool box; the ground wire structure comprises a plurality of cargo tanks; the tool box includes a plurality of receiving cavities. Preferably, the first receiving groove extends obliquely downward from the front end to the rear end thereof.

Preferably, the movable wheels comprise front wheels and rear wheels, the front wheels and the rear wheels are respectively rotatably connected with the bearing table, and the diameters of the front wheels are larger than those of the rear wheels.
