The invention aims to provide a lengthening bracket of an amphibious vehicle, which is used for relieving the technical problem that the existing lengthening bracket of the amphibious vehicle is narrow in control range of a claw device and a rake device which are arranged in front of the lengthening bracket.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

a lengthening support for an amphibious vehicle comprises a chassis, a lifting support, a hydraulic pipe support, a first hydraulic cylinder and a turnover support;

the hydraulic pipe bracket is fixedly connected with a lifting bracket, and the lifting bracket is arranged on an amphibious vehicle frame;

the turning support is rotatably arranged at the end part of the lifting support through a turning connecting piece, a first hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the hydraulic pipe support, the end part of a hydraulic rod of the first hydraulic cylinder is connected with the turning support, and the first hydraulic cylinder controls the turning support to swing around the lifting support through the extension length of the hydraulic rod;

the overturning support is provided with an installing plate of an assembling tool, and the overturning support swings to control the assembling tool on the installing plate to overturn.

the overturning bracket 18 is rotatably arranged at the end part of the lifting bracket 15 through an overturning connecting piece 22, a first hydraulic cylinder 20 is arranged on the hydraulic pipe bracket 21, the end part of a hydraulic rod of the first hydraulic cylinder 20 is connected with the overturning bracket 18, and the first hydraulic cylinder 20 controls the overturning bracket 18 to swing around the lifting bracket 15 through the extension length of the hydraulic rod; the first hydraulic pipe support 21 is rotatably arranged on the lifting support 15 through a connecting shaft 14. And a hydraulic pipe locking nut 19 for locking the first hydraulic cylinder 20 is also arranged on the overturning bracket 18.

The overturning bracket 18 is provided with a mounting plate of an assembling tool, and the overturning bracket 18 swings to control the assembling tool on the mounting plate to overturn.

The roll-over connection 22 is fitted to the axle pin 13 at the end of the lifting bracket 15 by means of the roll-over shaft 16. The turning bracket 18 is provided with a fixing pin 17 for locking the turning link 22. The lifting support 15 is arranged on a bottom frame 23 of an amphibious vehicle frame 24 through a straight-through type pressure filling oil cup 11 and a joint bearing 12, and the lifting support 15 can rotate around the bottom frame 23.

The lifting support 15 is further provided with a second hydraulic cylinder, the end part of a hydraulic rod of the second hydraulic cylinder is connected with the shaft pin 13 of the underframe 23, and the hydraulic rod of the hydraulic cylinder controls the lifting support 15 to rotate around the underframe 23. And a lifting ring is arranged on the hydraulic cylinder bracket.

The hydraulic pipe support 21 and the lifting support 15 are fixedly connected at an angle.

The overturning bracket 18 of the amphibious vehicle lengthening bracket is provided with a mounting plate of an assembling tool, and the overturning bracket 18 can swing around the lifting bracket 15 under the control of a hydraulic rod of the first hydraulic cylinder 20, so that the assembling tool on the mounting plate can be overturned by a larger margin.
