Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of latex yarn, in particular to a hepeen-base accelerator emulsion and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The hepten-base is a curing agent, an enhancer and an accelerator, and the CBnumber of the hepten-base is CB 54882863. It can be emulsified and used in latex.

The hepten-base is difficult to emulsify, and usually needs to be emulsified after being prepared into emulsion by adding other auxiliary agents. The existing preparation method usually needs heating (85-90 ℃), the preparation process is complex, the emulsion prepared by the method can be layered after being emulsified and stored for one day, the uniformity of the sizing material is easily affected (the existing preparation method is simply needed in the prior art), and the production cost is high.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a hepeen-base accelerator emulsion and a preparation method thereof.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a hepten-base accelerator emulsion, which comprises a solution A and a solution B;

the solution A comprises the following components in parts by weight:

80-120 parts of hepeen-base and 8-12 parts of oleic acid;

the solution B comprises the following components in parts by weight:

70-90 parts of pure water, 4-6 parts of triethanolamine and 40-60 parts of 8% casein solution.

In a preferred embodiment, the heptene-base accelerator emulsion comprises a solution A and a solution B;

the solution A comprises the following components in parts by weight:

100 parts of hepeen-base and 10 parts of oleic acid;

the solution B comprises the following components in parts by weight:

80 parts of pure water, 5 parts of triethanolamine and 50 parts of 8% casein solution.

Specifically, the 8% casein solution comprises the following components in parts by weight:

100 parts of pure water, 10 parts of casein and 6 parts of ammonia water.

A preparation method of a hepten-base accelerator emulsion comprises the following steps:

weighing heptene-base and oleic acid, and then mixing and stirring uniformly to prepare solution A;

and step three, slowly adding the solution B into the solution A under the stirring condition, and finally emulsifying into emulsion by using an emulsifying machine.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the preparation can be carried out at normal temperature without heating and heat energy consumption.

2) The preparation material consumption is small, the raw materials are saved, the preparation process is simple and convenient, the operation is easy, and the working efficiency is improved.

3) The emulsion has ideal preparation effect, uniform emulsification, no layering phenomenon and uniform mixing with sizing material.

Detailed Description

The following is further described in conjunction with the detailed description:

firstly, preparing 8% casein solution, and uniformly mixing and stirring 100 parts of pure water, 10 parts of casein and 6 parts of ammonia water.

Weighing 100 parts of heptene-base and 10 parts of oleic acid, and then mixing and stirring uniformly to prepare solution A;

weighing 80 parts of pure water, 5 parts of triethanolamine and 50 parts of 8% casein solution, and then uniformly mixing and stirring to prepare solution B;

and step three, slowly adding the solution B into the solution A under the stirring condition, and finally emulsifying into emulsion by using an emulsifying machine. In the embodiment, the stirring or emulsifying process is completed by adopting a stirrer, the model of the stirrer is Y16OM-4, the stirring speed is 1460r/min, and the stirring is carried out for 3 hours.

The price cost of the preparation method using the prior art is about 115 yuan/kg, and the price cost of the preparation method using the method is about 95 yuan/kg. If 13000 tons of rubber threads are produced all year round, the new preparation method can reduce the material cost for the company by 22 ten thousand yuan one year.
