The high-temperature lubricating grease synthesized by high polymers is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of base oil, 7-10 parts of a thickening agent, 4-8 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. The high-temperature polymer-synthesized lubricating grease as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rust-proof complexing agent is one or a mixture of two or more of barium petroleum sulfonate, sorbitol monooleate and trisodium phosphate, and the flame retardant is one or a mixture of two or more of magnesium hydroxide, sodium dodecyl sulfate, borax and oxalic acid.

The high-temperature polymer synthetic grease as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 68 parts of base oil, 8 parts of a thickening agent, 6 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H2O), 11 parts of thiophosphate and 7 parts of a double-composite multi-effect additive.

4. The preparation method of the high-temperature polymer synthetic grease of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) before preparation, filtering each raw material, adding 7-10 parts by weight of thickening agent and 25-30 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until fatty acid is dissolved, and stirring;

(2) dissolving 4-8 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H2O) in water to form a lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, and adding the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution into a saponification kettle when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃;

(3) after the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution is reacted in the saponification kettle, adding 7-13 parts of thiophosphate, and stirring; continuously heating the mixture at the temperature of between 90 and 92 ℃ for saponification reaction for 2 to 4 hours;

(4) after the saponification reaction is finished, continuously stirring, heating and dehydrating, adding 35-45 parts by weight of base oil when the temperature reaches 150-;

(5) and after the constant temperature is finished, stirring and cooling to 180 ℃, adding 4-9 parts by weight of double-compound multi-effect additive, uniformly stirring, transferring all the products to a blending kettle, cooling, grinding by a grinder, filtering and refining to prepare the high-temperature synthetic polymer lubricating grease.

Background

With the development of modern science and technology, high polymer materials have been widely applied in various fields such as advanced technology, national defense construction and the like, and the high polymer material lubricating grease can be stably used in an environment with severe equipment friction and has good extreme pressure performance. However, when the conventional high polymer material lubricating grease is used at a high temperature, the performances such as temperature resistance, extreme pressure property and the like are not ideal, the environmental pollution is easily caused, the service life is short, the preparation process is complex, and the cost is high. Therefore, a high-temperature lubricating grease synthesized by high polymers is urgently needed to meet the requirements of modern production and meet the harsh requirements of equipment on the lubricating grease.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide high-molecular synthetic high-temperature lubricating grease which can be used under a high-temperature condition, has excellent temperature resistance and extreme pressure performance, can effectively reduce the pollution to the environment and prolong the service life of materials. In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the high-temperature lubricating grease synthesized by the polymer, and the method has the advantages of reasonable raw material proportion, advanced process and low cost.

The invention relates to high-polymer synthesized high-temperature lubricating grease which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of base oil, 7-10 parts of a thickening agent, 4-8 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H2O), 7-13 parts of thiophosphate and 4-9 parts of a double-compound multi-effect additive, wherein the base oil is a mixture of one or more than two of alkyl diphenyl ether, ether oil and dibasic acid oil, the thickening agent is a mixture of dodecahydroxystearic acid, benzoic acid and tetradecyl hydroxystearic acid, and the double-compound multi-effect additive is a mixture of tetraethylenetriamine, span 80, tolyltriazole, tert-octanol, an antirust compound, benzotriazole, tricresyl phosphate and a flame retardant.

The antirust complexing agent is one or a mixture of more than two of barium petroleum sulfonate, sorbitol monooleate and trisodium phosphate, and the flame retardant is one or a mixture of more than two of magnesium hydroxide, sodium dodecyl sulfate, borax and oxalic acid.

The paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 68 parts of base oil, 8 parts of a thickening agent, 6 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H2O), 11 parts of thiophosphate and 7 parts of a double-composite multi-effect additive.

The method comprises the following steps:

(1) before preparation, filtering each raw material, adding 7-10 parts by weight of thickening agent and 25-30 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until fatty acid is dissolved, and stirring;

(4) after the saponification reaction is finished, continuously stirring, heating and dehydrating, adding 35-45 parts by weight of base oil when the temperature reaches 150-;

(5) and after the constant temperature is finished, stirring and cooling to 180 ℃, adding 4-9 parts by weight of double-compound multi-effect additive, uniformly stirring, transferring all the products to a blending kettle, cooling, grinding by a grinder, filtering and refining to prepare the high-temperature synthetic polymer lubricating grease.

The high-molecular synthetic high-temperature lubricating grease is mainly applied to high-molecular materials, wherein thiophosphate is added to generate high-molecular lubricating grease, and double-composite multi-effect additives are added to greatly improve the temperature resistance and extreme pressure property of the lubricating grease, so that the original performance problem of the high-molecular materials can be kept, the service life of the high-molecular materials can be prolonged, the cost is saved, and the pollution to the environment is reduced.

The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to examples, but it should not be construed that the scope of the above subject matter of the present invention is limited to the following examples, and that all the technologies realized based on the above subject matter of the present invention belong to the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

A high-temperature synthetic polymer lubricating grease comprises the following components in parts by weight: 68 parts of base oil, 8 parts of a thickening agent, 6 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H2O), 11 parts of thiophosphate and 7 parts of a double-composite multi-effect additive.

The preparation method of the high-temperature polymer synthetic lubricating grease comprises the following steps:

(1) before preparation, filtering each raw material, adding 8 parts by weight of thickening agent and 28 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until fatty acid is dissolved, and then starting stirring;

(2) dissolving 6 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H2O) in water to form a lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, and adding the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution into a saponification kettle when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃;

(3) after the reaction of the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution in the saponification kettle is finished, adding 11 parts of thiophosphate, and stirring; continuously heating the mixture at the temperature of between 90 and 92 ℃ for saponification reaction for 2 to 4 hours;

(4) after the saponification reaction is finished, continuously stirring, heating and dehydrating, adding 40 parts by weight of base oil when the temperature reaches 150-;

(5) and after the constant temperature is finished, stirring and cooling to 180 ℃, adding 7 parts by weight of double-compound multi-effect additive, uniformly stirring, transferring all products to a blending kettle, cooling, grinding by a grinder, filtering and refining to prepare the high-temperature synthetic polymer lubricating grease.

Example 2

A high-temperature synthetic polymer lubricating grease comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of base oil, 7 parts of a thickening agent, 4 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H2O), 7 parts of thiophosphate and 4 parts of double-composite multi-effect additive.

The preparation method of the high-temperature polymer synthetic lubricating grease comprises the following steps:

(1) before preparation, filtering each raw material, adding 7 parts by weight of thickening agent and 25 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until fatty acid is dissolved, and stirring;

(2) dissolving 4 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H2O) in water to form a lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, and adding the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution into a saponification kettle when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃;

(3) after the reaction of the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution in the saponification kettle is finished, adding 7 parts of thiophosphate, and stirring; continuously heating the mixture at the temperature of between 90 and 92 ℃ for saponification reaction for 2 to 4 hours;

(4) after the saponification reaction is finished, continuously stirring, heating and dehydrating, adding 35 parts by weight of base oil when the temperature reaches 150-;

(5) and after the constant temperature is finished, stirring and cooling to 180 ℃, adding 4 parts by weight of double-compound multi-effect additive, uniformly stirring, transferring all products to a blending kettle, cooling, grinding by a grinder, filtering and refining to prepare the high-temperature synthetic polymer lubricating grease.

Example 3

A high-temperature synthetic polymer lubricating grease comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75 parts of base oil, 10 parts of a thickening agent, 8 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H2O), 13 parts of thiophosphate and 9 parts of double-composite multi-effect additive.

The preparation method of the high-temperature polymer synthetic lubricating grease comprises the following steps:

(1) before preparation, filtering each raw material, adding 10 parts by weight of thickening agent and 30 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until fatty acid is dissolved, and then starting stirring;

(2) dissolving 8 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H2O) in water to form a lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, and adding the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution into a saponification kettle when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃;

(3) after the reaction of the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution in the saponification kettle is finished, adding 13 parts of thiophosphate, and stirring; continuously heating the mixture at the temperature of between 90 and 92 ℃ for saponification reaction for 2 to 4 hours;

(4) after the saponification reaction is finished, continuously stirring, heating and dehydrating, adding 45 parts by weight of base oil when the temperature reaches 150-;

(5) and after the constant temperature is finished, stirring and cooling to 180 ℃, adding 9 parts by weight of double-compound multi-effect additive, uniformly stirring, transferring all products to a blending kettle, cooling, grinding by a grinder, filtering and refining to prepare the high-temperature synthetic polymer lubricating grease.

Compared with other lubricating greases on the market, the high-molecular synthetic high-temperature lubricating grease in the embodiments 1 to 3 has excellent temperature resistance and extreme pressure resistance, can keep the original performance problems of the high-molecular material, can prolong the service life of the high-molecular material, saves the cost and reduces the environmental pollution.

While there have been shown and described what are at present considered to be the principles of the invention, its essential features and advantages, it will be understood that the invention is capable of numerous modifications and variations, all of which are within the scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
