a frame;

two tension rollers rotatably connected to the frame, wherein the tension rollers comprise a whole roller;

and the driving mechanism is connected with at least one tension roller to drive at least one tension roller to rotate.

Detailed Description

In order that the present invention may be more readily and clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention briefly described above will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments that are illustrated in the appended drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a tension roller device of a full-width warper includes:

a frame;

two tension rollers rotatably connected to the frame, wherein the tension rollers comprise a whole roller;

and the driving mechanism is connected with at least one tension roller to drive at least one tension roller to rotate.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the rack includes:

a roller box body 1;

and the left bracket 2 and the right bracket 3 are fixed on the roller box body 1, and the tension roller is rotationally connected to the left bracket 2 and the right bracket 3.

In this embodiment, a left flange 24 is fixed on the left bracket 2, a right flange 25 is fixed on the right bracket 3, bearings 24 are arranged in the left flange 24 and the right flange 25, and two ends of the tension roller are respectively connected with the left flange 24 and the right flange 25 through the bearings 24 in a rotating manner.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the drive mechanism includes:

and the output shaft of the motor 6 is connected with the motor synchronous wheel 7.

The motor synchronizing wheel 7 is provided with a first expansion sleeve 22, and the roller synchronizing wheel 8 is provided with a second expansion sleeve 23 for adjusting the parallelism of the two synchronizing wheels.

As shown in fig. 1, the machine frame is provided with a yarn dividing reed 12.

As shown in fig. 1, the yarn dividing reed 12 is fixed to the machine frame in groups by yarn dividing blocks 14.

As shown in fig. 2, the two force rollers are an upper tension roller 4 and a lower tension roller 5;

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an upper step plate 10 is arranged near the upper tension roller 4 of the frame;

the frame is provided with a lower step plate 11 near the lower tension roller 5.

A fixed connecting block 13 is arranged at the left lower part of the upper stepping plate 10 and is respectively fixed on the left bracket and the right bracket, and a connecting upright post 26 is fixed at the right lower part and is fixed on the upper end surface of the roller box body 1; the lower step plate 11 is directly fixed on the upper end surface of the roller box body 1, and the upper step plate 10 and the lower step plate 11 are used for finishing yarns.

In the present embodiment, it is preferred that,

the side wall of the rack is provided with a plurality of steps, namely a first step 1-1, a second step 1-2, a third step 1-3 and a fourth step 1-4, so that the yarn can be conveniently operated and tidied.

And the tension roller is correspondingly provided with at least one pair of brake devices for braking the rotating tension roller.

In this embodiment, the left and right ends of the tension roller are provided with brake devices.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the braking device includes:

a brake disc 17 mounted on the tension roller;

the brake 19 is arranged on the frame, a brake gap is reserved between the working surface of the brake 19 and the brake disc 17 when the brake 19 does not work, and the brake 19 contacts the brake disc 17 when the brake 19 works. Specifically, the brake 19 is fixed on the support blocks 20, and the support blocks 20 are respectively fixed on the frame.

The size of the distance L between the two brake discs 17 of the upper tension roller 4 is 1000-3500 mm.

As shown in fig. 3, the yarn 21 passes through the lower right quarter arc of the lower tension roller 5 and the upper left quarter arc of the upper tension roller 4, and is tangent to the outer circles of the upper tension roller 4 and the lower tension roller 5.
