Background

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a gluing device for processing a cable, which can evenly glue the surface of the cable.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a technical solution as follows:

a gluing device for processing a mooring rope comprises a box body for storing glue, wherein a first processing port and a second processing port are respectively formed in two sides, far away from each other, of the box body, a first guide pulley is arranged in the box body and positioned on the lower side of the first processing port, and a second guide pulley is arranged on the lower side of the second processing port;

a first grooved wheel is arranged at the bottom of the box body and between the first guide pulley and the second guide pulley, and a second grooved wheel is arranged above the first grooved wheel; the scraper hopper is arranged between the first grooved wheel and the second grooved wheel, the upper side of the scraper hopper is provided with a discharge hole, and the discharge hole is detachably connected with a scraper cylinder.

Preferably, stirring components are arranged in the box body and positioned around the scraping hopper.

Preferably, the stirring assembly comprises a stirring blade which is rotatably connected in the box body and a motor which is positioned outside the box body and drives the stirring blade to rotate.

The gluing device for processing the mooring rope provided by the invention can be used for uniformly gluing the surface of the mooring rope.

A first sheave 150 is disposed at the bottom of the casing 100 between the first guide pulley 130 and the second guide pulley 140, and a second sheave 160 is disposed above the first sheave 150; a scraping hopper 170 is arranged between the first sheave 150 and the second sheave 160, a discharge hole 180 is formed in the upper side of the scraping hopper 170, and a scraping cylinder 190 is detachably connected to the discharge hole 180.

Stirring assemblies 200 are arranged in the box 100 and around the scraping hopper 170.

The stirring assembly 200 comprises a stirring blade 210 rotatably connected in the box body 100, and a motor 220 located outside the box body 100 and driving the stirring blade 210 to rotate.
