As a first embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a pile machine stabilization system, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, including a base reinforcement device 100, a base buffer device 200, a weight correction device 300, and an early warning device 400, the base reinforcement device 100 and the base buffer device 200 being disposed on a pile machine, specifically, the pile machine includes a pile machine base 501, a pile machine body 502, and a weight 503, the weight 503 being disposed on the pile machine body 502, the base reinforcement device 100 being disposed on the pile machine base 501, the base buffer device 200 being disposed at a junction between the pile machine base 501 and the pile machine body 502, the weight correction device 300 being disposed on the weight 503, the early warning device 400 being connected to the base buffer device 200 and the pile machine correction device 300, respectively, increasing stability of the pile machine through the base reinforcement device 100, and increasing reliability during use and in the case of an emergency situation using the base buffer device 200 and the weight correction device 300, and can issue a risk alert through the connected early warning device 400.

The base reinforcing device 100 comprises an annular base frame 110, a plurality of auxiliary fixing piles 120 are arranged on the annular base frame 110, and the plurality of auxiliary fixing piles 120 can effectively avoid pile hole deviation caused by shaking of the pile machine base 501 in the pile driving process. Continuing to refer to fig. 1 to 3, the base buffer device 200 is disposed between the pile machine base 501 and the pile machine body 502, and includes a fastening structure 210, a locking structure 220 and a buffer structure 230, the fastening structure 210 includes an upper fastening structure 211 and a lower fastening structure 212, the upper fastening structure 211 is disposed on the pile machine body 502, the lower fastening structure 212 is fixedly disposed on the pile machine base 501, the first-stage buffer structure 230 employs a spring assembly, the first-stage buffer structure 230 is sleeved between the upper fastening structure 211 and the lower fastening structure 212 and is movably connected to the upper fastening structure 211 and the lower fastening structure 212, the length of the first-stage buffer structure 230 is greater than the length between the upper fastening structure 211 and the lower fastening structure 212, so that the first-stage buffer structure 230 is always in a compressed state, the stability of the connection between the pile machine body 502 and the pile machine base 501 can be maintained when the pile machine body 502 receives vibration or external force. The spring assembly of the primary buffer structure 230 includes multiple sets of spring assemblies to distribute the force applied by the fastening structure 210. A plurality of sets of sensors (not shown in the figure) are further arranged on the primary buffer structure 230, the stress condition of each spring assembly is monitored, and the sensors are connected with the early warning device 400 and send data of the sensors to the early warning device 400.

The base buffer device 200 can effectively reduce noise, reduce shaking during piling and increase stability of the pile machine.

The locking structure 220 is disposed at the outer side of the upper fastening structure 211 and the lower fastening structure 212 to lock the upper fastening structure 211 and the lower fastening structure 212, thereby increasing the safety of the connection structure.

The weight correcting device 300 comprises a laser positioning device and a track adjusting device which are arranged at the tail end of a weight, the laser positioning device comprises a laser support 310 arranged at the tail end of the weight and a laser lamp 320 arranged on the laser support 310, the direction of the laser lamp is vertically downward, a laser receiver is arranged on the pile machine base 501, when the laser lamp 320 aims at the laser receiver, the weight is aligned, when the laser lamp 320 cannot aim at the laser receiver, the early warning device 400 drives the track adjusting device to finely adjust the weight track, and when the laser lamp 320 cannot aim at the laser receiver after adjustment, warning information is sent.

Preferably, the weight calibration device 300 further includes a central video capture device 330, the central video capture device 330 is disposed on the laser support 310, when the calibration is correct, the camera center of the central video capture device 330 is aligned with the center of the base 501 of the pile machine, when the central video capture device 330 cannot be aligned with the center of the base 501 of the pile machine, the pre-warning device 400 drives the track adjustment device to finely adjust the weight track, and when the camera center of the adjusted central video capture device 330 cannot be aligned with the center of the base 501 of the pile machine, an alarm message is sent.
