the stripping personnel climb into the stripping box body through the ladder climbing rod (4) and are positioned on the scaffold board frame (602) to perform stripping operation.

In the above form removal method, it may also be preferable that after the form is removed, the bolts (3) connected between the middle portions and the two end portions of the two adjacent columns (5) on the left side or the two adjacent columns (5) on the right side are removed to remove the middle portions of the two adjacent columns (5) on the left side or the two adjacent columns (5) on the right side, so that one side of the form removal box body forms an opening structure; and then removing the form removal box body with the opening structure from the foundation pit supporting beam (7) sleeved with the form removal box body after the form removal, and hoisting and removing the form removal box body through the lifting hook (1).

connecting the middle parts of the two adjacent upright columns 5 on the left side or the two adjacent upright columns 5 on the right side with the two end parts of the two adjacent upright columns 5 through bolts 3, so that the form removal box body recovers a closed structure;

moving the form removal box body to a required position on the foundation pit supporting beam 7 through a directional roller 2;

the stripping personnel climbs into the stripping box body through the climbing ladder rod 4 and just lies on the scaffold board frame 602 to perform stripping operation. In practical application, the foundation pit concrete support beam bottom form removal device and the form removal method of the embodiment have the following construction effects:

(2) The cost is saved: according to the traditional method, 5.5 labor cost and 5.5 work day construction cost are 200 x 5.5 to 1100 yuan, and the material lease cost is 37.14 yuan for the concrete foundation pit supporting beam 7 with the width of 10m and the height of 1m and the height of 10 m.

In conclusion, the cost for dismantling the supporting beam 7 of each 1m foundation pit is as follows: (1100+37.14)/10 ═ 113.714 yuan.

By adopting the foundation pit concrete support beam bottom form removal device and the form removal method of the embodiment, (1) the labor cost for removing the foundation pit support beam 7 every 10m is 2 multiplied by 0.5 multiplied by 200-200 yuan; (2) the box body is made of field materials, the box body can be recycled, and the material cost can be ignored.
