c. constructing a reinforcing assembly at the top of the plain fill soil layer, inserting a plurality of reinforcing support rods into the plain fill soil, arranging reinforcing ribs on the plurality of reinforcing support rods, wherein the reinforcing ribs comprise main ribs and binding ribs, and the main ribs and the binding ribs are arranged on the side wall of the plain fill soil in a staggered manner;

d. the reinforcing ribs are laid on the side wall of the plain soil filling layer in a net shape, after construction of the reinforcing ribs is finished, a crushed stone layer is added on the outer wall of the plain soil filling layer, and the distance between the reinforcing rib layer and the reinforcing ribs is reduced by the crushed stone layer;

e. a lime powder layer is added on the crushed stone layer, the lime powder layer has an insect prevention effect, concrete is sprayed on the side wall of the net-shaped plain filling, and after the concrete is waited for, the firmness of the condensed concrete can be further improved by the reinforcing ribs;

f. the sprayed concrete is condensed to form an outer protective wall layer, a top groove is formed in the top of the plain soil filling layer, the concrete of the outer protective wall layer is connected into the top groove and is integrally arranged with the outer protective wall layer after the concrete is condensed, and the wall protection effect on the plain soil filling layer is further improved.
