1. An EGR seal gasket with a filtering function, comprising:

the gasket is of a plate-shaped structure, and a first inner hole is formed in the gasket;

the base plate is provided with a second inner hole; the two gaskets are respectively attached to two sides of the base plate, and the first inner hole and the second inner hole are coaxially arranged;

The invention provides an EGR (exhaust gas Recirculation) sealing gasket with a filtering function, which is sequentially provided with a gasket 1, a base plate 2, a filter screen 3 and the gasket 1 from top to bottom as shown in figures 1 to 3.

The gasket 1 is provided with a first inner hole 13, the backing plate 2 is provided with a second inner hole 21, and the gasket 1 and the backing plate 2 are both of a plate-shaped structure.

Wherein, the gasket 1 is provided with a first flange structure 11, and the first flange structure 11 is provided with a first through hole 14; the backing plate 2 is provided with a second flange structure 23, the second flange structure 23 is provided with a second through hole 22, and the first through hole 14 and the second through hole 22 have the same size. The outer shapes of the gasket 1 and the backing plate 2 are the same.

Fig. 4 is an application scenario of an EGR gasket with a filtering function. In a branch of the EGR cooling system as shown in fig. 4, in which one EGR sealing gasket is interposed between the aftertreatment device and the EGR cooler and the other EGR sealing gasket is interposed between the EGR valve and the intake port, the operating temperature of the EGR sealing gasket is-40 ℃ to 200 ℃. This EGR seal gasket is arranged in filtering welding slag or other stereoplasm accumulations among the EGR cooling system, avoids welding slag or other stereoplasm accumulations to get into the combustion chamber, avoids the combustion chamber to take place the phenomenon of knocking, extension engine life.
