Technical Field

The invention relates to a guitar production process, and belongs to the technical field of guitar production processes.

Background

Guitar has been used as a favorite musical instrument for thousands of years. Guitars have been made of wood because wood has a much superior acoustic effect compared to other materials. But the wooden guitar itself has some problems: 1. most components of the wooden guitar are made of wood, and the growth period of the trees is slow, so that the trees cannot meet the market demand, the development of enterprises is restricted, and the environment is damaged due to excessive felling of the trees. 2. The production process of the guitar made of wood is relatively complex, the production period of a common guitar is about 1 month, the guitar painting process needs to be repeated for 10 times, so that more than 20 days are needed, the production period of a high-end product needs more than 3 months, and the painting process is more complex. And harmful substances in the painting process are easy to cause harm to human bodies. Moreover, the guitar made of wood also needs to be edged, ground, polished and the like, and the production period is longer. 3. The wood is easy to expand with heat and contract with cold, so that the wooden guitar cannot be used in extreme environments, is easy to crack in dry environments, and is easy to bulge in wet environments. In addition, in a humid environment, the acoustic effect of the acoustic guitar can be changed after the wood absorbs water, and the sound is stuffy. 4. The wooden guitar is easy to leave traces after being scraped, the surface is not easy to clean after being polluted, and scars are easy to leave after the cigarette end is burned. Because of the disadvantages of the wooden guitar, a new material is always sought to replace wood, for example, some people try to use carbon fiber to make the guitar, but the acoustic effect of the guitar made of carbon fiber is different from that of the wooden guitar, and the acoustic effect of the guitar made of carbon fiber is not acceptable.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a guitar production process. In the production process of the guitar, a novel guitar material is produced to replace wood, so that the production period of the guitar can be greatly shortened when the material is used for producing the guitar, and the acoustic effect of the guitar prepared from the material is excellent.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a production process of a guitar comprises the production of guitar materials, the production of guitar components and the assembly of the guitar;

wherein the production of the guitar material comprises the following steps:

A. making wood fiber into a sheet in a conventional mode;

B. dipping the sheet in phenolic resin mixed with flame retardant;

C. drying the impregnated sheet at the temperature of 140-160 ℃, wherein the drying time is 4-6 minutes;

D. overlapping and stacking the dried sheets, and then placing the sheets on a press for high-temperature high-pressure extrusion at the temperature of 140-;

E. naturally cooling the extruded sheet;

the final guitar material contains 55-65% wood fiber, 25-35% phenolic resin and 8-12% fire retardant by weight;

wherein the guitar component is produced by directly manufacturing a panel, a bottom plate, a side plate, a fingerboard, a head, a neck, a bridge, an upper nut and a lower nut by using the guitar material;

the assembly of the guitar comprises the following steps:

A. directly bonding the panel, the side plates and the bottom plate together to form a body;

B. connecting the neck and the body according to a conventional method, and then sticking fingerboards on the neck and the body;

C. installing a headstock, a bridge, a nut and a lower nut according to a conventional method;

D. and installing other components to obtain the required guitar.

In the production process of the guitar, wood fibers are extruded by a roller to form a sheet with the thickness of 280 grams per square meter in the production process of the guitar material.

In the foregoing guitar production process, the wood fibers are long fibers in the production process of the guitar material.

In the foregoing guitar production process, in the step D of the guitar material production process, the number of stacked sheets is set according to the thickness of the guitar member to be produced in a later stage, and the thickness of the stacked plurality of sheets is 2 times the thickness of the guitar member finally obtained by extrusion.

In the foregoing guitar production process, in step D of the guitar material production process, a plurality of stacked sheets form 1 unit, and the upper and lower units are separated by a steel plate.

In the above guitar production process, the final guitar material contains 60 wt% wood fiber, 30 wt% phenolic resin and 10 wt% fire retardant.

In the production process of the guitar, the guitar material is subjected to laser cutting according to the shape of the guitar component to obtain the required panel, bottom plate, fingerboard, head, neck, bridge, upper nut and lower nut, the guitar material is cut into strips according to the width of the side plate, and the strips are bent and formed at one time to obtain the required side plate.

In the production process of the guitar, the thickness of the panel and the bottom plate is 1.2mm, and the thickness of the side plate is 1.0 mm.

In the production process of the guitar, the fingerboard is cut into a required size and a required shape through guitar materials, a product line groove is machined in the surface of the fingerboard, then the product line is installed, and finally the product line is pasted on the neck and the body.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the guitar material in the guitar production process is compounded by wood fiber, phenolic resin and a flame retardant, and has higher physical properties through impregnation, high-temperature drying and high-temperature pressure bearing. To verify the physical properties of this material, the guitar material of example 1 was selected for testing and the results are as follows:

the materials prepared by other embodiments are similar to the above materials.

In the preparation method of the material, the use amount of various raw materials is strictly controlled, so that the material and the guitar made of the material have better material performance and acoustic effect. In the process of controlling the dosage of each raw material, the wood fiber mainly plays a role in sound conduction, the phenolic resin plays a role in bonding, and the flame retardant can avoid the combustion condition of the wood fiber in subsequent high-temperature processing. The more the wood fiber is used, the faster the sound conduction speed is, and the better the acoustic effect is, but when the wood fiber is used in an amount exceeding the upper limit of the proportion, the performance of the material approaches to that of wood, the material is easy to expand with heat and contract with cold, the material is easy to crack under a dry condition, and the material is easy to expand and bulge under a wet condition; and too much wood fiber is used, so that the problems of burning, fuming and the like of the material are easily caused under the action of high temperature, and when the material is used for manufacturing the side plate, the surface of the side plate is easily burnt during the high-temperature bending and forming process of the side plate. The consumption of the phenolic resin is too much, so that the material is easy to melt and deform in the polishing process in the subsequent processing process of the material into a guitar member; the produced guitar has dry and hard sound and is stuffy at low frequency; and after the dosage of the phenolic resin and the flame retardant is too much, the prepared material has too high hardness and is difficult to process in the later period. The phenolic resin is used in a small amount and cannot play a basic binding role. When the dosage of the wood fiber, the phenolic resin and the flame retardant is respectively 60%, 30% and 10%, the material performance and the acoustic effect of the prepared material are optimal.

As can be seen from the above table, the guitar prepared by the method of the present invention has excellent physical properties and acoustic effects, which are mainly shown in the following aspects:

1. the guitar stable in structure can not take place expend with heat and contract with cold phenomenon because of the change of environment, the fracture condition can not appear under the dry condition, can not send out under the humid condition again and expand, appear the swell. The guitar made of the material can be used in any severe weather environment;

2. the guitar has excellent hardness, wear resistance, pollution resistance, smoke resistance, fire resistance, bending resistance and the like. The surface of the guitar is not easy to scratch, the water washing can be carried out after the surface is polluted, no scar is left after the cigarette end is burned, the guitar side plate can be formed by one-time high-temperature bending, and the phenomenon of breaking can not occur in the bending process;

3. the material is prepared by using the conventional raw materials, compared with wood, the cost is greatly reduced, so that the production of the guitar is not limited by wood raw materials, and the environmental damage caused by excessive felling of trees is avoided;

4. in the process of producing the guitar component by using the material, because the hardness is higher, the thickness of the guitar component is reduced by more than 1 time when the material is used for manufacturing a panel, a bottom plate and side plates of the corresponding guitar component, and the material is saved; compared with the prior art that the two symmetrical side plates of the wooden guitar need to be respectively bent and then connected, when the side plates are made of the material, the side plates can be directly bent and formed at one time, so that the production period of the components is greatly shortened;

5. in the process of manufacturing the guitar by using the material, the material has better physical properties, so that the procedures of painting, edging, grinding, polishing and the like are not needed in the production process of the guitar, the growth cycle of the guitar is at least shortened by 3/4, and the production can be finished only by 1 week after the material is used for manufacturing the wood guitar which is manufactured for 1 month at present. Meanwhile, the pollution of the procedures to the production environment is avoided, and the working environment of workers is optimized.

6. In the playing process of the guitar made of the material, the sound ratio is solid, the penetrating power is provided, the high pitch is bright and not harsh, the performance of the middle and high pitch is almost similar to that of an wooden guitar, the low pitch is vigorous, and the performance of the wooden guitar can reach 80%. The material is more suitable for manufacturing middle and low-price guitars.

Example 5 of the invention: a production process of a guitar comprises the production of guitar materials, the production of guitar components and the assembly of the guitar;

wherein the production of the guitar material comprises the following steps:

E. Naturally cooling the extruded sheet, trimming, inspecting quality, and packaging.

The final guitar material contained 57% wood fiber, 35% phenolic resin and 8% fire retardant by weight.

Wherein the guitar component is produced by directly manufacturing a panel, a bottom plate, a side plate, a fingerboard, a head, a neck, a bridge, an upper nut and a lower nut by using the guitar material;

the assembly of the guitar comprises the following steps:

A. directly bonding the panel, the side plates and the bottom plate together to form a body;

B. connecting the neck and the body according to a conventional method, and then sticking fingerboards on the neck and the body;

C. installing a headstock, a bridge, a nut and a lower nut according to a conventional method;

D. and installing other components to obtain the required guitar.

In the above embodiment, the wood fiber may be a long fiber, and the long fiber enables the sheet to have better gripping force and more stable physical properties when undergoing a physical crosslinking reaction in the extrusion process.

In the step D of the above embodiment, the number of stacked sheets is set according to the thickness of the guitar member to be produced in the later stage, and the thickness of the stacked sheets is 2 times of the thickness of the guitar member finally obtained by extrusion. The thickness of the dried sheets is generally about 0.5mm, for example, the thickness of the guitar panel and the guitar bottom to be produced later is 1.2-1.3mm, then 5 sheets should be stacked together to form 1 unit, and when 5 sheets are stacked together and not extruded, the thickness is 2.5mm, under high temperature and high pressure, material cross-linking reaction occurs between the sheets, so that the thickness is finally extruded to 1.2-1.3 mm. The press presses tens or hundreds of unit sheets at a time, and thus the upper and lower unit sheets are separated by a steel plate.

In the above embodiment, the guitar member is made of the guitar material, and the guitar member is made of the guitar material. Without the need to polish, plane, etc. its surface.

In the production process of the guitar component in the embodiment, the guitar material is subjected to laser cutting according to the shape of the guitar component to obtain the required panel, the bottom plate, the fingerboard, the head, the neck, the bridge, the upper nut and the lower nut, the guitar material is cut into strips according to the width of the side plate, and the strips are subjected to one-step bending processing forming to obtain the required side plate. At present, the side plate of the acoustic guitar is divided into a left side plate and a right side plate which are respectively connected after being bent, so that the left side plate and the right side plate are respectively bent, at present, few wood with the length can be bent and formed at one time, and the situation of wood breakage is very easy to occur in the one-time bending and forming process of the longer wood again, so that the waste of wood raw materials is caused. Because the guitar material made of wood fiber has better physical property and better bending property, the guitar material can not be broken in the one-time bending processing process, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the side plates and reducing the splicing process of the side plates in the later period.

The thickness of the panel and the bottom plate of the above embodiment is 1.2mm, and the thickness of the side plate is 1.0 mm. At present, the thickness of a panel of an acoustic guitar made of wood is 2.8mm, the thickness of a side plate is 2.0mm, and the thickness of a bottom plate is 2.4mm, mainly because the wood hardness is low, in order to ensure the structural strength of each component, the thickness of the panel is 2.8mm, the thickness of the side plate is 2.0mm, and the thickness of the bottom plate is 2.4 mm. Because the hardness of the guitar material made of wood fiber is much higher than that of wood, the thickness of the guitar material can be reduced on the premise of ensuring the structural strength when the panel, the bottom plate and the side plates are processed.

The fingerboard in the above embodiment is cut into a desired size and shape by the guitar material, and then the product line groove is processed on the surface thereof, and then the product line is installed, and finally the product line is stuck on the neck and body. In contrast, the fingerboard made of wood expands with heat and contracts with cold due to the influence of temperature, when the fingerboard contracts with cold, both ends of the metal product line can be exposed, hands can be easily cut in carelessness, and therefore, the fingerboard of the wooden guitar can be subjected to edge covering operation on both sides in the processing process, and the product line is prevented from being exposed. The guitar material made of wood fiber has stable physical performance, and does not expand with heat or contract with cold due to the change of temperature, so that the phenomenon that product lines are exposed does not need to be worried about, and the edge covering operation is not needed.
