Background

With the continuous improvement of the automobile holding capacity in China's society, the requirements of people on automobile maintenance are also increased, and correspondingly more and more people are added to the automobile repair industry. The automobile repair worker needs to frequently go in and out of the bottom of the automobile when repairing the automobile, needs to continuously switch between a lying posture and a sitting posture, and whether the automobile repair worker can easily go in and out of the bottom of the automobile to operate becomes a big problem. The main tool for the automobile maintenance worker to go in and out of the bottom of the automobile in China is researched and developed to be a lying plate, namely a simple plate with wheels. When the tool is used for entering the vehicle bottom for operation, even the back of the tool is required to be separated from the lying plate for maintenance, and the vehicle bottom entering and exiting needs to be separated from the lying plate once, so that the tool is very labor-consuming and is not humanized. Not only the automobile repair factory, but also a seat with adjustable body position and height is needed in many other fields such as medical treatment, nursing and the like.

A portable lying and repairing plate for automobile repair is designed by a mark of Huizhou engineering profession college, and the folding of a lying and repairing chair and the adjustment of the angle of a headrest can be realized; the lying and repairing plate lacks the adjustment of the back angle, only has lying posture without sitting posture, and has single function.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the existing problems, the invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a chair with adjustable body position height.

The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:

the armrest adjusting device comprises a hand supporting plate, a cushion plate, an arm supporting plate, a tool box containing plate and the like;

the back adjusting device comprises a back plate, a rocking block positioning shaft, a rocking block translation rod, a clamping pin fixing plate, a rocking block, a clamping pin, a rocking block sealing cover and the like;

the head adjusting device comprises a headrest, a push rod, a manual adjusting rod, a linkage push rod, a manual release rod and the like;

the long seat frame is fixedly connected with the middle of the short seat frame to form a scissor type structure capable of rotating by an angle, the upper end of the short seat frame is fixedly connected with the bottom of the cushion plate, a lifting slide rail is fixed at the bottom of the cushion plate, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod are connected at positions on the upper side of the fixedly connected long seat frame and the short seat frame, and the slide rod fixedly connected with the upper end of the first connecting rod and the upper end of the second connecting rod can slide in the lifting slide rail. (2) The invention mainly realizes the transformation between postures by mechanical limit, namely the bayonet lock fixing plate and the bayonet lock can limit the angle and the position of the movable block to realize back adjustment, and the cushion plate, the parallelogram mechanism, the long seat frame and the short seat frame integrally form a mechanism combining a parallelogram and a similar triangle, thereby realizing that the cushion plate is always horizontal to the ground.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and accompanying drawings. The specific examples are only intended to illustrate the invention in further detail and do not limit the scope of protection of the claims of the present application.

The invention provides a seat (seat for short) with an adjustable body position height, which is characterized by comprising a seat lifting device 1; 2. an armrest adjustment device; 3. a back adjustment device; 4. a head adjusting device; 5. a mobile device;

the seat lifting device 1 is used for supporting the main body of the seat, and simultaneously realizes the most important function of the seat, namely lifting of the seat. The middle parts of the short seat frame 1 and the long seat frame 1-1 are fixedly connected through a frame fixing shaft 1-10 to form a scissor type mechanism, the bottom of the long seat frame 1-1 is connected with an electric push rod fixing shaft 1-5, two electric push rods 1-4 are placed on the electric push rod fixing shaft 1-5, the upper ends of the electric push rods 1-4 are connected with the short seat frame, and the scissor type mechanism is opened and closed through stretching and shrinking of the electric push rods 1-4, so that the seat is lifted.

The upper part of the middle of the long seat frame 1-1 is fixedly connected with a connecting rod positioning shaft 1-3, the upper part of the connecting rod positioning shaft 1-3 is connected with the lower end of a first connecting rod 1-2, and the lower end of a second connecting rod 1-6 is connected with the upper part of the short seat frame 1. The upper ends of the first connecting rod 1-2 and the second connecting rod 1-6 are connected through a sliding rod 1-8, and the sliding rod 1-8 can move back and forth on a lifting sliding rail 1-9. The triangle formed by the second connecting rod 1-6 and the short seat frame 1 is similar to the triangle at the lower end of the scissor type mechanism to ensure that the cushion plate 2-1 is always parallel to the ground. The main component of the armrest adjusting device 2 is a cushion plate 2-1, four armrest connecting rods 2-4 are fixed on two sides of the cushion plate 2-1 through four screws, a hand supporting plate 2 is fixed at the upper ends of every two armrest connecting rods 2-4 through screws, a part of hollowed stroke is arranged in the middle of the hand supporting plate 2, and the stroke is mutually meshed with bulges on two sides of a back plate 3, so that the hand supporting plate 2 is lowered when the back plate 3 lies down, and the hand supporting plate 2 is raised when the back plate 3 rises. The arm supporting plate 2-3 is fixedly connected with two sides of the middle part of the back plate 3 through bolts, and the tail part of the arm supporting plate 2 and the front end arm supporting part form a certain angle, so that the arm supporting plate 2-3 can be supported. The effect that is finally achieved is that when the seat is lifted, the arm rest board 2 is lifted to support the small arm and the hand (as shown in figure 1), and when the seat is laid on the ground to enter the large machine or the bottom of the vehicle for working, the arm rest board 2-3 is lifted to support the large arm for saving labor (as shown in figures 9 and 10).

The back adjusting device 3 is responsible for adjusting the angle of the back plate 3. The bottom of the bayonet fixing plate 3-1 is fixedly connected with the bench seat frame 1-1, and the bayonet fixing plate can rotate relative to the bench seat frame 1-1. Two rocking block translation rod positioning seats 3-1 are fixed on the inner side of the bayonet pin fixing plate 3-1 and used for fixing the rocking block translation rods 3-7. Two rocking block positioning shaft positioning seats 3-8 are fixed at the upper part of the back plate 3 and are used for fixing the rocking block positioning shafts 3-2. A blind hole is arranged at the rear upper part of the rocking block 3-3, and the rocking block positioning shaft 3-2 is inserted into the blind hole, so that the relative position of the rocking block and the back plate is fixed. A through hole is formed in the middle of the rocking block 3-3, the rocking block translation rod 3-7 penetrates through the through hole, the rocking block 3-3 can translate on the rocking block translation rod 3-7, and meanwhile the rocking block can rotate along with the bayonet fixing plate 3-1 and keeps relatively parallel. The inner part of the front end of the rocking block 3-3 is provided with a blind hole with a special stroke, the blind hole enables the inner rod 3-9 of the bayonet lock to move back and forth before reaching the end, and the inner rod 3-9 of the bayonet lock can rotate to lock when reaching the end. The top end of the inner rod 3-9 of the bayonet lock is fixedly connected with the bayonet lock 3-5, and the bayonet lock 3-5 is used for realizing the function of fixing the back plate at 3-angle by being clamped in the hole on the bayonet lock fixing plate 3-1. An anti-falling cover 3-4 is fixed at the front end of the rocking block 3-3, a bayonet return spring is arranged between the anti-falling cover 3-3 and the bayonet inner rod 3-9, and the spring has the function of actively clamping the bayonet 3-5 in a hole on the bayonet fixing plate 3-1 when the hand is released.

There are two modes of back adjustment, one driven and one fixed.

Driven mode: when the seat is in a sitting state (as shown in fig. 1), the bayonet pins 3-5 are pulled to the head and rotated to enable the seat to be in a driven mode, in the driven mode, the back plate 3 can be pressed on the bench seat frame 1-1 only by lightly pressing the back when the seat descends, at the moment, the seat is lifted, and the back plate 3 can also descend until the seat completely lies flat (as shown in fig. 9). When the chair is fully reclined, the back is slightly raised and the back plate 3 is also raised. When raised to the desired angle, backing plate 3 is locked by restoring pins 3-5 (as shown in FIG. 10). Note: the seat must be in this mode when raised.

A fixed mode: the effect of this mode is that the angle of the back plate 3 remains unchanged when the seat is raised and lowered. The fixed connection position of the tail part of the bayonet fixing plate 3-1 is right behind the cushion plate 2-1, the position is right behind the cushion plate 2-1 no matter the angle of the seat, and the position is the premise that the angle of the back plate 3 is not changed. When the seat is raised, the bayonet 3 is in the normal state and the seat is in the secured mode.

The head restraint 4 functions to control the adjustment of the head restraint 4 so that the head restraint 4 can be laid down without obstructing the view of a person when the seat is being made, and the head restraint 4 can be raised to support the head when the seat is lying down. The upper part of the back of the backboard 3 is fixedly connected with a rotatable push head rod 4-2, the lower part of the upper end of the long seat frame 1-1 is provided with two linkage shaft fixedly connected seats 4-11, a linkage shaft 4-12 is fixedly connected between the linkage shaft fixedly connected seats 4-11, and when the seat descends, the linkage shaft 4-12 can push the push head rod 4-2 to lift the headrest 4. The manual release lever is composed of three parts, namely a manual release lever cap 4-1, a manual release lever thin shaft 4-4 and a manual release lever thick shaft 4-5. Two lock whistle bases 4-6 are arranged at the back upper part of the back plate 3, the lock whistle 4-7 is connected with the lock whistle fixing shaft 4-11 through the lock whistle bases 4-6, and a lock whistle return spring 4-9 ensures that the spring always springs upwards (as shown in figure 8). An incomplete gear is arranged on the thin shaft 4-4 of the manual release lever, and when the headrest 4 is lifted to a certain angle, the gear is meshed with the lock whistle 4-7 to fix the headrest 4. The upper end of the push rod 4-2 is fixedly connected with the manual adjusting rod 4-3, and the headrest 4 can be adjusted to a comfortable angle by pulling the manual adjusting rod 4-3. When the headrest 4 is put down, the lever cap 4-1 of the release lever of the headrest is pressed inwards, the gear is disengaged from the whistle 4-7 of the lock head, and the headrest can fall down.

The moving device 5 is composed of three wheel bearing plates 5, and each wheel bearing plate 5 is fixed with two universal wheels 5-2. The front wheel carrying plate 5 is directly connected with the lower end of the long seat frame 1-1, and the rear wheel carrying plates 5 are connected with the lowest end of the short seat frame 1 through wheel carrying plate positioning shafts 5-1.
