As shown in fig. 1, a sliding rod 7 is welded on a fixed frame 1, a sliding block 8 is slidably arranged on the sliding rod 7 along the sliding rod 7, the sliding rod 7 can be generally arranged to be a square section rod, and the sliding block 8 is sleeved on the sliding rod 7 through a square hole, so that the clamping frame 9 is better in stability and is not easy to overturn. As shown in fig. 2, the driving device 6 is fixedly disposed on the sliding rod 7, the driving device 6 drives the sliding block 8 to move along the sliding rod 7, the left sleeve 10 is fixedly disposed on the sliding rod 7, the right sleeve 11 is provided with a sliding groove 113, a fixing pin 112 capable of sliding along the sliding groove 113 is disposed in the sliding groove 113, and the fixing pin 112 is fixed on the sliding block 8. Thus, when the slide block 8 moves left and right, the right clamping rod 91 rotates around the upper end, and the right clamping rod 91 and the right sleeve 11 cannot be blocked.
