Background

The current gas station ubiquitous environmental pollution is more serious, environmental comfort is relatively poor scheduling problem. The content of PM2.5 and PM10 in the air is high due to dust, automobile emission and the like. When the system needs high-pressure atomization, the frequency of the frequency converter is controlled to control the water pressure of the high-pressure atomization water pump, micro water particles are generated and are adsorbed with PM10 micro dust particles and then are settled, so that the purification purpose is achieved, and meanwhile, the temperature and the humidity of the environment of a gas station can be controlled.

When PM2.5 and VOCS need to be reduced, the system starts an ultrasonic atomization function, the power supply output of the ultrasonic atomization water pump supplies power to the ultrasonic atomization water pump, meanwhile, the power supply output of the air compressor supplies power to the air compressor, the air compressor starts to work, the ultrasonic atomization water pump works, air passes through an air filter, VOCS in the air is removed, air purification is carried out, purified compressed air and pressurized water flow enter the ultrasonic atomization nozzle, the ultrasonic atomization nozzle generates superfine water particles, the superfine water particles are deposited after being mutually adsorbed with PM2.5, and smaller dust particles such as PM2.5 are inhibited.

The control unit comprehensively controls the high-pressure atomization unit, the ultrasonic atomization unit and the air purification unit, so that the suppression of PM2.5, PM10 and VOCS in the air of the gas station is realized.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an environment optimization device for a gas station comprises a cabinet 1, wherein an atomization unit, a purification unit, a water tank 2 and a control cabinet 3 are arranged on the cabinet, and the water tank 2 supplies clean water to a high-pressure atomization unit 4 and an ultrasonic atomization unit 10 through water pipes respectively; the control cabinet 3 is used for controlling the working states of the high-pressure atomizing unit 4, the ultrasonic atomizing unit 10 and the air purifying unit 15.

And the atomizing unit comprises a high-pressure atomizing unit 4 and an ultrasonic atomizing unit 10, wherein the high-pressure atomizing unit 4 is used for generating micro water particles and adsorbing PM10 dust particles mutually and adjusting the temperature and humidity of the environment. The high-pressure atomizing unit 4 comprises a high-pressure atomizing water pump 19, a high-pressure atomizing water pipe 6 and a high-pressure atomizing nozzle 5, a water inlet of the high-pressure atomizing water pump 19 is connected with the water tank 2 through a water pipe, a water outlet of the high-pressure atomizing water pump 19 is connected with the high-pressure atomizing nozzle 5 through the high-pressure atomizing water pipe 6, and the high-pressure atomizing nozzle 5 is arranged above the oiling position; a frequency converter 25 is arranged in the control cabinet, a circuit of the high-pressure atomizing water pump 19 is connected with the frequency converter 25, and the frequency of the frequency converter controls the water pressure of the high-pressure atomizing water pump 19. In this embodiment, the high-pressure atomizing water pump 19 is a high-pressure plunger pump, the parameter is water pressure 180bar, and the power is 5.5 kW. The number of the high-pressure atomizing nozzles used in this example was 50, and the flow rate of each high-pressure atomizing nozzle was 0.09L/min. The frequency converter 25 adopts a three-phase 220V frequency converter with the rated power of 6 kW.

The ultrasonic atomization unit 10 is used for generating ultrafine water particles and PM2.5 dust particles which are mutually adsorbed; the ultrasonic atomization unit 10 comprises an ultrasonic atomization water pump 20, an ultrasonic atomization water pipe 8, an ultrasonic atomization air pipe 9 and an ultrasonic atomization nozzle 7, a water inlet of the ultrasonic atomization water pump 20 is connected with the water tank 2 through a water pipe, a water outlet of the ultrasonic atomization water pump 20 is connected with a water pipe joint of the ultrasonic atomization nozzle 7 through the ultrasonic atomization water pipe 8, an air pipe joint of the ultrasonic atomization nozzle 7 is connected with an air compressor 23 in the air purification unit 15 through the ultrasonic atomization air pipe 9, and the ultrasonic atomization nozzle 7 is arranged above an oiling position; the ultrasonic atomization water pump power supply output 32 is arranged in the control cabinet, and a circuit of the ultrasonic atomization water pump 20 is connected with the ultrasonic atomization water pump power supply output 32. In this embodiment, the ultrasonic atomizing water pump 20 is a centrifugal water pump, the power is 0.55kW, and the water pressure is 1.3 bar. In this embodiment, 5 ultrasonic atomizing nozzles are used, and each nozzle has an air flow of 112L/min, a water flow of 0.359L/min, an air pressure of 5bar, and a water pressure of 1 bar.

The purification unit comprises an air purification unit 15 and a water purification unit 16, wherein the air purification unit 15 is mainly used for inhibiting VOCS in air and providing compressed air for the ultrasonic atomization unit 10; the air purification unit comprises an air filter 21 and an air compressor 23, the air inlet of the air compressor 23 is connected with the air filter 21 through a variable air pipe 22, and the filter element of the air filter 21 is made of activated carbon. The outlet of the air compressor 23 is connected with an air pipe joint of the ultrasonic atomizing nozzle 7 through an ultrasonic atomizing air pipe 9; an air compressor power supply output 33 is arranged in the control cabinet, and the air compressor power supply output 33 is connected with the air compressor 23 and supplies power to the pressure control machine 23. In this embodiment, the power of the air compressor 23 is 4500W, the air flow rate is 750L/min, and the air pressure is 8 bar. The air cleaning unit 15 is mainly used to suppress VOCS in the air and to supply compressed air to the ultrasonic atomizing nozzle 7.

The water purification unit 16 filters the external supply water and stores the filtered water in the water tank 2. The water purification unit 16 includes a water purification filter 18 and a purified water pipe 17, external water is supplied to the water purification filter 18 through the water pipe, and the water purification filter 18 is connected to the water tank 2 through the purified water pipe 17. The volume of the water tank 2 is 20L.

The control cabinet 3 is also provided with a control switch 24, a controller 30, a power supply unit 31 and a sensor input unit which comprises

The control unit comprehensively controls the high-pressure atomization unit, the ultrasonic atomization unit and the air purification unit, so that the suppression of PM2.5, PM10 and VOCS in the air of the gas station is realized.
