A method of making a liner in a package according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein: firstly, cutting an upper layer paper board (1) and a lower layer paper board (2) with the same shape and size by using a cutting machine according to a packaging box to be matched; then cutting the upper layer sheet body (11), the lower layer sheet body (21) and the side sheet body (5) according to the appearance of an article to be placed, and punching air holes (3) on the upper layer sheet body (11) and the lower layer sheet body (21); then, coating water-based activatable glue on the back surfaces of the upper layer paper board (1) and the lower layer paper board (2), wherein the glue is coated according to the standard of 30-50 g per square; and finally, placing the upper layer paperboard (1) on the lower layer paperboard (2), placing the upper layer paperboard and the lower layer paperboard in a molding press, and extruding the upper layer sheet body (11) and the lower layer sheet body (21) downwards by utilizing a mold to form a groove for placing an article.

7. The method of making an inner liner in a package according to claim 6, wherein: the temperature of the mold is set to 120-130 ℃, the pressure is set to 10-20T, and the time is 30 seconds.

The invention relates to the technical field of packaging boxes, in particular to an inner liner of a packaging box and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

At present, when some bottled cosmetics or food are packaged, an inner liner is usually placed in a packaging box, a concave groove is arranged on the inner liner, and the concave groove is determined according to the shape of a bottle body to be placed, for example, a firm and durable cosmetic packaging box disclosed in the patent with the publication number of CN204896203U, a groove is arranged on an additional support box (namely, the inner liner described in the application) disclosed in the patent, and the additional support box is usually formed by injection molding of a plastic material at present, so that the production and processing are convenient, but the defect of environmental protection is existed, and therefore, an environment-friendly packaging box inner liner needs to be designed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides an environment-friendly packing box inner liner with reasonable structural design and a manufacturing method thereof.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows: an inner liner of a packing box, which is characterized in that: comprises an upper layer paperboard and a lower layer paperboard which have the same shape and size; cutting an upper layer sheet body for supporting an article on an upper layer paper board according to the appearance of the article to be placed, cutting a lower layer sheet body for supporting the article on a lower layer paper board according to the appearance of the article to be placed, wherein the upper layer sheet body is not completely separated from the upper layer paper board, one side of the upper layer sheet body is kept connected with the upper layer paper board, the lower layer sheet body is not completely separated from the lower layer paper board, and one side of the lower layer sheet body is kept connected with the lower layer paper board; when the upper cardboard bonds on lower floor's cardboard, be the relative relation with that one side of the upper lamellar body that upper cardboard is connected and that one side of the lower floor's lamellar body that lower floor's cardboard is connected, thereby upper lamellar body and lower floor's lamellar body bulldoze downwards and form the recess that is used for placing object article with the back of lapping together about being present, thereby upper lamellar body and lower floor's lamellar body bond together.

Preferably, the upper layer paperboard and the lower layer paperboard are both made of 400 g of pure wood pulp paper.

Preferably, the upper layer sheet body or the lower layer sheet body is provided with air holes.

Preferably, the edges of the periphery of the upper layer of paper board and the lower layer of paper board are connected with side plates, and the side plates can be turned downwards and then are perpendicular to the upper layer of paper board or the lower layer of paper board.

Preferably, the two sides of the upper layer sheet body are also cut with side sheet bodies which have the blocking effect on the two ends of the article, and the two sides of the lower layer sheet body are also cut with the same side sheet bodies, and the side sheet bodies are turned downwards and then are perpendicular to the upper layer sheet body and the lower layer sheet body.

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the liner in the packaging box, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

firstly, cutting an upper layer paperboard and a lower layer paperboard which are consistent in appearance and size by using a cutting machine according to a packaging box to be matched;

then cutting the upper layer sheet body, the lower layer sheet body and the side sheet body according to the appearance of the object to be placed, and punching air holes on the upper layer sheet body and the lower layer sheet body;

then, coating water-based activatable glue on the back surfaces of the upper paperboard and the lower paperboard according to the standard of 30-50 g per square;

and finally, placing the upper layer paperboard on the lower layer paperboard, placing the upper layer paperboard and the lower layer paperboard in a molding press, and extruding the upper layer sheet body and the lower layer sheet body downwards by utilizing a mold to form a groove for placing an article.

Preferably, the temperature of the mold is set to 120-130 ℃, the pressure is set to 10-20T, and the time is 30 seconds.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects: compared with the traditional plastic inner liner, the liner in the packaging box made of paper materials is degradable and more environment-friendly, and the manufacturing method is simple and low in cost.

In the embodiment, an upper layer sheet body 11 for supporting articles is cut on an upper layer paper board 1 according to the appearance and the number of the articles to be placed, and a lower layer sheet body 21 for supporting the articles is cut on a lower layer paper board 2 according to the appearance and the number of the articles to be placed, wherein the upper layer sheet body 11 is not completely separated from the upper layer paper board 1, one side of the upper layer sheet body 11 is connected with the upper layer paper board 1, the lower layer sheet body 21 is not completely separated from the lower layer paper board 2, and one side of the lower layer sheet body 21 is connected with the lower layer paper board 2; when the upper layer paper board 1 is bonded on the lower layer paper board 2, the side of the upper layer sheet body 11 connected with the upper layer paper board 1 and the side of the lower layer sheet body 21 connected with the lower layer paper board 2 are in a relative relation, after the upper layer sheet body 11 and the lower layer sheet body 21 are overlapped together, the upper layer sheet body 11 and the lower layer sheet body 21 are pushed downwards to form a groove for placing articles, the upper layer sheet body 11 and the lower layer sheet body 21 are bonded together, in the embodiment, one groove is provided and is in a strip shape and can be used for placing a long cosmetic glass bottle, of course, in other embodiments, a plurality of upper layer sheet bodies and lower layer sheet bodies can be cut to form a plurality of grooves and can be used for placing a set of cosmetics.

In this embodiment, the upper sheet 11 or the lower sheet 21 is provided with the ventilation holes 3, which is convenient for ventilation during hot molding. The edges of the upper layer of paper board 1 and the lower layer of paper board 2 are all connected with side plates 4, and the side plates 4 can be turned downwards and then are perpendicular to the upper layer of paper board 1 or the lower layer of paper board 2. The side plates 4 on the periphery play a role of positioning and supporting, so that the lining pad can be more conveniently installed in the packing box.

In this embodiment, the two sides of the upper sheet 11 are also cut with side sheets 5 that block the two ends of the article, and the two sides of the lower sheet 21 are also cut with the same side sheets 5, and the side sheets 5 are turned downward and then perpendicular to the upper sheet 11 and the lower sheet 21. finally, the upper layer paperboard 1 is placed on the lower layer paperboard 2, then the upper layer paperboard and the lower layer paperboard are placed in a molding press, and the upper layer sheet body 11 and the lower layer sheet body 21 are extruded downwards by utilizing a mold to form a groove for placing an article, wherein the temperature of the mold is set to be 120 ℃ and 130 ℃, the pressure is set to be 10-20T, and the time is 30 seconds.
