The invention belongs to the technical field of cotton fabric printing and dyeing, and particularly relates to digital printing and dyeing paper for cotton fabric and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The thermal sublimation transfer printing method is characterized in that a special printing dye is printed on digital printing and dyeing paper in a printing mode, and the dye is transferred to a fabric through heating and pressurizing. Specifically, the method comprises the steps of selecting a disperse dye with a sublimation temperature range of 180-240 ℃ according to the sublimation characteristic of the disperse dye, mixing the disperse dye with sizing agent to prepare color ink, printing the color ink on digital printing and dyeing paper according to different patterns and pattern requirements, closely contacting the thermal sublimation digital printing and dyeing paper printed with the patterns and the patterns with a fabric, treating the paper on a transfer printing machine with a temperature of 200-230 ℃ for 10-30s, transferring the dye from the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper to the fabric, and allowing the dye to enter the fabric through diffusion to achieve the purpose of coloring.

The digital printing and dyeing paper used in the current market has the following defects when the cotton fabric is transferred:

(1) when the traditional digital printing and dyeing paper is used for printing, the base paper is very easy to wrinkle, and meanwhile, when the digital printing and dyeing paper is placed on the surface of a fabric, the digital printing and dyeing paper is very difficult to position, and is easy to shift during printing and dyeing, so that the quality of pattern transfer printing is influenced, the qualification rate of finished cotton fabrics is reduced, and certain loss is brought to enterprise production;

(2) when the traditional digital printing and dyeing paper is used for printing and dyeing cotton fabrics, the printed and dyed pattern color saturation is lower, larger colors exist with a design plate, and meanwhile, the drying time of ink transferred to the surfaces of the fabrics is longer, so that the printing and dyeing paper is not beneficial to large-batch quick transfer printing processing of the cotton fabrics.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide digital printing and dyeing paper for cotton-containing fabric and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problem that the traditional digital printing and dyeing paper in the prior art has poor printing and dyeing effect when used for cotton fabric transfer printing and dyeing.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the digital printing and dyeing paper for the cotton-containing fabric comprises a digital printing and dyeing paper body with good printing and dyeing effect and crease resistance, wherein the digital printing and dyeing paper body comprises a release film with dust prevention and air isolation functions, the release film is attached to the surface of a printing and dyeing coating, and the printing and dyeing coating is printed on the surface of base paper;

the printing and dyeing coating comprises an ink absorption protective layer, a color fixing layer, an ink layer and a paper roll covering layer which are sequentially printed, wherein the ink absorption protective layer is adsorbed to a release film, the paper roll covering layer is printed on the surface of base paper, and the thickness of the printing and dyeing coating is 50-3000 micrometers.

In order to realize rapid drying of the ink after transfer and prevent the formation of bubbles, it is preferable that the ink absorption protective layer is prepared by mixing cellulose, phenolic resin and lime rosin according to a certain mass ratio, and in order to avoid bubbles generated in the printing and dyeing process, an antifoaming agent made of a mixture of a foam breaking polymer and an organosilicon fluorocarbon is added in the ink absorption protective layer, and the thickness of the ink absorption protective layer is 4-280 μm.

In order to realize fixation of the transferred ink, as a preferable mode of the invention, the color fixing layer is formed by coating the surface of the ink absorption protective layer after inorganic or organic treatment of crystal-end nano titanium dioxide, and the thickness of the color fixing layer is 4-280 μm.

In order to achieve better color saturation and rapid drying of the ink, the ink layer is preferably formed by mixing polyamide liquid, polyethylene wax, calcium carbonate, water-soluble transfer ink, dimethylbenzene and isopropanol and then coating the mixture on the white surface of the roll paper covering layer through a coating machine, and the thickness of the ink layer is 6-10 μm.

In order to protect and coat the ink layer in the digital printing and dyeing paper, as a preferable mode of the invention, the roll paper covering layer is a white polyurethane film which is precisely printed on the base paper for many times, and the thickness of the polyurethane film is 4-280 μm.

In order to make the digital printing and dyeing paper have better environmental protection, as a preferable mode of the invention, the base paper is made of recycled waste paper pulp, and when the base paper is molded, the middle part of the base paper is clamped with bamboo fiber paper with a latticed surface, and the back surface of the base paper is also printed with scale marks which are convenient for personnel to cut the digital printing and dyeing paper body for practical use.

A preparation method of the digital printing and dyeing paper for the cotton-containing fabric comprises the following steps of:

s1, preparing a release film;

s2, preparing environment-friendly base paper;

s3, sequentially coating a roll paper cover layer, a color fixing layer and an ink absorption protective layer on the surface of the base paper to form a printing and dyeing coating;

s4, attaching the release film and the ink absorption protective layer to finally form the digital printing and dyeing paper;

and S5, cutting the digital printing and dyeing paper and packaging.

In order to allow the release film to be rapidly manufactured, as a preferable aspect of the present invention, the preparation of the release film in the step S1 includes the steps of:

firstly, preparing a parting agent;

cutting a PET base film with the same size as the finished digital printing and dyeing paper;

thirdly, coating a parting agent on the base film by using a coating machine to finally form a parting film, wherein the coating thickness of the parting agent is less than 5 mu m.

In order to make the digital printing and dyeing paper have the scale marks, it is preferable that the scale marks are printed on the back surface of the base paper by using a printer after the base paper is prepared in the step S2.

In order to rapidly prepare the ink layer, as a preferable aspect of the present invention, the ink layer in the step S3 comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 28% of polyamide liquid (35%), 3% of polyethylene wax, 8% of calcium carbonate, 30% of water-soluble transfer ink, 17% of xylene and 14% of isopropanol.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the environment-friendly performance of waterless digital printing and dyeing can be further improved by recycling waste materials by utilizing the base paper made by secondary processing of waste paper, and the bamboo fiber sandwich paper is added in the manufacturing process of the base paper, so that the edge of the digital printing and dyeing paper can not bulge when the pattern is heated and transferred, and the digital printing and dyeing paper is prevented from wrinkling;

2) the release film can protect the ink layer in the digital printing and dyeing paper, so that the ink is prevented from being oxidized, the coloring quality of cotton fabric in the later period is influenced, the ink absorption protective layer is arranged, the ink can be quickly dried after the digital printing and dyeing paper prints and dyes the fabric, and the color fixing layer is arranged in the heating and transfer process, so that the digital printing and dyeing paper fixes the color of the transfer ink colored on the surface of the fabric, the saturation degree of the pattern is ensured, the transferred pattern has better gloss and the quality of the cotton fabric finished product is improved;

In this embodiment: the ink absorption protective layer 101 is prepared by mixing cellulose, phenolic resin and lime rosin according to a certain mass ratio, meanwhile, in order to avoid bubbles generated in the printing and dyeing process, a defoaming agent made of a mixture of a bubble breaking polymer and an organic silane fluorine alkane is added into the ink absorption protective layer 101, and the thickness of the ink absorption protective layer 101 is 4-280 mu m.
