(1) elastic materials are filled between the air inlet of the air guide cover of the engine and the air inlet resonance box;

(2) elastic materials are filled between the periphery of the exhaust duct and the middle partition plate to realize sealing and floating;

(3) the air inlet resonance box is fixed on the base in an installation mode and is arranged in parallel with the electrical cabinet arranged on the base;

(4) the bottom plate of the air inlet of the base is designed to be an inclined angle, and a drain hole is formed in the lowest position of the bottom plate so as to drain the gathered rainwater;

(5) sealing materials are arranged between the coaming channel and an air channel of a motor air suction inlet of the air-cooled generator;

(a) the centrifugal fan with the volute casing cover is changed into a centrifugal fan without the volute casing cover;

(b) the scheme of arranging the exhaust duct in the main engine bin is changed into the scheme that the exhaust duct is not arranged in the main engine bin, so that the airflow direction of a third branch air duct is changed, the third branch air duct directly exhausts the air which is used for forcibly cooling the diesel engine by the air deflector into the main engine bin, and the air is exhausted out of the main engine bin by a centrifugal fan which is positioned in the heat separation bin.

Background

In the existing air-cooled silent generator set, cooling airflow in a machine cabin comes from a power end and the tail end of a motor, and the airflow is converged in the middle, flows into a silencer cabin and is exhausted out of the machine cabin.

The problems of the air-cooled mute generator set in the prior art are as follows: the radiation heat of the machine cabin is accumulated in the cabin, so that the cabin temperature is increased, the service lives of electronic components, batteries, rubber parts and the like are shortened, and the failure rate is improved; the problems of uneven hot air flow and uneven heat dissipation still exist when a small electric fan is adopted to draw out a part of the machine types; the generator air suction opening is positioned below the bottom of the generator set and close to the high-temperature area, so that the temperature rise of a generator winding is high. In addition, the noise radiation of the diesel generator set is also high.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a diesel generator set which adopts a labyrinth branch air duct to realize heat dissipation and noise reduction, and aims to realize ventilation, heat dissipation and cooling in a cabin of an air-cooled generator set and reduce noise by enabling air flow to flow through the labyrinth air duct. The specific technical scheme is as follows:

a diesel generator set adopting a labyrinth split air channel to realize heat dissipation and noise reduction comprises a base and a mute box body connected to the base, wherein the internal part of the mute box body is divided into a heat separation chamber and a host cabin by arranging an intermediate baffle plate, an air-cooled generator, a diesel engine and an air inlet resonance box are sequentially arranged in the host cabin according to the direction from the heat separation chamber to the host cabin, a labyrinth air inlet split chamber is arranged on the base and under the air inlet resonance box, a guide plate is arranged at the air inlet part of the labyrinth air inlet split chamber, which leans against the labyrinth air inlet split chamber, so as to form a labyrinth air inlet channel, the upper part of the labyrinth air inlet split chamber is communicated with the air inlet resonance box, one side of the labyrinth air inlet split chamber is provided with a first air inlet split port, so as to form a first split air channel for cooling the radiant heat in the host cabin, the upper portion of the air inlet resonance box is provided with a second cold air shunting port so as to form a second branch air duct for providing combustion of working air and exhaust of waste gas of the diesel engine, one side of the air inlet resonance box is provided with a third cold air shunting port so as to form a third branch air duct for cooling the engine body and the cylinder head of the diesel engine, the tail ends of the first branch air duct and the third branch air duct are respectively communicated with the thermal compartment and discharge hot air through the thermal compartment, and the second branch air duct discharges the hot air after penetrating through the thermal compartment.

As a preferred embodiment of the first branch air duct in the present invention, a centrifugal fan with a volute casing cover is disposed in the thermal isolation chamber, a suction port of the centrifugal fan is communicated with the main chamber, a first fan outlet serving as a main outlet is disposed on the volute casing cover of the centrifugal fan, and a branch air flow direction of the first branch air duct is: the cold air of the labyrinth air inlet shunting chamber enters the interior of the main engine bin through the first cold air shunting port, and after the radiant heat in the interior of the main engine bin is cooled, the centrifugal fan is pumped out of the bin through the first fan air outlet.

As a preferable scheme of the second branch air duct in the invention, the second branch air duct comprises an air filter connecting pipeline connected between a second cold air shunt port of the air inlet resonance box and an air inlet of the diesel engine, and an exhaust pipeline connected to an exhaust gas outlet of the diesel engine, wherein an air filter is arranged on the air filter connecting pipeline, a silencer is arranged on the exhaust pipeline, and the silencer is positioned in the thermal compartment; wherein a section of exhaust pipeline arranged between an exhaust gas outlet of the diesel engine and the muffler is positioned in the main engine chamber, and a section of exhaust pipeline arranged between the muffler and the tail end of the second branch air duct penetrates through the thermal insulation chamber; the branch air flow direction of the second branch air duct is as follows: and cold air of the labyrinth air inlet shunting chamber enters the diesel engine through a second cold air shunting port and an air filter connecting pipeline to be combusted into waste gas, and the waste gas enters an exhaust pipeline and is exhausted out of the engine room after being silenced by the silencer.

As a preferable scheme of the third branch air duct, an engine air guide cover is arranged at the joint of the diesel engine and the air inlet resonance box, and an engine flywheel fan driven by the diesel engine is arranged in the engine air guide cover; an exhaust duct communicated with the thermal insulation bin is arranged in the main engine bin, air deflectors for collecting hot air flow of the diesel engine into the exhaust duct are arranged at the engine body and the cylinder head of the diesel engine, and an exhaust pipeline between an exhaust gas outlet of the diesel engine and the silencer is arranged in the exhaust duct; the branch air flow direction of the third branch air duct is as follows: cold air of the labyrinth air inlet shunting chamber enters the engine air guiding cover through the third cold air shunting port, an engine flywheel fan in the engine air guiding cover forcibly cools a diesel engine body, a cylinder head and an oil pan through the air guiding plate, cooled hot air is converged in the exhaust duct, and the cooled hot air enters the heat separation bin after blowing through the exhaust pipeline and the silencer and then is discharged out of the engine bin.

As a further improvement of the structure of the volute cover, a second fan air outlet serving as an auxiliary air outlet is arranged on the volute cover of the centrifugal fan, the air outlet direction of the second fan air outlet faces to the silencer in the thermal compartment, and exhausted airflow blows over the surface of the silencer and is exhausted out of the cabin through a gap outside the air guide volute cover.

As a preferred scheme in the present invention, a fourth branch air duct for cooling an internal winding of the air-cooled generator is disposed on the mute box, an air inlet of the fourth branch air duct is communicated with outside air, a tail end of the fourth branch air duct is communicated with the thermal compartment and discharges hot air through the thermal compartment, and a suction inlet of the centrifugal fan faces an air outlet of the air-cooled generator in the host compartment; the branch airflow direction of the fourth branch air duct is as follows: outside air enters an air channel of a motor air suction opening of the air-cooled generator through a surrounding plate channel formed by surrounding air surrounding plates, cools an internal winding, and then comes out of the air-cooled generator and is drawn out of the hot compartment by a centrifugal fan in the hot compartment.

In the invention, when external cold air enters the labyrinth air inlet shunting chamber of the lower base of the unit, air flow firstly goes downwards, and after passing through the channel of the guide plate, the air flow goes upwards, the flow velocity drops, and entrained matters in the air are separated.

In the invention, the flow guide sound-absorbing plate is arranged in the air inlet resonance box, and the surface of the flow guide sound-absorbing plate is adhered with a sound-absorbing material to strengthen the attenuation of the noise of the engine.

The diesel generator set adopting the labyrinth branch air duct to realize heat dissipation and noise reduction is also provided with one of the following improved structures or the combination of the following improved structures:

(1) elastic materials are filled between the air inlet of the air guide cover of the engine and the air inlet resonance box;

(2) elastic materials are filled between the periphery of the exhaust duct and the middle partition plate to realize sealing and floating;

(3) the air inlet resonance box is fixed on the base in an installation mode and is arranged in parallel with the electrical cabinet arranged on the base;

(7) the diesel engine and the air-cooled generator are arranged on the same common chassis and are arranged on the base through the vibration damping pad.

The diesel generator set adopting the labyrinth branch air duct to realize heat dissipation and noise reduction is also provided with one of the following two improved structures or the combination of the following two improved structures:

(a) the centrifugal fan with the volute casing cover is changed into a centrifugal fan without the volute casing cover;

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

first, according to the diesel generator set adopting the labyrinth branch air ducts to realize heat dissipation and noise reduction, the temperature in the machine cabin is effectively reduced, the phenomenon of uneven heat dissipation in the machine cabin is eliminated, and the temperature of a temperature sensitive element in the machine cabin is maintained in a reasonable range.

Secondly, the diesel generator set adopting the labyrinth branch air duct to realize heat dissipation and noise reduction reduces the temperature of the winding of the air-cooled generator, improves the insulation performance of the winding of the generator and prolongs the service life of the winding of the generator.

Thirdly, the diesel generator set adopting the labyrinth branch air duct to realize heat dissipation and noise reduction is combined with the labyrinth air duct and the air inlet resonance box for use, so that the noise radiation of the diesel generator set is reduced.

Fifth, the diesel generator set adopting the labyrinth branch air duct to realize heat dissipation and noise reduction has the inclined drainage structure of the air inlet channel, so that rainwater accumulation in the diesel generator set can be reduced.

As a preferable scheme of the third branch air duct (c) in the present embodiment, an engine air guiding cover 26 is disposed at a connection position of the diesel engine 7 and the air intake resonance box 3, and an engine flywheel fan 27 driven by the diesel engine 7 is disposed in the engine air guiding cover 26; an exhaust duct 10 communicated with the thermal insulation bin 20a is arranged in the main engine bin 20, air deflectors 7a and 7b for gathering hot air of the diesel engine 7 into the exhaust duct 10 are arranged at the engine body and the cylinder head of the diesel engine 7, and an exhaust pipeline between an exhaust gas outlet of the diesel engine 7 and the muffler 12 is arranged in the exhaust duct 10; the third branch air duct (c) has a branch airflow direction: the cold air of the labyrinth air inlet shunting chamber 41 enters the engine air guiding cover 26 through the third cold air shunting port, the engine flywheel fan 27 in the engine air guiding cover 26 forcibly cools the engine body, the cylinder head and the oil pan of the diesel engine 7 through the air guiding plates 7a and 7b, and the cooled hot air is converged in the exhaust duct 10, blown through the exhaust pipeline 11 and the muffler 12, enters the thermal compartment 20a and then is discharged out of the engine compartment.

As a further improvement to the structure of the volute casing cover in this embodiment, a second fan outlet 32b is provided on the volute casing cover 32 of the centrifugal fan 31 as an auxiliary outlet, the air outlet direction of the second fan outlet 32b faces the muffler 12 in the thermal compartment 20a, and the exhausted airflow blows over the surface of the muffler 12 and is exhausted outside the housing through the gap outside the air-guiding volute casing cover 32.

As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, a fourth branch air duct (r) for cooling the winding inside the air-cooled generator 9 is disposed on the mute box, an air inlet of the fourth branch air duct (r) is communicated with the outside air, a tail end of the fourth branch air duct (r) is communicated with the thermal compartment 20a and discharges the hot air through the thermal compartment 20a, and a suction port of the centrifugal fan 31 faces an air outlet of the air-cooled generator 9 inside the main cabinet 20; the branch airflow direction of the fourth branch air duct IV is as follows: outside air enters the motor air suction opening air duct 8 of the air-cooled generator 9 through the shroud channel 21 surrounded by the air shroud, cools the internal winding, and then comes out of the air-cooled generator 9 and is drawn out of the thermal compartment 20a by the centrifugal fan 31.

In this embodiment, when external cold air enters the labyrinth air inlet flow splitting chamber 41 of the lower base 2 of the unit, the air flow first goes downward, and after passing through the channel of the guide plate 2a, the air flow goes upward and the flow velocity drops, and the entrained matters in the air are separated.

In this embodiment, a flow guide sound-absorbing plate is arranged inside the intake resonance box 3, and a sound-absorbing material is adhered to the surface of the flow guide sound-absorbing plate to reinforce the attenuation of the engine noise.

The diesel generator set adopting the labyrinth branch air duct to realize heat dissipation and noise reduction of the embodiment is further provided with one of the following improved structures or a combination of the following improved structures:

(1) elastic materials 19 are filled between the air inlet of the air guide cover 26 of the engine and the air inlet resonance box 3;

(2) elastic materials 13 are filled between the periphery of the exhaust duct 10 and the middle partition plate 33 to realize sealing and floating;

(3) the air inlet resonance box 3 is fixed on the base 2 in an installation mode and is arranged in parallel with the electrical cabinet 40 arranged on the base 2;

(4) the bottom plate of the air inlet of the base 2 is designed to be an inclined angle, and a drain hole is formed in the lowest position of the bottom plate so as to drain the gathered rainwater;

(5) sealing materials 22 are arranged between the enclosing plate channel 21 and the motor air suction inlet air duct 8 of the air-cooled generator 9;

(6) the centrifugal fan 31 is driven by the motor shaft 14 of the air-cooled generator 9, or by a separate motor;

(7) the diesel engine 7 and the air-cooled generator 9 are arranged on the same common chassis 18 and are mounted on the base 2 by means of damping pads 23.

The diesel generator set adopting the labyrinth branch air duct to realize heat dissipation and noise reduction of the embodiment is further provided with one of the following two improved structures or a combination of the following two improved structures:

(a) the centrifugal fan 31 with the volute casing cover 32 is changed into the centrifugal fan 31 without the volute casing cover 32;

(b) the scheme of arranging the exhaust duct 10 in the main engine bin 20 is changed into the scheme that the exhaust duct 10 is not arranged in the main engine bin 20, so that the airflow direction of a third branch air duct is changed, and the third branch air duct is used for directly discharging air which is used for forcibly cooling the diesel engine 7 by the air deflectors 7a and 7b into the main engine bin 20 and discharging the air out of the main engine bin by the centrifugal fan 31 positioned in the thermal insulation bin 20 a.

In this embodiment the base is arranged on a guide rail.

The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
