The invention mainly relates to a tool, in particular to a chain quick-fastening tool.

Background

Please refer to taiwan patent No. I680035, which is a "chain snap fastener", which comprises a pair of wrench bodies detachably pivoted to each other, each wrench body having a pressing groove and a pressing portion, the pressing grooves of the wrench bodies facing each other and forming a mounting space, and the pressing grooves of the wrench bodies being adapted to abut against the outer edge of a chain plate of a chain snap fastener, respectively, to drive a pin shaft of each chain plate of the chain snap fastener to be fixed in a 8-shaped mounting hole of another chain plate, the pressing portions of the wrench bodies facing each other and forming a dismounting space, and the pressing portions of the wrench bodies being adapted to abut against rollers of an inner chain of the chain, respectively, to push the pin shaft of each chain plate of the chain snap fastener to be separated from the 8-shaped mounting hole of the other chain plate, so that the chain snap fastener can be mounted or dismounted by a single tool.

However, the above-described tool does not work perfectly to install the links, and the tool must be perfectly aligned with the links to complete the installation.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a tool for quickly fastening a chain, which comprises a first wrench body and a second wrench body, wherein the first wrench body is provided with a first working end and a first operating end opposite to the first working end, a first pivot part and a second pivot part are arranged between the first working end and the first operating end, the second wrench body is provided with a second working end and a second operating end opposite to the second working end, a third pivot part and a fourth pivot part are arranged between the second working end and the second operating end, the second wrench body can be assembled on the first wrench body in a first assembling state or a second assembling state, when the second wrench body is assembled on the first wrench body in the first assembling state, the third pivot part is pivoted on the first pivot part, and when the second wrench body is assembled on the first wrench body in the second assembling state, the fourth pivot part is detachably pivoted on the second pivot part, and the tool can simultaneously provide the functions of fastening the quick-fastening chain piece and releasing the quick-fastening chain piece through the structure.

The second wrench body is assembled on the first wrench body in the first assembling state, when the first operating end and the second operating end are close to each other, the first working end and the second working end are close to each other, when the second wrench body is assembled on the first wrench body in the second assembling state, and when the first operating end and the second operating end are close to each other, the first working end and the second working end are far away from each other.

The first wrench body is provided with a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the first pivot portion is provided with a first flange on the first surface, the second pivot portion is provided with a second flange on the first surface, the second wrench body is provided with a third surface and a fourth surface opposite to the third surface, the third pivot portion is provided with a first jack on the third surface, the fourth pivot portion is provided with a second jack on the third surface, the second wrench body is assembled on the first wrench body in the first assembly state, the first flange is inserted in the first jack through the third surface, the second wrench body is assembled on the first wrench body in the second assembly state, and the second flange is inserted in the second jack through the third surface.

The first jack penetrates through the second wrench body to connect the third face and the fourth face, the second wrench body can be assembled on the first wrench body in a third combined state, when the second wrench body is assembled on the first wrench body in the third combined state, the first flange is inserted in the first jack through the fourth face, the second flange is inserted in the second jack through the fourth face, the first wrench body is overlapped with the second wrench body, the first working end is adjacent to the second working end, and the first operating end is adjacent to the second operating end.

The first pivot part is provided with a first accommodating hole and a first pivot, the first accommodating hole penetrates through the first pull body to be connected with the first surface and the second surface, the first flange is arranged at one end of the first pivot, one end, opposite to the first flange, of the first pivot is inserted into the first accommodating hole in a fixed connection mode, the second pivot part is provided with a second accommodating hole and a second pivot, the second accommodating hole penetrates through the first pull body to be connected with the first surface and the second surface, the second flange is arranged at one end of the second pivot, and one end, opposite to the second flange, of the second pivot is inserted into the second accommodating hole in a fixed connection mode.

The first wrench body is provided with a first side and a second side opposite to the first side, the first side is provided with a first clamping flange, the second side is provided with a second clamping flange, the second wrench body is provided with a third side and a fourth side opposite to the third side, the third side is provided with a first clamping groove, the fourth side is provided with a second clamping groove, when the second wrench body is assembled on the first wrench body in the first assembling state, the first clamping flange can be inserted in the first clamping groove, when the second wrench body is assembled on the first wrench body in the second assembling state, the second clamping flange can be inserted in the second clamping groove.

The first operating end is provided with a first tire digging part, and the second operating end is provided with a second tire digging part.

The invention can provide the functions of buckling the quick-buckling chain sheet and releasing the quick-buckling chain sheet at the same time through the structure.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, there are shown a perspective view, an exploded view and a using state view of the chain snap-fastener tool of the present invention. The tool 10 of the present invention comprises a first wrench body 20 and a second wrench body 30; wherein:

the first trigger 20 has a first working end 21 and a first operating end 22 opposite to the first working end 21, and a first pivot portion 23 and a second pivot portion 24 are disposed between the first working end 21 and the first operating end 22.

The second wrench body 30 has a second working end 31 and a second operating end 32 opposite to the second working end 31, a third pivot 33 and a fourth pivot 34 are disposed between the second working end 31 and the second operating end 32, the second wrench body 30 can be assembled to the first wrench body 20 in a first assembled state or a second assembled state, when the second wrench body 30 is assembled to the first wrench body 20 in the first assembled state, the third pivot 33 can be detachably pivoted to the first pivot 23, when the second wrench body 30 is assembled to the first wrench body 20 in the second assembled state, the fourth pivot 34 can be detachably pivoted to the second pivot 24.

The first surface 25 is concavely provided with a first limiting concave edge 251 and a second limiting concave edge 252, the first limiting concave edge 251 is adjacent to the first side 27, the second limiting concave edge 252 is adjacent to the second side 28, the fourth surface 36 is convexly provided with a first limiting flange 361 and a second limiting flange 362, the first limiting flange 361 is adjacent to the third side 37, the second limiting flange 362 is adjacent to the fourth side 38, when the second wrench body 30 is assembled on the first wrench body 20 in a third combined state, the first limiting flange 361 is buckled on the first limiting concave edge 251, and the second limiting flange 362 is buckled on the second limiting concave edge 252.

The first operating end 22 is provided with a first undercut 221 and the second operating end 32 is provided with a second undercut 321.

The tool 10 provides both the function of engaging and disengaging the quick release links 90 through the above-described structure. When a user wants to replace the quick buckle chain piece 90, he can assemble the second wrench body 30 to the first wrench body 20 in the first assembled state (as shown in fig. 4), press the first operating end 22 and the second operating end 32 to clamp the first working end 21 and the second working end 31, so as to separate the quick buckle chain piece 90 from the chain 91, then assemble the second wrench body 30 to the first wrench body 20 in the second assembled state (as shown in fig. 5), press the first operating end 22 and the second operating end 32 to spread the first working end 21 and the second working end 31, and buckle a new quick buckle chain piece 90 to the chain 91.

In view of the above, it can be concluded that the present invention has the following advantages:
