because a plurality of parts are connected, the structural design is unreasonable, the cost is increased, the total mass is large, the light weight is unfavorable, and the light weight degree of the whole suspension and the light weight design of the whole vehicle are seriously influenced; there are also assembly problems and problems of interference and abnormal sound during vehicle operation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an axle suspension integrating a thrust rod support and an air bag support, which can solve the problems that the structural design of the suspension in the prior art is unreasonable, the cost is increased, the total mass is large, the lightweight degree of the whole suspension is seriously influenced, the lightweight design of the whole vehicle, the assembly problem, the interference and abnormal sound in the vehicle running and the like.

In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the axle suspension integrating the thrust rod support and the air bag support comprises a thrust rod support, a lower support seat, the air bag support, a connecting reinforcing plate, a shock absorber support and a height valve support; the lower bracket is arranged on the thrust rod seat, and one side of the lower bracket is connected with the shock absorber bracket and the altitude valve bracket; the air bag support is arranged above the lower support and is connected with the shock absorber support and the altitude valve support through the connecting reinforcing plate.

Detailed Description

The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples:

fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a suspension according to the prior art, which has the disadvantages described in the background art and will not be described herein.

The axle suspension integrating the thrust rod support and the air bag support shown in fig. 2 and 3 comprises a thrust rod support 1, a lower support 2, an air bag support 4, a connecting reinforcing plate 5 and a shock absorber support and height valve support 6. The lower bracket 2 is arranged on the thrust rod seat 1, and one side of the lower bracket 2 is connected with the shock absorber bracket and the altitude valve bracket 6; the airbag support 4 is arranged right above the lower bracket 2 and is connected with the shock absorber support and the altitude valve support 6 through a connecting reinforcing plate 5.

As shown in fig. 4, the thrust rod base 1 is a thick plate with notches formed at both sides thereof corresponding to the portions of the axle 3, and stabilizer bar mounting screw holes 1-1 and thrust rod mounting screw holes 1-2 for mounting the lower thrust rod 7 and the stabilizer bar 11 are formed at opposite sides of the plate.

As shown in fig. 5, the upper portion of the lower bracket 2 is provided with two opposite lower mounting limit blocks 2-1 for fixing on the axle housing 3, and the lower portion is provided with mounting protrusions and notches corresponding to other portions of the axle housing 3.

As shown in figure 6, two opposite upper mounting limit blocks 4-2 for fixing on the axle housing 3 are arranged at the lower part of the air bag support 4, and an air bag mounting threaded hole 4-1 for mounting an air bag 8 is processed in the center of the top surface of the air bag support 4.

As shown in fig. 7, the connection reinforcing plate 5 is a rectangular plate for connecting the airbag support 4 and the shock absorber support and height valve support 6, and plays a role in fixing and reinforcing.

As shown in fig. 8, the shock absorber bracket and the altitude valve bracket 6 are provided with a shock absorber bracket mounting hole 6-1 and an altitude valve bracket mounting hole 6-2 for mounting the shock absorber 10 and the altitude valve bracket 9, respectively.

As shown in fig. 9, when in use, the lower thrust rod 7 is in threaded connection with the thrust rod base 1 through the thrust rod mounting threaded hole 1-2, and the transverse stabilizer bar 11 is in threaded connection with the thrust rod base 1 through the stabilizer bar mounting threaded hole connection 1-1; the air bag 8 is arranged on the air bag support 4 through an air bag connecting threaded hole 4-1 at the upper part of the air bag support 4; the shock absorber 10 is mounted on the shock absorber support and the altitude valve support 6 through the shock absorber support mounting hole 6-1, and the altitude valve support 9 is mounted on the shock absorber support and the altitude valve support 6 through the altitude valve support mounting hole 6-2.
