Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a urine receptacle 10. The urine collector 10 comprises a urine collecting device 100 and a fixing clip 200. The urine receiving device 100 may be a device having a function of receiving urine. The urine receiving device 100 may be a flexible bag or a receiving bottle or the like. The clip 200 is intended to be worn on the back and abdomen of an animal 400. The urine collecting device 100 is arranged on the fixing clip 200, and the outline of the fixing clip 200 is matched with the abdomen-back shape of the animal 400. The retaining clip 200 may be assembled from multiple pieces. The fixing clip 200 may be formed by pressing a metal sheet, and the fixing clip 200 may be made of an elastic material such as an elastic plastic sheet having good elasticity and toughness. The fixing clip 200 has good shape and toughness, and may be made of stainless steel, etc. The profile of the mounting clip 200 conforms to the profile of the back and abdomen of the animal 400 and may be easily worn on the back and abdomen of the animal 400. The fixing clip 200 has good elasticity, so that the opened angle of the fixing clip 200 can have a wide adjustment range. It will be appreciated that the angle of opening of the clip 200 in its natural state may be slightly less than the contour of the back and abdomen of the animal 400. When the animal 400 needs to be placed on the body, the elasticity of the fixing clip 200 can be used to temporarily open the fixing clip 200 to a degree slightly larger than the abdominal-back profile of the animal 400, and after the fixing clip is sleeved on the body of the animal 400, the fixing clip 200 can be restored to a natural state, and at the moment, the fixing clip 200 can be firmly fixed on the body of the animal 400.

The urine receptor 10 may be adapted for use with animals 400 such as pigs, sheep, etc. When the animal 400 such as pig, sheep, etc. passes by the operator, the fixing clip 200 can be quickly fixed on the back of the animal 400 when the animal 400 does not react, and then the position of the urine receiving device 100 and the animal urethra is adjusted, so that the position of the urine receiving device 100 is opposite to that of the animal urethra, urine is received by using the urine receiving device 100, the accuracy of wearing the urine receiving device 10 on the animal 400 can be improved, and the labor efficiency is improved.

In one embodiment, an elastic band may be further connected to the fixing clip 200, and the fixing clip 200 may be fixed to the body of the animal by the elastic band.

In one embodiment, the urine receiver 10 further comprises a tightening fastening device, which can be a belt or a hard material with a curvature close to that of the belly of the animal 400, and when the fixing device is mounted on the animal 400, the tightening fastening device is used for connecting the two ends of the fixing device together through the belly of the animal 400 and adjusting the tightness, so as to achieve the purpose of fastening.

Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the urine receiver 10 further includes a control portion 300. The fixing portion is connected with the fixing clip 200. The control unit 300 controls the size of the opening and closing of the fixing clip 200. The control unit 300 may have a mechanical structure or may be electrically controlled. The control part 300 can control the fixing clip 200 by the principle of leverage, and an operator can control the size of the opening and closing of the fixing clip 200 only by operating the control part 300, thereby reducing the difficulty of operation.

In one embodiment, the control portion 300 includes a control clip 310. The control clip 310 is connected to the fixing clip 200 by a torsion spring 320. When the opening angle of the control clip 310 is smaller, the opening angle of the fixing clip 200 is larger, and when the opening angle of the control clip 310 is larger, the opening angle of the fixing clip 200 is smaller. The control clip 310 may be made of a metal material, such as stainless steel. The torsion spring 320 can transmit reverse torque, so that when the fixing clip 200 needs to be fixed on the animal 400, the included angle of the control clip 310 can be reduced, and at this time, due to the action of the torsion spring 320, the included angle of the fixing clip 200 becomes larger. At this time, the fixing clip 200 can be clipped on the animal 400, and then the control clip 310 is released to restore the natural state of the control clip 310, and the fixing clip 200 is randomly restored to the natural state, and the included angle becomes smaller, so that the fixing clip is firmly fixed on the animal 400. In one embodiment, torsion spring 320 may have four support legs, two of which are supported on control clip 310 and two of which are supported on retaining clip 200. And the four support legs make the control clip 310 and the fixing clip 200 generate reaction forces opposing each other, so that the included angle of the control clip 310 becomes larger when the clip angle of the fixing clip 200 becomes smaller. As the angle of the control clip 310 becomes larger, the angle of the fixing clip 200 becomes smaller.

Referring to fig. 2-3, in one embodiment, urine receiving device 100 includes a urine receiving bag 110 and a connector 120. One end of the connecting member 120 is connected to one end of the fixing clip 200, and the other end of the connecting member 120 is connected to the urine receiving bag 110. The connecting member 120 may serve as a connection and support. When the fixing clip 200 is fixed on the animal 400, the connecting member 120 is worn on the animal 400 with the urine receiving bag 110, and it can be understood that the shape of the connecting member 120 may be different according to the animal 400, so as to allow the urine receiving bag 110 to collect the urine of the animal 400.

In one embodiment, urine receiving bag 110 may be made of a flexible material, and soft urine receiving bag 110 may prevent female animal 400 from crushing urine receiving bag 110 during lying, sitting, and rolling.

In one embodiment, the connecting member 120 is a telescopic rod 121 or a connecting band 122 made of a memory material. When the connecting member 120 is the telescopic rod 121, the telescopic portion of the telescopic rod 121 can be connected to the urine receiving bag 110, so that the telescopic length of the telescopic rod 121 can be adjusted according to the size of the animal 400. After the fixing clip 200 is fixed on the animal 400, the telescopic rod 121 can be positioned on the back of the animal 400, and the urine receiving bag 110 can be hung down to the position of the urethra 420 of the animal 400, so as to collect urine of the animal 400 quickly. When the connection bar is made of memory material, after the fixing clip 200 is clipped to the body of the animal 400, the position of the urine receiving bag 110 can be adjusted by changing the shape of the connection bar by bending, so that the position where urine is most easily collected can be adjusted.

In one embodiment, when the connection member 120 is the extension rod 121, the extension rod 121 can drive the urine receiving bag 110 to have a certain distance from the hip of the animal 400, so that the feces of the animal 400 can be prevented from being mixed into the urine receiving bag 110.

In one embodiment, the mouth of urine receiving bag 110 has a funnel-type wide-mouth configuration. The funnel wide-mouth structure may include a wide-mouth portion and a funnel portion. Therefore, the opening of the urine receiving bag 110 does not need to be directed to the animal's urethra, and the wide-mouth portion has a large opening area, so that urine can be collected even if the urine receiving device is slightly deviated from the urethra, and thus the position of the urine receiving bag only needs to be roughly adjusted, and does not need to be precisely positioned. The funnel part is because the end of funnel structure is the shrink neck, and the diameter is less, therefore after having collected the urine, if the animal adopts postures such as sit and crouch, roll, the urine can not be spilt out by the mouth of taking the place of urine bag 110.

In one embodiment, the mouth of urine receiving bag 110 may also be provided with a one-way valve. The one-way valve ensures that urine can only flow into the urine receiving bag 110 and not out. In the case of the female animal 400, the urine ejected from the urethra 420 is dispersed, and the urine can be rapidly collected through the wide mouth portion. Urine can still be collected quickly by the funnel portion with a small volume of the urine receiving bag 110.

Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the urine receiving device 100 includes a barrier 130. The barrier member 130 is adapted to be positioned between the anus 410 and the urethra 420 of the animal 400, and the barrier member 130 is adapted to prevent the excreta of the animal 400 from entering the urine receiving bag 110. In the case of a female animal 400, the anus 410 is on the upper side of the urethra 420 of the animal 400, so that when using the urine receiving bag 110 to receive urine, if the animal 400 excretes feces at the same time, it is easy to allow the feces to enter the urine receiving bag 110 at the same time. The excrement of the animal 400 can be blocked from entering the urine receiving bag 110 by the blocking member 130. It is understood that the material of the barrier 130 may be a non-corrosive material such as polyester or stainless steel. The blocking member 130 may be disposed on the connecting member 120, or may be connected to the urine receiving bag 110. The blocking member 130 may be fixed to the animal 400 by a flexible strap or the like, or may be fixed relative to the urine collection bag 110, such that when the urine collection bag 110 is positioned, the blocking member 130 is located just below the anus 410 of the animal 400.

Referring to fig. 5-6, in one embodiment, the urine receiving device 100 includes a support member 140. Support member 140 is adapted to be supported between the body of animal 400 and urine receiving bag 110. The shape of the support 140 may conform to the contour of the buttocks of the animal 400. A distance between the buttocks of the animal 400 and the urine receiving bag 110 can be provided by the support member 140. And thus can fall from between the urine receiving bag 110 and the buttocks of the animal 400 without falling into the urine receiving bag 110 when excrement of the animal 400 falls down. Further, when the urine of the animal 400 is excessive, the urine may also fall from the space supported by the support 140.

In one embodiment, the support 140 is positioned above the anus 410 of the animal. The support member 140 may support the urine receiving bag 110 such that the urine receiving bag 110 is separated from the buttocks of the animal 400, and thus excrement of the animal may fall between the buttocks of the animal and the urine receiving bag 110. In one embodiment, the mouth of the urine collection bag may have a support structure, and the support 140 may be rigidly connected to the support structure to support the urine collection bag 110 away from the buttocks of the animal 400.

Referring to fig. 7, in one embodiment, when the connection member 120 is made of a memory material, the urine receiving bag 110 may be spaced apart from the hip of the animal 400 by deforming the memory material, so that the stool of the animal 400 may be prevented from falling into the urine receiving bag 110.

In one embodiment, when the connecting member 120 is an elastic band, the urine receiving bag 110 can be tied and fixed near the urethra of the animal by the elastic band.

In one embodiment, when the upper half of urine receiving bag 110 is positioned above the anus 410 of animal 400, feces may fall through the space supported by support member 140. When the upper part of the urine receiving bag 110 is positioned between the anus 410 and the urethra 420 of the animal 400, it is possible to prevent faeces of the animal 400 from entering the urine receiving bag 110 only through the barrier member 130.

Referring to fig. 8-10, in one embodiment, the retaining clip 200 includes a first clamping portion 210 and a second clamping portion 220. The first clamping portion 210 and the second clamping portion 220 have elastic members 230 therein, respectively. The elastic member 230 is connected to the control part 300. The control part 300 is used to control the included angle between the first nip part 210 and the second nip part 220 by stretching or releasing the elastic member 230. The urine receiving bottle 150 is disposed on the first clamping portion 210 or the second clamping portion 220. When the control part 300 stretches the elastic member 230, the first nip part 210 and the second nip part 220 nip the abdomen and back of the animal 400, and the urine receiving bottle 150 moves to the urination position of the male animal 400 to receive urine.

In this embodiment, an included angle between the first clamping portion 210 and the second clamping portion 220 can be adjusted by the control portion 300. The profiles of the first nip 210 and the second nip 220 may be symmetrical. The first nip portion 210 and the second nip portion 220 may have a receiving cavity therebetween. The receiving chamber may have an elastic member 230 disposed therein. In one embodiment, the elastic member 230 may be a spring plate. The ends of the spring pieces in the first clamping part 210 and the second clamping part 220 close to the control part 300 may be combined and deeply enter the control part 300. The elastic member 230 may be stretched or released by the control part 300. When the elastic member 230 is stretched, the elastic member 230 tends to be straightened, and the first clamping portion 210 and the second clamping portion 220 are driven to be away from each other in the straightening process of the elastic member 230, so that the included angle between the first clamping portion 210 and the second clamping portion 220 can be enlarged, and the animal 400 can be conveniently worn. When the elastic member 230 is released, the elastic member 230 is relatively loosened, and the force of the first clamping portion 210 and the second clamping portion 220 recovering deformation is greater than the tensile force of the elastic member 230, so that the first clamping portion 210 and the second clamping portion 220 can recover to the initial state, and the included angle between the first clamping portion 210 and the second clamping portion 220 becomes smaller, and the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion can be firmly fixed on the body of the animal 400. When the angle between the first nip 210 and the second nip 220 is reduced, the first nip 210 and the second nip 220 are closer to the abdomen of the animal 400, and the urine receiving device 100 can follow the first nip 210 and the second nip 220 to the abdomen of the animal 400. For male animals 400, the urine receiving device 100 may be positioned adjacent to the urethra 420 of the animal 400 to facilitate reception.

In one embodiment, the control part 300 may include a connection part 330 and an operation lever 340, the operation lever 340 being provided with the connection part 330. One end of the elastic member 230 located in the first clamping portion 210 and the second clamping portion 220 are connected to the connecting portion 330. The control portion 300 may include a guide hole 350. The inner wall of the guide hole 350 may be provided with a plurality of snaps 360. The connection portion 330 may be defined at various positions by the snap 360. The degree of deformation of the elastic member 230, and thus the included angle between the first clamping part 210 and the second clamping part 220, can be limited to adapt to different animals 400. It is understood that the connection part 330 can be pulled by the operation lever 340. When the catch 360 is inserted into the guide hole 350, the position of the connection portion 330 can be defined. The connection 330 may be released when the catch 360 is removed from the guide hole 350.

Referring to fig. 11 to 12, in one embodiment, the fixing clip 200 includes a first clamping portion 210 and a second clamping portion 220, the urine receiving device 100 includes a rotation lever 160 and a urine receiving bottle 150150, one end of the rotation lever 160 is rotatably connected to the first clamping portion 210 or the second clamping portion 220, the other end of the rotation lever 160 is connected to the urine receiving bottle 150, and the urine receiving bottle 150 is moved to the urination position of the male animal 400 to receive urine by rotating the rotation lever 160.
