The lower side of the driving vehicle bottom plate device 20 is provided with a front wheel set 29 and a rear wheel set 30, and the first driving motor 12, the second driving motor 16, the push rod 15, the driving vehicle bottom plate device 20 and the output transmission pump 23 are electrically connected with the integrated control device 22.
