The temperature measuring probes of the three infrared thermometers are respectively used for measuring the temperature of the spraying front roller, the temperature of the spraying rear roller and the temperature of the spraying actuating mechanism, and the distance between the temperature measuring probes can be adjusted according to actual requirements. The detection PLC is connected with a spraying temperature alarm lamp, when the temperature detected by one infrared thermometer exceeds a preset value, the detection PLC controls the spraying temperature alarm lamp to light up to remind an operator, and preferably, the control of a corresponding heating source can also be realized. In this embodiment, the spraying machine heads are 2 groups, correspondingly, the number of the infrared thermometers is 6, and every 3 infrared thermometers are correspondingly arranged at the tail end of one spraying machine head.

Preferably, the reasonable temperature intervals of the detection positions of the three infrared thermometers can be preset in the software of the industrial personal computer, and the three temperature values can be displayed in real time during operation.

A thickness measuring unit:

the device is arranged right below or obliquely below the roller and comprises a horizontal motion platform, a laser displacement sensor and an encoder, wherein a rotating shaft is arranged on the horizontal motion platform, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with a stepping motor, and the laser displacement sensor is in threaded connection with the rotating shaft; the encoder is arranged on one side of the horizontal motion platform and used for measuring the moving distance of the laser displacement sensor. The laser displacement sensor, the encoder and the stepping motor are respectively connected with the detection PLC.

The laser displacement sensor is a non-contact high-precision laser displacement sensor with the detection precision of 1 mm. The laser displacement sensor is the same as the spraying machine head, two groups of laser displacement sensors are arranged to improve the efficiency, and the number of the laser displacement sensors contained in each group can be multiple. Comprehensively considering, the spraying thickness measuring unit can be arranged on the field right below or obliquely below the roller, so that the field space is saved, the normal work of other devices is not influenced, and the structural design that the moving platform avoids when the roller is arranged and transferred can be reduced.

After the roller is installed, the laser displacement sensor is similar to the spraying action, the first scanning is carried out according to a spiral line, the acquisition and the storage of reference data are carried out, and the lead can be properly adjusted or the number of the sensors in the laser displacement sensor group is selected to adjust the detection precision. Under the condition that the spraying PLC or other controllers do not support reading, a camera can be used for shooting a current and voltage dial picture according to a certain sampling rate, and corresponding current and voltage values are identified through image processing to carry out statistics. The camera is connected with the detection PLC, shoots the current dial plate, the voltage dial plate photo and conveys the photo of shooing to the detection PLC discernment and statistics.

The PLC and the sensor described above are not limited to a single model, and the model capable of implementing the above-described functions may be selected to implement the technical solution described in the present invention.
