After the articles are pushed onto the belt conveyor 13, the packaging bags are positioned on the belt conveyor 13 and are folded inwards through the two adjusting plates 15, so that the articles are wrapped in the packaging bags after coming onto the packaging bags.

The packaging bag output mechanism 3 includes:

a mounting frame 16 provided below the belt conveyor 13;

a winding roller 17, which is rotatably arranged at one end of the mounting rack 16 far away from the pillow-type adjusting mechanism 4 in a horizontal state, wherein the winding roller 17 is used for sleeving the packaging bag, and two ends of the winding roller 17 are respectively provided with a first limiting disc 18 for preventing the packaging bag from shaking left and right;

the first tightening roller 19 is arranged on the mounting frame 16 in a horizontal state and can rotate, the first tightening roller 19 is used for preventing the packaging bags from loosening in the output process, and two ends of the first tightening roller 19 are respectively provided with a second limiting disc 20;

the second tightening roller 21 is disposed at one end of the mounting bracket 16 close to the pillow-type adjusting mechanism 4 in a horizontal state and capable of rotating, and both ends of the second tightening roller 21 are provided with a third limiting disc 22.

After an operator sleeves the packaging bag on the winding roller 17, the operator winds one end of the packaging bag around the first tensioning roller 19 and the second tensioning roller 21 to achieve an anti-loosening effect, then one end of the packaging bag is guided to the sealing and cutting mechanism 7 through the operator, and the packaging bag is limited by the first limiting disc 18, the second limiting disc 20 and the third limiting disc 22 to achieve an anti-shaking effect.

The pillow-type adjusting mechanism 4 includes:

two L-shaped plates 23 are arranged, and the two L-shaped plates 23 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the discharge end of the chain plate conveyor 11;

two rotating columns 24 are arranged, one end of one rotating column 24 is rotatably arranged on one side of one L-shaped plate 23, an adjusting rod 25 is arranged at the outward end of each rotating column 24 in a vertical state, and the outward end of each adjusting rod 25 faces to the gap between the chain plate type conveyor 11 and the belt type conveyor 13;

and the driving parts are arranged on the two L-shaped plates 23 and are used for driving the two adjusting rods 25 to synchronously and relatively swing.

When the folding degree of the packing bag is adjusted, in order to wrap the articles in the packing bag, the driving member simultaneously drives the two rotary columns 24 to rotate, each adjusting rod 25 correspondingly swings to a proper position, and the packing bag can be conveyed in a pillow type when bypassing the two adjusting rods 25.

The driving member includes:

two driving gears 26 are arranged, one driving gear 26 is rotatably arranged on one L-shaped plate 23, and the two driving gears 26 are connected with two synchronous wheels through a synchronous belt 27;

two first driven gears 28 are provided, one first driven gear 28 is provided on one L-shaped plate 23, and two first driven gears 28 are fixedly sleeved on the rotating ends of the corresponding rotary columns 24, and each driving gear 26 is meshed with the corresponding first driven gear 28;

a second driven gear 29 fixedly fitted to the rotating end of the other rotating column 24, and the second driven gear 29 and the corresponding first driven gear 28 are also engaged with each other;

and the driving motor 30 is fixedly arranged on the L-shaped plate 23, and the driving motor 30 is used for driving a driving gear 26 to rotate.

When the driving member is driven, the driving motor 30 drives one driving gear 26 to rotate, the first driven gear 28 engaged with the driving gear rotates to drive the corresponding adjusting rod 25 to swing, the other driving gear 26 rotates along with the driving gear through the connection of the synchronous belt 27, the driving gear 26 drives the corresponding first driven gear 28 to rotate, the first driven gear 28 drives the second driven gear 29 to rotate, the second driven gear 29 drives the corresponding adjusting rod 25 to swing, and the two adjusting rods 25 swing relative to each other.

The limiting mechanism 5 comprises:

the first movable frame 31 is fixedly arranged on the belt conveyor 13;

a fixed plate 32 fixedly disposed on the top of the first movable frame 31;

the movable plate 33 is slidably arranged at the top of the first movable frame 31, and the side end of the movable plate 33 is connected with the side edge of the first movable frame 31 through two buffer springs 34;

a threaded column 35, which is threaded on the first movable frame 31 in a horizontal state, wherein one end of the threaded column 35 facing the movable plate 33 is further provided with a contact 36, the contact 36 always contacts the side end of the movable plate 33, and the outward end of the threaded column 35 is further provided with a first crank 37;

and two chucking wheels 38 provided, each chucking wheel 38 protruding upward through the movable plate 33 and the fixed plate 32 through a cylinder 39, respectively, and a tip of each chucking wheel 38 rotatably provided on the corresponding movable plate 33 and the fixed plate 32 through a rotating portion.

When the top edge of the bag is gathered inwards, the operator rotates the threaded column 35 by shaking the first rocking plate, the rotation of the threaded column 35 drives the movable plate 33 to move towards the fixed plate 32 through the contact 36, and the two clamping wheels 38 limit the top edge of the bag together, so that the bag can be conveniently heat-sealed.

The horizontal sealing heating mechanism 6 includes:

the second movable frame 40 is fixedly arranged on the belt conveyor 13;

two sliding blocks 41 are arranged, and the two sliding blocks 41 are arranged on the second movable frame 40 in a sliding manner;

the bidirectional screw 42 is rotatably arranged at the top of the second movable frame 40 in a horizontal state, the two sliding blocks 41 are respectively sleeved on each threaded end of the bidirectional screw 42 in a threaded manner, and one end of the bidirectional screw 42 is also provided with a second crank 43;

two heat seal plates 44 are provided, and one heat seal plate 44 is fixed below one slider 41 by a connecting frame 45.

When the top edge of the bag can be heat sealed, the operator rotates the two-way screw 42 by the second crank 43 before the apparatus starts, the two sliders 41 move relatively to each other, the two heat seal plates 44 press the top plate of the bag, and the top edge of the bag is heat sealed by the two heat seal plates 44 when the apparatus starts.

The seal cutting mechanism 7 includes:

a drum conveyor 46 provided at the discharge end of the belt conveyor 13;

two sealing and cutting tools 47 are arranged, the two sealing and cutting tools 47 are both rotatably arranged on the roller conveyor 46, and the two sealing and cutting tools 47 are distributed up and down;

two straight-tooth gears 48 are arranged, one straight-tooth gear 48 is fixedly sleeved at one end of one sealing and cutting tool 47, the two straight-tooth gears 48 are mutually meshed, and one end of one sealing and cutting tool 47 is also connected with the output end of the roller conveyor 46 through a connecting belt 49.

When the articles are wrapped by the packaging bags and then are conveyed onto the roller conveyor 46, the roller conveyor 46 conveys the articles outwards, when the articles come between the two sealing and cutting tools 47, the roller conveyor 46 drives one sealing and cutting tool 47 to rotate, the two sealing and cutting tools 47 rotate relatively along with the rotation of the sealing and cutting tool through the meshing of the two straight-tooth gears 48, the two sealing and cutting tools 47 rotate together and then cut off one side of the packaging bags while packaging, and then the articles are packaged and finished.

The discharging mechanism 8 includes:

a rolling brush 50 rotatably disposed at a discharge end of the drum conveyor 46 in a horizontal state, the rolling brush 50 being driven by a transmission motor 51;

an output conveyor belt 52 arranged at the output end of the roller conveyor 46;

and the storage box 53 is arranged at the tail end of the discharging conveying belt 52.

When the packaging of the articles is completed, the roller brush 50 is driven by the transmission motor 51, the articles are taken out by the roller brush 50 to the discharging conveyor belt 52, and finally, the articles are transported to the storage box 53 for storage.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the device/apparatus/method realizes the functions of the invention by the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems proposed by the invention:

step one, in the automatic pillow type packaging process of the article, an operator places the unpacked articles in batches on the strip-shaped plate 9, the chain plate type conveyor 11 drives the articles to be pushed through the push rod 12, the articles are pushed towards the packaging feeding mechanism 2, and after the articles are pushed on the belt conveyor 13, the packaging bag is located on the belt conveyor 13 and is folded inwards through the two adjusting plates 15, so that the articles are wrapped in the packaging bag after coming on the packaging bag.

Step two, after the operator mounts the packaging bag on the winding roller 17, the operator winds one end of the packaging bag around the first tightening roller 19 and the second tightening roller 21 to play a role in preventing looseness, and then guides one end of the packaging belt to the sealing and cutting mechanism 7 through the operator, the packaging bag is limited by the first limiting disc 18, the second limiting disc 20 and the third limiting disc 22 to play a role in preventing shaking, when the folding degree of the packaging bag is adjusted, in order to enable the articles to be wrapped in the packaging bag, therefore, the driving motor 30 drives one driving gear 26 to rotate, the first driven gear 28 which is engaged with the driving gear rotates to drive the corresponding adjusting rod 25 to swing, the other driving gear 26 rotates along with the connection of the synchronous belt 27, the driving gear 26 drives the corresponding first driven gear 28 to rotate, the first driven gear 28 drives the second driven gear 29 to rotate, and the second driven gear 29 drives the corresponding adjusting rod 25 to swing, the two adjusting rods 25 swing relatively with each other, and each adjusting rod 25 swings relatively with each other to a proper position, so that the packaging bag can be conveyed in a pillow shape when bypassing the two adjusting rods 25.

Step three, when the top edges of the packaging bags are gathered inwards, an operator drives the threaded column 35 to rotate by shaking the first rocking plate, the threaded column 35 rotates to drive the movable plate 33 to move towards the fixed plate 32 through the contact 36, the two clamping wheels 38 limit the top edges of the packaging bags together, heat sealing of the top edges of the packaging bags is facilitated, when the top edges of the packaging bags can be subjected to heat sealing, the operator drives the two-way screw 42 to rotate through the second rocking handle 43 before the equipment is started, the two sliding blocks 41 move relatively along with the two rocking handle, the two heat sealing plates 44 press the top plates of the packaging bags into the two heat sealing plates 44, and when the equipment is started, heat sealing of the top edges of the packaging bags is completed through the two heat sealing plates 44.

Step four, after the articles are wrapped by the packaging bags and then are conveyed onto the roller conveyor 46, the roller conveyor 46 conveys the articles outwards, when the articles come between the two sealing and cutting tools 47, the roller conveyor 46 drives one sealing and cutting tool 47 to rotate, the two sealing and cutting tools 47 rotate relatively along with the two sealing and cutting tools through the meshing of the two straight-tooth gears 48, the two sealing and cutting tools 47 rotate together and then cut off one side of the packaging bags while packaging, the articles are packaged along with the articles, the roller brush 50 is driven by the transmission motor 51, the roller brush 50 takes the articles out of the discharging conveyor belt 52, and finally the articles are conveyed into the storage box 53 to be stored.
