Pile driver for building construction according to claim 1, characterised in that the distribution channel provided in the bearing platform (12) comprises horizontal distribution pipes (16) provided in the bearing platform on both sides of the central through hole, connection hoses (26) connecting the distribution pipes on both sides, water outlet holes (17) distributed in the bottom of the bearing platform on both sides of the central through hole and communicating with the distribution pipes, the water delivery hoses (11) being connected to the distribution pipes (16).

The pile driver is multifunctional, efficient and less-pollution precast pile and cast-in-place pile hole equipment, is widely applied to foundation construction projects of municipal construction, highway bridges, high-rise buildings and the like, and along with the improvement of the agricultural development level, more and more agricultural and electric building facilities, rural house construction and the like need to be constructed by the pile driver.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. the invention is provided with the water flushing system consisting of the water storage tank, the water delivery elbow pipe, the water delivery hose, the diversion water pipe, the water outlet hole and the like, when the spiral pile rod is used for piling, water flows downwards into soil at the piling position to soften the soil and reduce the hardness of a foundation, and meanwhile, the soil attached to the spiral pile rod can be washed away by the water which flows downwards, so that the pile rod can better carry out piling work, and the piling efficiency is improved. Especially, the water outlet holes are positioned at two sides of the spiral pile rod, so that the flowing water can be concentrated at the piling position, and the soil on the spiral pile rod can be better washed. The flushing system, the vehicle body and the weighing platform are integrated, can move along with the pile driver, does not need manual participation during flushing, and is efficient and safe.

2. The invention is provided with the buffer piece, and when the piston moves during piling, the return spring is compressed to buffer the spiral pile rod, thereby reducing the impact and vibration on other parts during piling and prolonging the service life of the pile driver.

3. The invention has simple structure, safe and reliable use, low manufacturing cost and easy maintenance.

Detailed Description

The invention will be further elucidated with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings. The described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments, and all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without any inventive work based on the technical solution of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, the pile driver for building construction includes a body 1 of the pile driver, a control room 2 located at the front end of the body, a track wheel 3 below the body, a lifting platform column 4 disposed in front of the body, a slide block 13 mounted on the outer side of the lifting platform column and capable of sliding downward, a bearing platform 12 connected to the slide block, a motor 14 mounted on the bearing platform and outputting axial downward, a vertical spiral pile rod 23 driven by the motor, and a support crank arm 7 having both ends fixedly connected to the body and the lifting platform column, respectively. The inner side of the lifting platform upright post 4 is provided with a connecting seat 8, and the upper end of the supporting crank arm 7 is arranged on the connecting seat. The crank arm of this embodiment is three connecting rod structures, can adjust in a flexible way along with the position adjustment of elevating platform to firm support elevating platform stand. The vehicle body 1, the control chamber 2 and the crawler wheels 3 form a walking vehicle, the control chamber 2 is a cab, and a piling operator can control the vehicle to run in the cab, move the piling machine to a piling position and carry out piling operation.

The invention is characterized in that the rear end of the vehicle body 1 is provided with a water storage tank 5 which is connected with a water delivery elbow 6 extending upwards, the top end of the water delivery elbow is fixedly arranged on a fixing piece 10 at the top of the lifting platform upright post, and the water outlet end of the water delivery elbow is connected with a water delivery hose 11. The water inlet end of the water delivery elbow is provided with a water suction pump, and the water suction pump can be controlled by a control room to start and stop.

In order to avoid the collision between the water pipe and the lifting platform upright post caused by the shake of the water pipe on the water storage tank in the moving process of the pile driver and prevent the water pipe from being damaged, the top of the lifting platform upright post is provided with a fixing part 10, and the water pipe is clamped and fixed through the fixing part.

As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, and 5, a water diversion channel is formed on the bearing table 12, a water outlet 17 of the water diversion channel faces downward and faces the ground, and the water outlet can be externally connected with a water outlet nozzle 24. A vertical central through hole 9 is arranged at the center of the bearing table 12, and the output shaft of the motor penetrates through the central through hole.

The water diversion channel arranged on the bearing platform 12 is shown in fig. 2 and 3 and comprises a horizontal water diversion pipe 16 arranged on the bearing platform and water outlet holes 17 distributed at the bottoms of the two sides of the central through hole of the bearing platform and communicated with the water diversion pipe, and the water delivery hose 11 is connected with the water diversion pipe 16.

As an alternative, as shown in fig. 4, the water diversion channel opened on the bearing platform 12 includes horizontal water diversion pipes 16 opened on the bearing platform at two sides of the central through hole, connection hoses 26 connected to the water diversion pipes at two sides, and water outlet holes 17 distributed at the bottom of the bearing platform at two sides of the central through hole and communicated with the water diversion pipes, wherein the water delivery hoses 11 are connected to the water diversion pipes 16.

As another alternative, as shown in fig. 5, the diversion water channel formed on the bearing platform 12 is a vertical water outlet 17 formed on both sides of the central through hole of the bearing platform, and the two water outlets are connected with the water delivery hose 11 through two transition hoses 28 and a tee 27.

The bottom surface of the central through hole is provided with a buffer part 15, the buffer part comprises a shell, a cylinder sleeve 20 arranged in the shell, a piston 21 with a bidirectional piston rod arranged in the cylinder sleeve, an impact head 18 connected to the lower end of a lower piston rod 19, and a return spring 22 sleeved outside an upper piston rod and connected with the piston, an output shaft of the motor is connected with the upper piston rod, the upper end of a spiral pile rod 23 penetrates through the buffer part shell to be connected with the impact head, and the water outlet holes 17 are respectively positioned on two sides of the spiral pile rod 23. A silencing sleeve 25 is embedded outside the impact head 18 to reduce noise during pile driving.

The working process of the invention is as follows: the pile driver operator drives the vehicle to move, moving the pile driver to the pile driving position. The motor 14 is then activated, i.e. the screw pile rod 23 is driven to pile. Before or when the motor is started, the water pump is started, water in the water storage tank 5 is pumped to the water diversion pipeline through the water delivery elbow 6 and the water delivery hose 11, the water is flushed to the foundation where the spiral pile rod is driven through the water outlet hole 17 and the water outlet nozzle 24, the hardness of soil of the foundation is reduced, the soil adhered to the spiral pile rod is washed, and the pile driving efficiency is improved.

During the piling process, the spiral pile rod 23 generates large vibration force, so that the spiral pile rod is abraded in an aggravating manner, and the service life is shortened. The buffer piece can buffer the vibration force caused by piling the spiral pile rod. In the buffering process, the reaction force that the screw pile pole received can be used on striking head 18, and striking head can consequently upwards move, promotes the piston and upwards moves in the cylinder liner, extrudees reset spring 22, and reset spring takes place to warp and cushions the screw pile pole to reduce the influence that causes other parts when the screw pile pole is piled well, increase of service life. While reducing the piling noise by the action of the noise dampening sleeve 25.
